Am oder nahe am Boden des Behälters A ist eine Scheibe G mit nach abwärts gerichtetem, über den ganzen Umfang reichendem Flansch g^s angeordnet. Die Scheibe G weist noch einen weiteren Flansch g auf, der den Raum unter dieser Scheibe G in zwei Kammern ' e und e¹ teilt. Die Kammer e¹ ist mit dem Heißwassergefäß durch eine Öffnung g·² in der Scheibe G verbunden und stellt den Kochraum dar. Die Kammer e ist mit dem Behälter durch eine kleine Öffnung g¹ in der Scheibe G verbunden und bildet die Dampfkammer. Von der Kochkammer wird nach dem oberen Teil des Extraktbehälters durch das Heißwasserrohr D kochendes Wasser geführt.
