Abstract

Scharniere für Türen aller Art, bei denen der Zapfen eines Scharniers länger ist, so daß ein separates (d.h. nicht gleichzeitiges) Einhängen von oberem und unterem Scharnier ermöglicht wird.

Description

  • 1. Problembeschreibung
  • Nahezu jeder stand schon einmal vor dem Problem, eine ausgehängte Türe (Schrank- oder Wohnungstüre) wieder einhängen zu müssen.
  • Dieser Vorgang gestaltet sich deshalb schwierig, da sowohl das untere, als auch das obere Scharnier gleichzeitig eingefädelt werden muß.
  • Durch eine kleine Veränderung bzw. Ergänzung der Scharniere wird dieses lästige Problem beseitigt!
  • 2. Technische Beschreibung
  • Nach wie vor existieren zwei Scharniere – das obere und das untere Scharnier. Jedoch ist jetzt der Zapfen eines Scharniers um ca. 1 – 2 cm länger als der andere Zapfen (1, Zapfen Z 1).
  • Die Gegenstücke an der Türe sind beide gleich tief, so dass sich der längere Zapfen, egal, ob er unten oder oben montiert wurde, ganz „einfädeln" läßt. Dadurch muß bei der Türmontage nicht darauf geachtet werden, welche Scharnierteile zusammenpassen.
  • Zum Einhängen der Türe muß man sich zunächst nur auf ein Scharnier konzentrieren (vgl. 1).
  • Sobald dieses Scharnier teilweise eingefädelt ist (2), kann man sich auf das andere Scharnier konzentrieren (3).
  • Es erfolgt also jeweils eine separate, problemlose Einfädelung des jeweiligen Scharniers.
  • Diese Veränderung stellt eine entscheidende Vereinfachung der bisherigen Prozedur dar und ist somit eine entscheidende Verbesserung im Vergleich zum bisherigen System.

  1. Scharniere für Türen aller Art, bei denen der Zapfen eines Scharniers länger ist, so daß ein separates (d.h. nicht gleichzeitiges) Einhängen von oberem und unterem Scharnier ermöglicht wird.
