-esteramide, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Insektizide und Akarizide
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue methoxysubstituierte Chinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw.
-esteramide, welche insektizide und akarizide Wirkungen aufweisen, sowie ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
Es ist bereits bekannt geworden, daß alkyl-bzw.nitrosubstituierte
Chinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester, wie
z.B. 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(6-nitro- bzw. -5,7-dimethyl-chinoxalyl(2))-thionophosphorsäureester
oder der O-Äthyl-0-(5- bzw. 6-methyl-chinoxalyl(2))-thiono-äthanphosphonsäureester,
insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften aufweisen (vgl. Belgische Patentschrift 702 672).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen Chinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
bzw. -esteramide der Formel

in welcher
R1 für gerades oder verzweigtkettiges Alkoxy mit
bis zu 10 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Dialkylamino mit bis zu 4 Kohlenstoffatomen je Alkylrest und
R" für gerades oder verzweigtkettiges Alkyl oder Alkoxy mit bis zu 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, Phenyl
oder für Dialkylamino mit bis zu 4 Kohlenstoffatomen je Alkylrest stehen, und die
Methoxygruppe sowohl in 6- als auch 7-Stellung
stehen kann und
X für ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom steht,
sich durch eine starke insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit auszeichnen.
Weiterhin wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen methoxysubstituierten Chinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
bzw. -esteramide der Konstitution (i) erhalten werden, wenn man (Thiono)-Phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramid-
bzw. -amidhalogenide der Formel

in Form ihrer Alkali- bzw. Erdalkalisalze bzw« Ammoniumsalze oder in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels umsetzt.
Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen methoxysubstituierten
Cliinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosplion)-säureester
bzw. -esteramide eine höhere insektizide, speziell bodeninsektizide, und akarizide neben einer
fungiziden Wirkung als vorbekannte Verbindungen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung
der Technik dar.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen stellen eine Bereicherung
der Technik auch in. sofern dar, als sie zur Befriedigung
des großen Bedarfs an immer neuen Wirkstoffen auf dem Gebiet der Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel beitragen. Dieser
Bedarf kommt dadurch zustande, daß an die im Handel befindlichen Mittel gerade auch im Hinblick auf Fragen des Umweltschutzes
immer höhere Anforderungen gestellt werden, die bis zum Verbot gewisser Mittel führen können. Solche Anforderungen
sind z.B. geringe Warmblüter- und Phytotoxizität, schneller Abbau in und auf der Pflanze um geringe Karenzzeiten
zu ermöglichen, Wirksamkeit gegen resistente Schädlinge u.s.w.
Verwendet man 2-Hydroxy-6- bzw. -7-methoxychinoxalin und
0,O-Diäthylphosphorsäureesterchlorid als Ausgangsmaterialien,
so kann der Reaktionsablauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (II) und (III) eindeutig definiert. R' steht vorzugsweise für gerades
oder verzweig ι es Alkoxy mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen oder für Dimethyl- bzw. Diethylamin, R" bedeutet vorzugsweise
Phenyl, Dimethyl- bzw. Diäthylamin, oder gerades oder verzweigtes Alkyl oder Alkoxy mit Λ bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen.
Das als Ausgangsstoff benötigte 2-Hydroxy-6- bzw. ~7~methoxychinoxalin
der Formel (III) kann wie folgt hergestellt werden. Entweder wird 5 Methoxy-o~phenylendiamin mit Glyoxylesterhalbacetal
umgesetzt oder mit Chloressigsäure in Anwesenheit
von Basen behandelt und anschließend oxidiert. Man erhält so ein Gemisch der Isomeren 2-Hydroxy-6~methoxychinoxalin
und 2-Hydroxy~7-methoxychinoxalin:

AIs Beispiele für die verfahrensgemäß umzusetzenden (Thiono)-Phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
bzw. -esteramid- bzw. -amidhalogenide seien im einzelnen genannt:

O-Methyl-, O-Äthyl-, O-n-Propyl-, O-iso-Propyl-, O-n-Butyl-,
O-iso-Butyl-, O-tert.-Butyl-, O-sec.-Butyl-, O-Pentyl-, O-2-Methyl-butyl-,
O-Hexyl-, O-2-Methyl-pentyl(4)-, O-2-Äthylbutyl(D-,
O-2,2-Dimethyl-butyl(D-, O-Octyl-, O-2-Äthylhexyl-,
0-2,2-Dißtethyl~hexy!benzol-, -methan-, -äthan-,
-propan-, -butan-phosphonsäureesterhalogenid und die entsprechenden
Thionoanalogen.
Das Herstellungsverfahren wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als
solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage. Hierzu gehören vor allem aliphatische und aromatische,
gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform,
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, Äther wie z.B. Diäthyl- xsad. Dibutyläther, DJLoxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise
Aceton, Methyläthyl-, und Methyliso-propyl und Methylisobuty!keton,
außerdem Hitrile, wie Acetonitril und Propianitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel
Verwendtaiig finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate
und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat bzw. -äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische
oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin,
Dimethylamin, Dimethy!anilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereiches
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 laid 1200C, vorzugsweise bei 20 bis 75°C.

Die Umsetzung wird Im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck durchgeführt.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangsstoffe
im molaren Verhältnis in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel bei den angegebenen Temperaturen in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels
um. Nach ein- bis mehrstündigem Nachrühren wird wie üblich aufgearbeitet, indem man das Reaktionsgemisch mit
einem organischen Lösungsmittel, z.B. Benzol, aufnimmt,
lösliche Bestandteile mit Wasser und Natronlauge auswäscht und die benzolische Phase trocknet und einengt.
Fallen die Verbindungen In kristalliner Form an, dient zu
ihrer Charakterisierung der Schmelzpiinkt.
Fallen die Verbindungen In Form farbloser bis schwach gefärbter
Öle an, so können sie meistens durch Destillation gereinigt werden oder für den Fall, daß sie sich leicht
zersetzen, werden sie durch sogenanntes "Andestlllleren",
d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck, auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzen flüchtigen
Anteilen befreit und auf diese Welse gereinigt. Zu ihrer
Charakterisierung dient vor allem der Brechungsindex.
Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die neuen
Chinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide durch eine hervorragende Insektizide, insbesondere
bodeninsektizlde und akarlzlde Wirksamkeit gegenüber
Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlingen aus. Sie besitzen dabei sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende
als auch fressende Insekten und Milben (Acarlna). Gleichzeitig weisen sie eine geringe Phytotoxizität und z.T. auch
fungizide Eigenschaften auf.

Zu den saugenden Insekten gehören im wesentlichen Blattläuse (Aphidae) wie die griJne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae),
die schwarze Bohnen- (Doralis fabae). Hafer- (Rhopalosiphum
padi.), Erbsen- (Macrosiphum pisi) und Kartoffellaus (Macrosiphum
solanifolii), ferner die Johannisbeergallen- (Cryptomyzus korschelti), mehlige Apfel- (Sappaphis mali), mehlige Pflaumen-(Hyalopterus
arundinis) und schwarze Kirschenblattlaus (Myzus cerasi), außerdem Schild- und Schmierläuse (Coccina), z.B. die
Efeuschild- (Aspidiotus hederae) und Napfschildlaus (Lecanium
hesperidum) sowie die Schmierlaus (Pseudococcus maritimus);
Blasenfüße (Thysanoptera) wie Hercinothrips femoralis und Wanzen, beispielweeise die Rüben- (Piesma quadrata), Baumwoll-(Dysdercus
intermedius), Bett- (Cimex lectularlus)f Raub-(Rhodnius
prolixus) und Chagaswanze (Triatoma infestans), ferner Zikaden, wie Euscelis bilobatus und Nephotettix bipunctatus.
Bei den beißenden Insekten wären vor allem zu nennen Schmetterlingsraupen
(Lepidoptera) wie die Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis),
der Schwammspinner (Lymantria dispar), Goldafter (Euproctis chrysorrhoea) und Ringelspinner (!Vlalacosoma neustria),
weiterhin die Kohl- (Mamestra brassicae) und die Saateule (Agrotis segetum), der große Kohlweißling (Pieris brassicae),
kleine Frostspanner (Cheimatobia brumata), Eichenwickler (Tortrix viridana), der Heer- (Laphygma frugiperda) und aegyptische
Baumwollwurm (Prodenia litura), ferner die Gespinst-(Hyponomeuta
padella), Mehl- (Ephestia kühniella ) und große Wachsmotte (Galleria mellonella),

Weiterhin zählen zu den beißenden Insekten Käfer (Coleoptera) z.B. Korn- (Sitophilus granarius = Calandra granaria),
Kartoffel- (Leptinotarsa decemlineata), Ampfer- (Gastrophysa
viridula), Meerrettichblatt- (Phaedon cochleariae), Rapsglanz-(Meligethes
aeneus), Himbeer- (Byturus tomentosus), Speisebohnen- (Bruchidius = Acanthoscelides obtectus), Speck-(Dermestes
frischi), Khapra- (Trogoderma granarium), rotbrauner
Reismehl- (Tribolium castaneum), Mais- (Calandra oder Sitophilus zeamais), Brot- (Stegobium paniceum), gemeiner Mehl- (Tenebrio
molitor) und Getreideplattkäfer (Oryzaephilus surinamensis), aber auch im Boden lebende Arten z. B. Drahtwürmer (Agriotes
spec.) und Engerlinge (Melolontha melolontha); Schaben wie die
Deutsche (KUrtteUa germanica), Amerikanische (Periplaneta
americana), Madeira- (Leucophaea oder Rhyparobia maderae),
Orientalische (Blatta orientalis), Riesen- (Blaberus giganteus) und schwarze Riesenschabe (Blaberus fuscus) sowie Henschoutedenia
flexivitta; ferner Orthopteren z.B. das Heimchen (Acheta domesticus); Termiten wie die Erdtermite (Reticulitermes
flavipes) und Hymenopteren wie Ameisen, beispielsweise die Wiesenameise (Lasius niger).
Die Dipteren umfassen im wesentlichen Fliegen wie die Tau-(Drosophila
melanogaster), Mittelmeerfrucht- (Ceratitis capitata), Stuben- (Musca domestica), kleine Stuben- (Fannia
canicularis), Glanz- (Phormia aegina) und Schmeißfliege
(Calliphora erythrocephala) sowie den Wadenstecher (Stomoxys calcitrans); ferner Mücken, z.B. Stechmücken wie die Gelbfieber-
(Aedes aegypti), Haus- (Culex pipiens) und Malariamücke (Anopheles Stephens!).

Zu den Milben (Acari) zählen besonders die Spinnmilben
(Tetranychidae) wie die Bohnen- (Tetranychus telarius =
Tetranychus althaeae oder Tetranychus urticae) und die Obstbaumspinnmilbe
(Paratetranychus pilosus = Panonychus ulmi), Gallmilben, z.B. die Johannisbeergallmilbe (Eriophyes ribis)
und Tarsonemiden beispielsweise die Triebspitzenmilbe (Hemitarsonemus latus) und Cyclamenmilbe (Tarsonemus pallidus);
schließlich Zecken wie die Lederzecke (Ornithodorus moubata).
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge,
besonders Fliegen und Mücken, zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte außerdem durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung
auf Holz und Ton sowie eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.

Die Wirkstoffe können als solche, in Form ihrer Formulierungen oder in den daraus bereiteten Anwendungsformen,
wie gebrauchsfertige Lösungen, emulgierbare Konzentrate, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Spritzpulver, Pasten, lösliche
Pulver, Stäubmittel und Granulate angewendet werden. Die Anwendung geschieht in üblicher Weise, z.B. durch Verspritzen,
Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen, Verräuchern, Vergasen, Gießen, Beizen oder Inkrustieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen
Zubereitungen können in größeren Bereichen variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und
10%, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und 1 %.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-
Volume- Verfahr en (ULV) verwendet werden, wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95 % oder sogar
den 100 %igen Wirkstoff allein auszubringen.

Je nach ihrem Anwendungs zweck können die neuen Wirkstoffe in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen,
Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen
der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, d.h. flüssigen Lösungsmitteln und/oder Trägerstoffen gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von
oberflächenaktiven Mitteln also Emulgier- und/oder Dispergiermitteln, wobei z.B. im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als
Streckmittel gegebenenfalls organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel
verwendet werden können. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage: Aromaten(z.B. Xylol,
Benzol). Chlorierte Aromaten (z.B. Chlorbenzole), Paraffine (z.B. Erdölfraktionen), Alkohole (z.B. Methanol, Butanol),
stark polare Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxyd sowie Wasser; als feste Trägerstoffe: natürliche
Gesteinsmehle (z.B. Kaoline, Tonerden, Talkum, Kreide) und synthetische Gesteinsmehle (z.B. hochdisperse Kieselsäure,
Silikate); als Emulgiermittel: nichtionogene und anionische Emulgatoren wie Polyoxyäthylen-Fettsäure-Ester, Polyoxyäthylen-Fettalkohol-Äther,
z.B. Alkylarylpolyglykolather, Alkylsulfonate und Arylsulfonate; als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin,
Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den Formulierungen in Mischung mit anderen bekannten Wirkstoffen vorliegen.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält, und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte
Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) taufeucht und besetzt sie mit Raupen der
Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in i<>
bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen getötet
wurden, während 0 % angibt, daß keine Raupen getötet wurden.
Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, Auswertungszeiten und
Resultate gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle 1 hervor:

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge

Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Kohlpflanzen (Brasaica oleracea), die stark von der Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae)
befallen sind, angegossen, so daß die Wirkstoffzubereitung in
den Boden eindringt, ohne die Blätter der Kohlpflanzen zu benetzen. Der Wirkstoff wird von den Kohlpflanzen aus dem Boden
aufgenommen und gelangt so zu den befallenen Blättern.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird der Abtötungsgrad in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Blattläuse abgetötet
wurden, 0 # bedeutet, daß keine Blattläuse abgetötet wurden.
Wirkstoffe, Wirkstoffkonzentrationen, Auswertungszeiten und
Resultate gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle 2 hervor:

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung
vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das die angegebene Menge Emulgator enthält,
und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die ungefähr eine Höhe von 10 - 30 cm haben, tropfnass besprüht. Diese Bohnenpflanzen sind stark mit allen
Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinen Spinnmilbe (Tetranychus
urticae) befallen.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Wirksamkeit der Wirkstoffzubereitung
bestimmt, indem man die toten Tiere auszählt. Der so erhaltene Abtötungsgrad wird in % angegeben.
100 % bedeutet, daß alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden, 0 %
bedeutet, daß keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

Resultate gehen aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle 3 hervor:

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge
Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator zu und verdünnt
das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration. Die Wirkstoffzubereitung wird innig mit dem Boden verr
mischt. Dabei spielt die Konzentration des Wirkstoffes in der Zubereitung praktisch keine Rolle, ertscheidend ist allein die
Wirkstoffgewichtsmenge pro Volumeneir.heit Boden, welche in
ppm angegeben wird.- (z.B. mg/1). Man füllt den Boden in Töpfe und läßt die Töpfe bei Raumtemperatur stehen. Nach 24 Stunden
werden die Testtiere in den behandelten Boden gegeben und nach weiteren 48 Stunden wird der Wirkungsgrad des Wirkstoffes durch
Auszählen der toten.und lebenden Testinsekten in % bestimmt.
Der Wirkungsgrad ist 100 %f wenn alle Testinsekten abgetötetworden
sind, er ist 0 %,wenn noch genau so viele Testinsekten leben wie bei der Kontrolle.

Tabelle 4 hervor":

Herstellungsbeispiele
Beispiel 1
4-4- g (0>25 Mol) 2-Hydroxy-6(7)-methoxychinoxalin und 40 g
Kaliumcarbonat kocht man 30 Minuten in 300 ml Acetonitril. Bei 700C tropft man 47 g (0,25 Mol) 0,0-Diäthylthiophosphoryl-Chlorid
zu dem Reaktionsgemisch und rührt 4 Stunden am Rückfluß nach. Man kühlt ab, nimmt das Gemisch mit 300 ml Benzol
auf, wäscht die löslichen Bestandteile mit Wasser, dann mit 1 η NaOH und wieder mit Wasser aus, trocknet die benzolische
Lösung über Natriumsulfat und dampft sie im Vakuum ein. Den kristallisierenden Rückstand löst man in Alkohol und kühlt
ab. Nach einigem Stehen scheiden sich weiße Kristalle ab, die isoliert und an der Luft getrocknet werden. Es werden 64 g
(78 % d.Th.) 0,0-Diäthyl-0-6(7)-methoxy-chinoxalinyl(2)-thionophosphorsäureester
mit dem Schmelzpunkt 60-61° erhalten.
O-P(OCH3)2
52 g (0,3 Mol) 2-Hydroxy-6(7)-methoxy-chinoxalin kocht man
30 Minuten mit 45 g Kaliumkarbonat in 300 ml Acetonitril. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird auf Zimmertemperatur abgekühlt und
tropfenweise mit 48 g (0,3 Mol) 0,0-Dxmethyl-thiophosphorylchlorid
versetzt. Die Temperatur wird dabei bei 20 C gehalten. Man rührt über Nacht nach, erwärmt noch 1 Stunde auf
35-4O°C und arbeitet das Reaktionsgemisch analog Beispiel 1

auf. Es werden 38 g (42 % d.Th.) an O,O-Dimethyl-O-6(7)-methoxychinoxalinyl(2)-thionophosphorsäureester
vom Schmelzpunkt 64 C erhalten.

- 3) Insektizide und akarizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an Chinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide der Formel I gemäß Anspruch 1.
- 4) Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben,, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Chinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)■ säureester bzw. -esteramide der Formel I gemäß Anspruch 1 auf Insekten und Milben oder ihren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
- 5) Verwendung von Chinoxalyl-(thiono)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester bzw. -esteramide der Formel I gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Milben.
