Description
- Kugelhalter aus Kunststoff, insbesondere Zur Lagerung von Läuferweilen in Klektrizitäts-Zählern Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kugelhalter aus Kunststoff, insbesondere zur Lagerung von Läuferwellen in Elektrizitätszählern nach Patentanmeldung-WP- 471/ 105 709.
- Gegenstand der Hauptanmeldung ist ein Kugelhalter aus Kunststoff, bei dem sich an die übliche Kegelzentrierung eine zylindrische Führung anschliesst. Diese zusätzliche Führung ist erforderlich, weil die bei Metallkugelhaltern durch spanabhebende Bearbeitung erzielbaren, notwendigen geradlinigen Innen-Kegelflächen bei der Herstellung von Kunststoffkugelhaltern, durch Spritzgiessen nicht erreichbar sind.
- Die kegelflächen von durch Spritzgiessen hergestellten Kunststoffkugelhaltern weisen leichte Wölbungen auf, wodurch der erforderliche Haftzitz und die Zentrierung nicht gewährleistet sind.
- Der kugelhalter der Hauptpatentanmeldung ist so gestaltet und die Welle so in ihm angeordnet, dass der erforderliche Haftsitz des Kugelhalters auf der Läuferwelle, durch die zylindrische Führung erreicht wird, während die Zentrierung der Läuferwelle dadurch gewährleistet ist, dase der Kegel der Läuferwelle, dessen Winkel kleiner ist als der des lnnenkegels des Kugelhalters, dort wo dieser in eine zylindrische Aussparung übargeht, entlang einer Kegelring-Lini anliegt.
- Die Kugel wird in den Kugelhalter mit eingespritzt oder nachträglich in ein beim Spritzgiessen hergestelltes Kugelbett eingedrüokt.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Kugelhalter nach Patentanmeldung lllP- 47i/ 105 709 vorteilhafterweise so zu# gestalten, da der Rundlauf und die Zentrierung vonkunststoffkugelhaltern in Elektrizitätszählern weiter verbessert werden. Erfindungegemäse wird das dadurch erreicht, dass zur Aufnahme der Läuferwellen im Kugelhalter ein Kegelr@ng-Flächensitz und ein Zylinderring- Flächensitz angeordnet eind, wobei zweckmässigerweise unter Wegfall des Zylinderring-Flä chensitzes auch ein zweiter Kegelring-Flächensitz angeordnet werden kann. Durch diese Ausgestaltung des Kugelhalters, werden der Haftsitz des Kunststoff-kugelhalters und seine Zentrierung auf der Läuferwelle so verbessert, das der Rundlauf Bestwerte erreicht.
- Die Erfindung soll nachstchend an einem Ausführungs-Beispiel näher erläutert werden.
- In Zeichnungen zeigen s Fig. 1 und 2: einen Längsschnitt des Kugelhalters mit dem Sitz der Läufe rwelle In Fig. 1 ist der Kugelhalter 1 mit der eingespritzten oder eingedrückten Kugel 2 im Schnitt dargestellt. Die Läuferwelle 3 ist so im KugelhalterKö'rper 1 angeordnet, dass zur Zentrierung des Kunst stoff-kugelhalters, der zylindrische und kegelige Teil der Läuferwelle 3 benutzt wird, wobei sich die Läuferwelle 5 mit dem Endbere@@ reich ihrer Kegelspitze in einem kegelring-Flächensitz 4 und mit dem zylindrischen Teil der Ujuferwelle 3 in einem Zylinderring-Flächensitz 5 befindet.
- In Fig. 2 ist eins dadurch abgewandelte Ausführung des Kugelhalters nach Pig. l dargestellt, bei der nur der kegelige Teil der Läuferwelle 3 sich im Kugelhalter-Körper 1 befindet. Anstelle des Zylinder-Flächensitzes 5 ist ein zweiter Kegelring-Flächensitz @a im Kugelhalter-Körper 1 ausgebildet, der den Anfangsbereich des Kegels der Läuferwelle 3 aufnimmt. Der zwischen den Zentrierflächen befind.
- hohe freie Raum 6 hat den Vorteil, dass bei der Montage des Kunststoff-Kugelhalters eindringende Staubteilchen o.dgl. sich in diesem ablagern können.
- P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e : 1. Kugelhalter aus Kunststoffs insbesondere zur Lagerung von Läuferwellen in Eiektrizitäts-Zählern, nach Patentanmeldung WP- 47i/105 709 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der im Kugelhalter-Körper (1) ein Kegelring-Flächensitz (4) und ein Zylinderring-Flächensitz (5) @ngeordnet ist.
- 2. kugelhalter nach Anspruch 1 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass im kugelhalter-Körper (1) anstelle des Zylinderring-Flächensitzes (3) ein zweiter Kegelr@ng- Flächensitz (4a) angeordnet ist.
- 3. Kugelhalter nach Anspruch 1 und 2 d a d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t, dass zwischen den Ring-Flächensitzen, sich ein freier Raum (6) befindet.
