Description

The invention relates to a room module, having a room body with a ceiling panel and at least one side wall panel, and a floor panel, wherein the floor panel and the room body have or consist of a concrete material.

Such room modules are made, for example DE 10 2020 113 406 A1 known. The content of DE 10 2020 113 406 A1 is included in this application, for example with regard to possible embodiments and/or production processes and feasibility.

The floor panels can, as with the DE 10 2020 113 406 A1 , be trough-shaped. Alternatively, flat floor panels are known, which are usually hung between the walls. In this case, steel elements can be provided in the base plate and the walls, which are bolted or welded to one another.

In order to create a target gradient or an exactly horizontal position with the floor, the inclination previously had to be created during the production step of connecting the floor slab to the walls. This happens irreversibly, i.e. it is not possible to adjust the floor height and/or floor inclination at a later point in time, e.g. on the construction site.

If room modules with large wall openings are joined together on the construction site, small inaccuracies in the production process lead to an unwanted step in the floor joint area. If the floor is to be laid with a simple covering, for example without footfall sound insulation and/or screed, throughout the joint area, the step must either be reworked on the construction site, which involves a lot of work, or a corresponding shuttering with later grouting on the construction site must be taken into account during the manufacturing process. Subsequent adjustment of the inclination of the floor is completely impossible.

It is therefore an object of the invention to create a room module in which inaccuracies in the production process can be subsequently compensated for.

This problem is solved by the subject matter of the independent claim.

According to the invention, the room module has a room body with a ceiling panel and at least one side wall panel. The room body thus does not include a floor panel. This is manufactured separately.

The room body is preferably in one piece. The ceiling panel, ie the roof or an intermediate ceiling, can thus be integrated into the room module. Alternatively, the ceiling panel and the side wall panel can be separate components.

For example, the ceiling panel can have a roof drainage system. For example, a conventional roof seal, such as that used in prefabricated garages, can be used. This can save costs.

The side wall panel may have one or more door and/or window recesses. The door and/or window recess can already be recessed during casting using appropriate inserts in the tilting formwork. Alternatively, the door and/or window recess can also be subsequently made in the side wall panel, e.g. cut out and/or chiseled out.

The room body preferably has two, three or four side wall panels.

The spatial body preferably has three side wall panels. Basically, the body of the room with the three side wall panels and the ceiling panel can correspond to a prefabricated garage without a floor panel.

Several room modules or room bodies can also be combined with one another in a modular manner, for example to create a larger living space. Depending on the later arrangement of the room modules, individual side wall panels can be omitted in order to create a connection between the room modules.

In the case of two room modules or room bodies combined with one another, the living area can be around 30 m ² , for example.

A single spatial body preferably has a rectangular basic shape. The floor area can be 18 m ² , for example. Overall, the room body can be cuboid.

However, any size can be manufactured using variable formwork.

The room module has a preferably one-piece base plate. The base plate is preferably monolithic, ie continuous and seamless.

When assembled, the floor panel forms a room module floor.

The base plate preferably has a rectangular basic shape. The floor area can be 18 m ² , for example.

In principle, however, any size can be produced, for example by means of variable formwork. The size of the base plate is preferably adapted to the size of the body of the room.

The base plate and the room body each have a concrete material or consist of it. The concrete material can be, for example, architectural concrete. The concrete material is preferably reinforced. The bearing plate may, for example, comprise or consist of a metal material, preferably a steel material.

A plurality of bearing plates, for example two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten or more, are preferably provided.

The number of bearing plates can correspond to the number of threaded sleeves and/or screws.

According to a further embodiment, an end region of the screw lying opposite a screw head rests on the bearing plate.

The screw head can have a polygon socket, for example.

During assembly, the base plate is preferably placed first on the bearing plates. The screws are then operated to set the desired height and/or incline.

Since the height of the screw can be adjusted, the height and/or inclination of the base plate can also be adjusted.

In the end position, the base plate can rest directly or indirectly via the screws on the bearing plates.

Preferably, the base plate and the bearing plates do not touch. So the base plate is - at least mainly - only indirectly on the screws on the support plates.

According to a further embodiment, the elastomer bearing is arranged between the screw and a bearing plate.

The screw can thus rest indirectly on the support plate. Impact sound insulation is therefore not necessary.
