Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Flachpalette aus Holzspanplatten-Material, deren ebene Deckplatte und T-förmige Träger im Strangpreßverfahren hergestellt sind.
Eine derartige Palette ist aus dem DE-GM Γ0 32 036 bekannt
Diese Palette besteht aus extrudierten Preßstoffteilen, wobei die ebene Deckplatte und die T-förmigen Träger durch Schweißen oder Kleben miteinander verbunden sind. Um die Tragfähigkeit dieser Palette zu erhöhen, ist es erforderlich, in die extrudierten Hohlprofile biegesteife Stahl-, Aluminium- oder HoIzprofile einzulegen. Eine solche Platte bedingt demnach zwei gesonderte, verhältnismäßig aufwendige Herstellungsschritte, nämlich zum einen das Verbinden der Deckplatte und der Träger und zum anderen das Einlegen der Verstärkungen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Flachpalette der eingangs genannten Art billiger herzustellen und gleichzeitig eine höhere Tragfähigkeit derselben zu erzielen.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß die Flachpalette einstükkig und das Material im Steg der T-förmigen Träger verdichtet stranggepreßt ist.
Da die T-förmigen Träger mit der ebenen Deckplatte der erfindungsgemäßen Flachpalette eine Einheit bilden, entfallen aufwendige Montagearbeiten, was mit einer erheblichen Verringerung der Herstellungskosten verbunden ist Ein weiterer Vorteil der Flachpalette nach der Erfindung besteht darin, daß während des Strangpressens das Material in den T-förmigen Trägern verdichtet und dadurch eine besonders hohe Festigkeit der Träger erreicht wird.
Die Flachpalette nach der Erfindung wird in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung anhand zweier Ausführungsbeispiele, die in der Zeichnung dargestellt sind, näher erläutert Es zeigt

Die im Strangpreßverfahren hergestellte Flachpalette 1 weist eine ebene Deckplatte 2 auf, an welche im Querschnitt T-förmig ausgebildete Träger 3 angeformt sind. Das Holzspanplatten-Material, aus dem die Flachpalette 1 gefertigt ist, ist im Steg 4 der Träger 3 verdichtet, wodurch eine hohe Festigkeit der Träger 3 gegeben ist An den Längsseiten der Deckplatte 2 sind die Träger 3 doppelreihig und in der Mitte derselben einreihig angeordnet Es ist eine relativ große Standfläche der Träger 3 sichergestellt, die das Übereinanderstapeln der gefüllten Flachpaletten wesentlich erleichtert. Durch die kufenförmige Ausbildung der Träger 3 ist die Flachpalette als Zweiwegpalette einsetzbar. Die Flachpalette ist jedoch auch als Vierwegpalette verwendbar, wenn in den Stegen der Träger 3 jeweils entsprechende Ausnehmungen 5 zur Aufnahme der Gabel eines Gabelstaplers vorgesehen sind (s. F i g. 3).

  1. Palentanspruch:
    Flachpalette aus Holzspanplatten-Material, deren ebene Deckplatte und T-förmige Träger im Strangpreßve.rfahren hergestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flachpalette einstückig und das Material im Steg (4) der T-förmigen Träger (3) verdichtet stranggepreßt ist
