Claims (5)
1. Drehherdofen zur Wärmebehandlung von Werkstücken (2), mit einem taktweise
drehbeweglichen Drehherd (3), mit einer Außen- und einer Innenwand (4, 5), die
einen Ofenraum begrenzen, der mittels vertikal beweglicher Türen (6a-6e) in einer
Aufheizzone (7) und mindestens eine Behandlungszone (8 bis 10) unterteilt ist, mit
einer verschließbare Be- und Entladeöffnung (12), die in der Außenwand (4), be
nachbart zur Aufheizzone (7) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine zweite verschließbare Be- und Entladeöffnung (16) in der Außenwand
(4), benachbart zur Aufheizzone (7) und beabstandet zur ersten Be- und Entlade
öffnung (11) angeordnet ist und dass der Drehherd (3) in beide Richtungen dreh
bar ist.
2. Drehherdofen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Be- und
Entladeöffnung (11, 16) die Aufheizzone (7) über einen Bereich von im wesent
lichen 90° erstreckt.
3. Drehherdofen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei Behandlungszonen (8 bis 10) vorgesehen sind,
wobei die Behandlungszonen (8, 10), die sich an die Aufheizzone (7) anschließen,
hinsichtlich Behandlungstemperatur und Behandlungsatmosphäre unterschiedlich
einstellbar sind.
4. Drehherdofen nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich an die zweite Be- und Entladeöffnung (16)
eine gasdichte Schleuse (17) anschließt.
5. Drehherdofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar neben der Be- und Entladeöffnung (11)
beidseitig Türen (6a-6e) vorgesehen sind, so dass eine Be- und Entladezone (12)
gebildet wird.
