"Pharmazeutisches Präparat"
Die Erfindung betrifft ein pharmazeutisches Präparat zur oralen Anwendung gegen Hämorrhoiden mit rascher durchgreifender Wirkung auf Basis von vorwiegend Pflanzenstoffen.
Zur Heilung der knotenförmigen Erweiterung der Venengeflechte des unteren Mastdarmendes sind zahlreiche unterschiedliche Pharmazeut ica, teils auf pflanzlicher, teils auf synthetischer oder gemischter Basis bekannt geworden, die jedoch erst nach langdauernder, meist rektaler Anwendung zum Erfolg führten oder nur eine Besserung, jedoch keine durchgreifende Heilung brachten. Es gibt jedoch zur Heilung von Hämorrhoiden kein Pflanzenstoffkombinationsmittel, welches mit Erfolg bei oraler Applikation angewendet werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemässe Kombination pflanzlicher Wirkstoffe, die vorteilhaft aufgrund ihres sehr bitteren Geschmacks bei oraler Anwendung in Form von Kapseln, die sich erst im Magen-Darm-Iraktus auflösen und freigegeben werden, unzerkaut geschluckt wird, zeigt schon nach ein- bis dreimaliger Anwendung merkliche und vom Patienten geschätzte Erleichterung und deutliche Besserung. Die endgültige Heilung tritt nach kurzer Anwendungszeit ein.

Das Kombinations-Präparat enthält folgende Wirkstoffe:

Ein typisches Ausführungsbeispiel wird nachfolgend beschrieben, wobei die Mengenangaben für die einzelnen Wirkstoffe jecloch nicht bindend sind.
Beispiel
Die Herstellung des Präparates erfolgt in fünf Stufen:
1. Stufe: 1000 g Aloe capensis
11 g Cortex hippocastani
H g Fructus juniperi
Il g Fungus laricis
ir g Radix althaeae
Il g Radix gentianae
It S Radix angelicae
Il S Rhizoma galangae
100 S Fructus myrtilli
100 S Crocus nat. ^
werden als Pulver trocken gemischt.

2. Stufe: 1255 g dieser trockenen Mischung werden in 2
Liter 48 Vol.~$igem 'Äthylalkohol eingerührt und zwecks Anlösung der im Wasser, bzw. im Alkohol löslichen Bestandteile 2 bis 3 Tage ziehen gelassen. Sodann wird dieser Brei an der luft getrocknet .
3. Stufe: In diesen getrockneten Extrakt werden
500 g Hamamelis fluid eingerührt, sodann 3 Liter Polyäthylenglykol 400 TJSP beigemischt.
4. Stufe: 6,25 g Aesculin reinst
15 g Rutin krist. reinst DAB 7
12 g Chlorophyll
15 g Vitamin B 1 DAB 7
200 g Polyäthylenglykol 400 USP
werden gemischt und emulgiert.
5. Stufe: Die Emulsion der 4. Stufe wird eingemischt in
die Mischung der Stufe 3 und nochmals emulgiert. Es resultiert ein pastenförmiger Brei, von dem je 1 oder 2 g bei oraler Anwendung in Form von gehärteten Gelatinekapseln, die sich im Darmtraktus lösen und somit die Wirkstoff-Kombination freigeben, eingebettet werden.

    (T). Oral verabreichbare Arzneimittelzusaminensetzung gegen Hämorrhoiden, bestehend aus
    Aloe capensis
    Cortex hippocastani
    Pructus juniperi
    Fungus laricis
    Radix althaeae
    Radix gentianae
    Radix angelicae
    Rhizoma galangae
    Pructus myrtilli
    Crocus nat.
    Extract, hamamelides fluid.
    Aesculin
    Rutin
    Chlorophyll und J
    Vitamin B
    v/obei die vorstehenden Komponenten in mit 43 $igem Äthylalkohol angelöster Form vorliegen, gegebenenfalls mit üblichen Trägern und Hilfsstoffen.
  2. 2. Arzneimittelzusammensetzung gemäss Anspruch 1, bestehend aus
