Abstract

Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) mit einem plattenförmigen Hauptkörper, der mit einer Unterseite (120) mit einer Wand oder einem Boden in einem Raum eines Gebäudes verbindbar ist und dessen Oberseite (110) als Nutzfläche dem Raum zugewandt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) aus einem in einer Form (130) verarbeitbaren Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz besteht.

Description

  • TECHNISCHES GEBIET
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Wand- oder Bodenplatte.
  • STAND DER TECHNIK
  • Wand- oder Bodenplatten sind aus diversen Materialien, wie Stein, Keramik, Holz, Fasermaterial, Kork, Linoleum oder Kunststoff bekannt. Sie werden mit ihrer Unterseite mit einem Untergrund beispielsweise durch Kleben verbunden und dienen funktionalen und optischen Zwecken, beispielsweise als dekorative, leicht zu reinigende Oberflächen.
  • Bisher bekannte Wand- oder Bodenplatten sind als Massenware lagerhaltig in einem vorbestimmten Design und in einer bestimmten Größe bei einem Hersteller, einem Großhändler oder in einem Baumarkt vorrätig und werden vom Endkunden oder von seinem beauftragten Handwerker entsprechend gekauft und im entsprechenden Raum eines Gebäudes verbaut. Dabei verbleiben aufgrund der festen Packungsgrößen oft erhebliche Restmengen, die nicht mehr verwendbar sind.
  • Ausgehend von dem oben aufgeführten Stand der Technik ist es Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Wand- oder Bodenplatte anzugeben, die nach Kundenwunsch individuell gestaltbar und in der exakt erforderlichen Größe und Menge herstellbar ist.
  • OFFENBARUNG DER ERFINDUNG
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst mit einer Wand- oder Bodenplatte gemäß Anspruch 1. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Wand- oder Bodenplatte derart aufgebaut, dass sie aus einem in einer Form verarbeitbaren Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz besteht. Durch die Form können beliebige Größen und Konturen einer Wand- oder Bodenplatte hergestellt werden.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der vorliegenden Erfindung ist dem Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz ein Alkohol, insbesondere Bio-Ethanol beigemischt, wodurch sich die durch die Menge des beigemischten Alkohols die gewünschte Härte bzw. Weichheit der Wand- oder Bodenplatte einstellen lässt. Mit erhöhter Alkoholbeimischung wird die fertige Wand- oder Bodenplatte weicher. Keine oder eine nur geringe Alkoholbeimischung führt zu einer größeren Härte der fertigen Wand- oder Bodenplatte.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist die Oberseite der Wand- oder Bodenplatte mit einer dreidimensionalen Struktur versehen, die insbesondere vorteilhaft mittels einer komplementär geformten dreidimensionalen Struktur Struktur der Form in die Oberseite der Wand- oder Bodenplatte aufprägbar ist.
  • Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann die dreidimensionale Struktur Struktur der Form von einer geflammten Holzplatte gebildet sein, die unmittelbar eine Fläche der Form bildet oder von der zuvor ein Silikonabdruck genommen wurde, der dann seinerseits eine Fläche der Form bildet.
  • Bevorzugt weist die Oberseite der Wand- oder Bodenplatte wenigstens eine Farbe auf, die vorteilhaft vor dem Gießen des Epoxidharzes oder Polyesterharzes mit diesem vermischt werden kann, sodass eine vollständig durchgefärbte Wand- oder Bodenplatte entsteht.
  • Alternativ dazu können auch kurz nach dem Eingießen des Epoxidharzes oder Polyesterharzes zwei oder mehr Farben in die Oberseite eingebracht und dort durch Wischen zu einer Marmorierung verarbeitet werden.
  • Es versteht sich für den Fachmann dass die Ausbildung einer dreidimensionalen Struktur Struktur und die Einfärbung mit mindestens einer Farbe auch gleichzeitig an einer Wand- oder Bodenplatte vorhanden sein können.
  • Durch das Eingießen des Epoxidharzes oder Polyesterharzes in eine Form können Wand- oder Bodenplatten mit einer sehr geringen Dicke von weniger als 3 mm hergestellt werden.

  • Weitere Merkmale, Vorteile und Ausführungsformen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsformen einer Wand- oder Bodenplatte anhand der Figuren. Es zeigt:
    • 1 eine Frontansicht einer im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel rechteckigen Wand- oder Bodenplatte;
    • 2 einen Schnitt durch die Wand- oder Bodenplatte gemäß 1 mit einer Anbringung an einer Wand; und
    • 3 eine Form mit einer Struktur und einer in der Form durch Gießen hergestellten Wand- oder Bodenplatte.
  • AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMEN DER ERFINDUNG
  • 1 zeigt eine rechteckige Wand- oder Bodenplatte 100 aus einem Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz, die zur Anbringung an einer Wand 140 oder einem Boden eines Raumes in einem Gebäude geeignet ist. Form und Größe einer erfindungsgemäßen Wand- oder Bodenplatte 100 sind äußerst variabel. Diese können sowohl kleinteilig als auch großflächig in beliebiger Form hergestellt werden. Durch Beimischung eines Alkohols, der insbesondere vorteilhaft von einem Bio-Ethanol gebildet wird, lässt sich die Weichheit bzw. Härte der Wand- oder Bodenplatte 100 in einem breiten Rahmen einstellen. So können beispielsweise sehr harte, abriebfeste Bodenplatten 100 erzeugt werden, aber mit einer entsprechen höheren Alkoholbeimischung auch sehr weiche Wandplatten, die Aufprall dämpfend und Schall schluckend wirken.
  • Wie in 2 gezeigt, weist die Wand- oder Bodenplatte 100 eine einem Raum zugewandte Oberseite 110 und eine mit der Wand 140 verbindbare Unterseite 120 auf. Die Verbindung mit der Wand erfolgt bevorzugt durch Kleben, beispielsweise mit einem PU-Kleber oder einem PS-Kleber. In die Oberseite 110 ist bevorzugt eine dreidimensionale Struktur 112 eingeprägt, durch die ein besonderer optischer Eindruck erzeugt wird und durch die bei Verwendung als Wandplatte auch eine verbesserte Schallschluck-Eigenschaft entsteht.
  • In 3 ist eine nach oben offene Form 130 dargestellt, deren Boden eine dreidimensionale Struktur 132 aufweist. Die dreidimensionale Struktur 132 kann beispielsweise von einem geflammten Holz entweder unmittelbar gebildet werden oder durch eine Silikonplatte, mittels der von der strukturierten Oberfläche eines geflammten Holzes ein Abdruck abgenommen wird. Beim Eingießen des Epoxidharzes oder Polyesterharzes in die Form 130 übernimmt die Oberseite 110 der sich nach Aushärten ausbildenden Wand- oder Bodenplatte 100 eine zur Struktur 132 der Form komplementäre Struktur 112. Die Unterseite 120 bildet sich dagegen als glatte horizontale Fläche aus. Nach dem Entnehmen aus der Form 130 weist die Wand- oder Bodenplatte 100 somit die gewünschte glatte Unterseite 120 für eine flächige Verbindung zur Wand 140 oder zu einem Boden eines Raumes auf. Die Oberseite 110 weist hingegen die dreidimensionale Struktur 112 auf und gewinnt dadurch zum einen ein besonderes einmaliges optisches Erscheinungsbild und zum anderen durch die ungleichmäßige Struktur 112 auch hervorragende akustische Dämm-Eigenschaften.
  • Alternativ dazu kann die Form 130 abweichend von der Darstellung in 3 auch einen ebenen Boden aufweisen, der dann die glatte Unterseite 120 der Wand- oder Bodenplatte 100 formt. In die dann in der Form 130 oben liegende Oberseite 110 kann bei noch nicht aus gehärtetem Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz durch eine Bürste, einen Kamm, einen Zahn-Spachtel oder ein beliebiges anderes Werkzeug eine dreidimensionale Struktur eingebracht werden.
  • In das Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz kann weiterhin zumindest im Bereich der Oberseite 110 auch wenigstens eine Farbe eingebracht werden. Sofern mindestens zwei Farben eingebracht werden, können diese bei noch nicht aus gehärtetem Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz durch Wischen auch zu einer einzigartigen Marmorierung verarbeitet werden. Die vorstehend beschriebene Technologie zur Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Wand- oder Bodenplatte 100 ist auch auf die Herstellung von Möbelplatten oder Bilderrahmen oder zumindest auf deren Oberflächen übertragbar. In diesem Fall können die aus einem Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz gebildeten Platten selbst tragend in einer größeren Dicke ausgebildet sein oder es werden dünnere Platten hergestellt, die mit einer Trägerplatte aus Holz, Holzpressmaterial oder Metall beispielsweise durch Kleben verbunden werden. Derartige plattenförmige Erzeugnisse, insbesondere mit einer in einer Form eingeprägten dreidimensionalen Struktur ihrer Oberseite, sind vom Schutz der Erfindung mit umfasst.
  • Es ist festzuhalten, dass die unter Bezug auf einzelne Ausführungsformen bzw. Varianten beschriebenen Merkmale der Erfindung, wie beispielsweise Art und Ausgestaltung der einzelnen Komponenten sowie deren genaue Dimensionierung und räumliche Anordnung, auch bei anderen Ausführungsformen vorhanden sein können, außer wenn es anders angegeben ist oder sich aus technischen Gründen von selbst verbietet. Von derartigen, in Kombination beschriebenen, Merkmalen einzelner Ausführungsformen müssen außerdem nicht notwendigerweise immer alle Merkmale in einer betreffenden Ausführungsform realisiert sein.

Claims (9)

  1. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) mit einem plattenförmigen Hauptkörper, der mit einer Unterseite (120) mit einer Wand oder einem Boden in einem Raum eines Gebäudes verbindbar ist und dessen Oberseite (110) als Nutzfläche dem Raum zugewandt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) aus einem in einer Form (130) verarbeitbaren Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz besteht.
  2. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Epoxidharz oder Polyesterharz ein Alkohol, insbesondere Bio-Ethanol beigemischt ist.
  3. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite (110) mit einer dreidimensionalen Struktur (112) versehen ist.
  4. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (112) der Oberseite (110) mittels einer komplementär geformten Struktur (132) der Form (130) aufprägbar ist
  5. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (132) von einer geflammten Holzplatte erzeugt wird.
  6. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (132) von der geflammten Holzplatte auf eine Silikonform übertragen wird.
  7. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite (110) wenigstens eine Farbe aufweist.
  8. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite (110) wenigstens zwei Farben aufweist, die durch Wischen zu einer Marmorierung verarbeitbar sind.
  9. Wand- oder Bodenplatte (100) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Dicke von weniger als 3 mm aufweist.
