Claims (6)
1. Mischrohr für einen Scheidkopf einer Hochdruckfluidstral-Schneidanlage, mit einem
Mischrohrkörper (49), der eine sich entlang seiner Längsachse (51) erstreckende
Längsbohrung (50) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem oberen Bereich
des Mischrohres (49) an dessen Außenseite eine Hülse (52) starr angebracht ist, die so
bemessen ist, dass sie durch eine Bohrung (23) des Schneidkopfes einschiebbar und
das Mischrohr in Längsrichtung in einer gewünschten Stellung festlegbar ist.
2. Mischrohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (57) von ei
ner oberen Stirnfläche (55) des Mischrohrkörpers (49) zu einer Bodenfläche (56) der
Hülse zwischen 0,5 mm und 50 mm beträgt.
3. Mischrohr nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wanddicke der
Hülse (52) zwischen 0,25 mm und 5 mm beträgt.
4. Mischrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Au
ßenumfangsfläche der Hülse (52) im wesentlichen zylindrisch ausgebildet ist.
5. Mischrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Au
ßenumfangsfläche der Hülse (59) im wesentlichen kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet ist.
6. Mischrohr nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hül
se (59) von einer Mutter (60) umgeben ist, deren Außenumfangsfläche mit einem Ge
winde versehen ist, welches in ein Innengewinde des Schneidkopfes (22) eingreift.
