Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung und seine Verwendung als Insektizid und Akarizid
Die vorliegende· Erfindung betrifft den neuen Ö-A'thyl-S-n-propyl-0-C2-brom-4-cyanophenyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureester,
welcher eine insektizide und akärizide Wirkung aufweist und
ein Verfahren zu seiner Hersteilung. -
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß ;0,0-Dialkyl-0-(cyanophenyl)-thionophosphorsäureester,
z.B. der 0,Q-Diäthyl-0-(4-cyanophenyl)-thionophosphorsäureester, gute insektizide Eigenschaften
besitzt (vergleiche USA-Patentschrift 3.607,991).
Diese Verbindungen haben darüber hinaus aber eine hohe Warmblüter toxizi tat.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß der neue 0-Ä.thyl-S-n-propyl-O-(2-brom-4-cyanophenyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureester
der Formel ;

eine sehr gute insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit und
darüber hinaus eine geringe Warmblütertoxizität aufweist.
Weiterhin wurde gefunden, daß der O-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-O-(2-brom-4-cyanophenyl)-thionothiophosphorsäureester
der Formel (i) erhalten wird, wenn man O-Ä'thyl-S-n-propylthionothiolphosphorsäureesterhalogenide
der Formel

Überraschenderweise zeigt der erf Ind-ung age mäße 0-Athyl-S-npropy
1-0-(2-brom-4--eyano phenyl )-thionothiolphosphör säureester
(I) eine insektizide und akarizide Wirkung bei sehr geringer Warmblütertoxizität gegenüber vorbekannten Verbindungen analoger
Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Der erfindungsgemäße
Wirkstoff stellt somit eine echte Bereicherung der Technik dar.
Verwendet man O-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-thionothiolphosphorsäureesterchlorid
und 2-Brom-4—eyanphenol als Ausgangsstoffe, so
kann der Eeaktionsverlauf durch das folgende Formelschema
wiedergegeben werden:

Die verfahrensgemäß verwendbaren Ausgangsstoffe sind durch
die Formeln (II) und (III) allgemein eindeutig definiert.
Das als Ausgangsmaterial verwendete 2-Brom-4-cyanophenol ist in der Literatur beschrieben und nach allgemein üblichen
Verfahren herstellbar ^/vergleiehe Bericht der deutschen chemischen
Gesellschaft 29., 2357 (1896)"J-, ebenso das 0-Xthyl-S-n-propyl-thionothiolphosphorsäureesterhalogenid
(vergleiche Russische Patentschrift 184.863J Japanische Patentschrift
5536/72).
Das Phosphorylierungsverfahren zur Herstellung des neuen
Stoffes (I) wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter

Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmiutei durchgeführt. Als solche
kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage.
Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol,
Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform,'Tetrachlorkohlenstoff
, Chlorbenzol oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton,
Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl-, und Methylisobutylketon,
außerdem Nitrile, wie Aceto- und Propionitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate
und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat
bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin,, Trimethylamin,
Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereiches
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und TOO0C, vorzugsweise bei 15 bis 600C.
Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangsstoffe meist in äquimolaren Verhältnissen ein. Ein Überschuß
der einen oder anderen Reaktionskomponente bringt keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen
in einem geeigneten Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel ■in Anwesenheit eines Säureakzeptors vorgenommen und das
Reaktionsgemisch zur Vervollständigung der Reaktion mehrere Stunden bei erhöhter Temperatur nachgerührt. Dann saugt man
den ausgeschiedenen, salzartigen Niederschlag ab, gießt das Piltrat in ein organisches Lösungsmittel, z.B. Toluol, und

wäscht mit gesättigter Natriumbicarbonatlösung und anschliessend
mit Fasser. Nach dem Trocknen wird das Lösungsmittel
unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert.
Die neue Verbindung fällt in Form eines Öles an, das sich
nicht unzersetzt destillieren läßt, jedoch durch sogenanntes
"Andestillieren"", ■ d»h·. durch längeres Erhitzen unter
vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den
letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt wird. Zu seiner Charakterisierung dient der
Brechungsindex. ":--
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnet sich, die neue
Verbindung (I) durch eine gute insektizide und akarizide
Wirksamkeit aus. Sie besitzt eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende
und fressende Insekten und Milben (Acar'iha) und zeichnet
sich durch ihre sehr niedrige Warmblütertoxizität aus. Aus
diesem Grunde kann die Verbindung im Pflanzenschutz, auf
dem Hygiene- und Vorratsschützsektor als Schädlingsbekömpfungsmittel
eingesetzt werden.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae), Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum padi), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoffellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korscheiti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
aruhdinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmier laus (Pseudococcu s maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralia und
Wanzen, beispielweeise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularius), Raub-(Rhodnius
prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans),
ferner Zikaden, wie Eüscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.

Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis),
der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter (Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner {Malacosoma neustria),
weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassieae),
kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Ityponomeuta
padella), Mehl- (Epb*8t±· kühniella ) und große
Wachsmotte (.Galleria mellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den beiSenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera)
z.B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria), Kartoffel- (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Ampfer- (Gastrophysa
viridula), Meerrettichblatt- (Phaedon cochleariae), Rapsglanz-(Meligethes
aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentosus), Speisebohnen- (Bruchidius = Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck-(Dermestes
frischi), Khapra- (Trogoderma granariiam), rotbrauner
Reismehl- (Tribolium castaneum), Mais- (Calandra oder Sitophilus
zeamais), Brot- (Stegobium paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrio molitor) und Getreidepiattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surinamensis),
aber auch im Boden lebende Arten z. B, DrahtwUrmer (Agriotes
spec.) und Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die Deutsche (HUttteHa germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta
americana), Madeira- (Leucophaeä oder Rhyparobia mader··),
Orientalische (BIatta orientalis), Riesen- (Bläberus giganteus)
und schwarze Riesenschabe (Bläberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia
flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z.B. das Heimchen (Gryllus
domesticus); Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes flavipes) und Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die
Wiesenameise (Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie. die Tau-(Drosophila
melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Pannia
canicularis), Glanz- (Phormia regina) und Schmeißfliege (Calliphora erythrocephala) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys
calcitrans); ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber- (Aedes aegypti), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles stephensi)ο

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben
(Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius =
Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumsplnnmilbe
(Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi),
Gallmilben, z.B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis) und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe
(Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus);
schließlich Zecken wie die Lederzecke (Ornithodorus moubata).
,Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge,
besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Die erfindungsgemäßenWirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen
übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in
bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also flüssigen Lösungsmitteln,
unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen
Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberfIa-chenaktiven
Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln. Im Fälle der
Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können ζ.B. auch organische
Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen in«,
frage: Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, Benzol öder Alkylnaphthaline,
chlorierte Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder
Methylenchlorid, 5 v
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine, z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol
sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon, MethyIisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark
polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dlmethylsulfoxid,
sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln
oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint,
welche bei normaler Temperatur und.unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. Freonj als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche
Gesteinsmehle, wie Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit öder Diatomeenerde und synthetische
Gesteinsmehle, wie hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid
und Silikate; als Emulgier- und/oder schaumerzeugende
Mittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren, wie PoIyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester,Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z.B. Alkylaryl-polyglykol-äther, Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate,
Arylsülfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysäte; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin, SuIfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen
in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und
90 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen, wie
gebrauchsfertige Lösungen, Emulsionen, Schäume, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Stäubmittel und Granulate
angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht in üblicher Weise,
z.B. durch Verspritzen, Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen, Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen
können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10 %, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,01 und 1 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren
(ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 % oder sogar den 100 #-igen Wirkstoff
allein auszubringen.

Albinoratte (Rattus norvegicus) 7 Tagen
Zur Herstellung einer geeigneten Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 3 Gewichtsteile Wirkstoff mit 2,8 Gewichtsteilen
hochdisperBer Kieselsäure und 4,2 Gewichtsteilen Talkum.
Unter Zugabe von etwas pulverisiertem Pflanzengummi stellt man aus diesem Wirkstoffkonzentrat durch Anreiben mit Wasser Suspension her, die in T ml Flüssigkeit die pro 100 g
Tiergewicht zu applizierende Wirkstoffmenge enthalten. Die
Dosierung erfolgt nach Wägung der Versuchstiere volumetrisch«
Appliziert wird mittels einer stählernen Knöpfsonde per os.
Die Auswertung erfolgt Jeweils nach Ablauf der oben angegebenen Zeitspanne, gerechnet von der Applikation des
Wirkstoffs.
Die Bestimmung der LD5Q-Werte (Wirkstoffdosis, mit der 50 %
der behandelten Tiere abgetötet werden) erfolgt aus den
Mortalitätswerten der in geometrischer Progression variierten
Dosen in üblicher Weise.

Durch den vorangehenden Toxizitätstest wird die überraschend
niedrige Warmblütertoxizität gegenüber Verbindungen analoger
Struktur 1 gleicher Wirkungsrichtung nachgewiesen.
Herstellungsbeispiel
SCLH^-n
Zu einer Mischung aus 19,8 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Brom-4-eyanophenol
und 14,5 g (0,105 Mol) Kaliumcarbonat in 200 ml
Acetonitril werden 21,8 g (0,1 Mol) O-Äthyi-S-n-propylthionothiolphosphorsäur'ediesterchlorid
getropft· Man läßt 3 Stunden bei 500C nachreagieren, saugt vom ausgeschiedenen Kaliumchlorid ab und gießt das Piltrat in
500 ml Toluol. Man wäscht mit gesättigter Natriumbicarbonatlösung·
und Wasser und trocknet dann über Natriumsulfat. Dann wird das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert und
der Rückstand durch "AndestillierenM gereinigt. Man
erhält 19 g (50 <$>
der Theorie) O-Xthyl-S-n-propyl-Q-(2-brom-4-cyanophenyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäuree3ter
in Form eines gelben Öles vom Brechungsindex n£6t 1,5802.

Claims (6)
- Patentansprüche f0-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-0-(2-brom-4-cyanophenyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureester der FormelBr .(I)
- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung des O-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-O-(2-brom-4-cyanophenyl)-thiono thiophosphorsäureester, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man O-JLthyl-S-n-propylthionothiolphosphorBäureesterhalogenide der Formel2 5 H-HaI (II)in welcherHai für Halogen-, vorzugsweise Chlor stehtmit 2-Brom-4-cyanophenyl der Formel(III)Le A 15 325 - 14 -509819/1140gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels oder in Form der Alkali-, Erdalkäli- bzw. Ammoniumsalze umsetzt. . -.-."■"■"
- 3. .-Insekti-zi.de und akarizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an 0-lthyl-S-n-propyl-0-(2-brom-4-eyanophenyl)-thionothiophosphorsäureester gemäß Formel (i)in Anspruch 1. ä
- 4. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man0-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-O-{2-brom-4-eyanophenyl)-thionpthiolphosphorsäuree ster gemäß Formel (l) in Anspruch 1 auf Insekten und Milben und/oder ihren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
- 5. Verwendung von O-Äthyl-S-n-propyl-O-(2-brom-4-oyanophenyl)-thiono thiophosphorsäureester gemäß Formel (I)-in Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
- 6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von insektiziden und akariziden Mitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man 0-A'thyl-S-n-propyl-0-(2-brom-4-cyanophenyl)-thionothiolphosphorsäureester gemäß Formel (I) in Anspruch 1 mit Streckmitteln und/oder oberflächenaktiven Mitteln vermischt.Le A 15 325 - 15 —509 8 19/1140
