Diese Dichtung ist außergewöhnlich einfach und
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Schleifende Dichtung für Pendelwalzlager, die einen inneren Dichtungsring (45) aufweist, der mit dem Innenring (1) des Lagers verbunden ist und der Dichtungsring (45) mit einem sich radial erstreckenden inneren Abschnitt (47) zum Anliegen an einer Stirnfläche des Innenrings (1) und einem äußeren, im wesentlichen als Kugelzone geformten Abschnitt (48) versehen ist, daß die Dichtung außerdem einen äußeren Dichtungsring (46) aufweist, der mit dem Außenring (2) des Lagers verbunden ist und mit einem äußeren, sich radial erstreckenden Abschnitt (50) zum Anliegen an einer Stirnfläche des Außenrings (2) und einem inneren Abschnitt (51), der im wesentlichen die Form einer Kugelzone aufweist, versehen ist, wobei die vorerwähnten Kugelzonen im wesentlichen dieselbe Krümmung wie die Laufbahn des Außenringes (2) haben und durch einen schmalen Spalt voneinander getrennt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine an sich bekannte Schicht (10) von im wesentlichen radial gerichteten, flexiblen Flockfasern auf die Kugelzone des inneren ersten Dichtungsringes (45) aufgetragen ist und mit der anderen Kugelzone in Kontakt ist, wobei ein Teil der Schicht (10) der Flockfasern auch in einem axial außerhalb der Kugelzone des äußeren Dichtungsrings (46) liegenden Bereich der Kugelzone des inneren Dichtungsringes (45) aufgetragen ist.
