Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Deckensystem für Reinräume zur einfachen Montage einer druck- und partikeldichten Reinraum-Zwischendecke.The invention relates to a ceiling system for clean rooms for the easy installation of a pressure- and particle-tight clean room false ceiling.
In der Reinraumtechnik sind seit längerem Deckensysteme bekannt, die mittels eines Profiles durch Auflage oder feste Verbindung von Deckenplatten und Abhängung an einer bestehenden Raumdecke eine druckdichte Zwischendecke schaffen. Dabei werden üblicherweise Deckenplatten auf ein abgehängtes Aluminium-T-Profil aufgelegt und mit Hilfe von Klammern fest verbunden. Problematisch bei dieser Art von Systemen ist der Montageaufwand und die Bildung einer flächenbündigen Unterseite. Darüberhinaus sind vorhandene Systeme oft nur auf einen gewissen Typ von Fan-Filter-Modulen ausgelegt und bieten somit keine Einsatzmöglichkeiten für sonstige am Markt verfügbaren Fan-Filter-Module (siehe auch EP 0834706 "Rasterdecke für Reinraum").Ceiling systems have long been known in cleanroom technology that create a pressure-tight false ceiling by means of a profile that supports or firmly connects ceiling panels and suspension to an existing ceiling. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Deckensystem für Reinräume derart weiterzubilden, daß es nicht nur eine einfachere Montage der Deckenelemente und die Schaffung einer flächenbündigen Unterseite ermöglicht, sondern daß es darüberhinaus variable Achsmaße und damit eine herstellerunabhängige Verwendung von Fan-Filter-Modulen erlaubt.The object of the invention is to develop a ceiling system for clean rooms in such a way that it not only enables easier installation of the ceiling elements and the creation of a flush underside, but that it also allows variable axis dimensions and thus a manufacturer-independent use of fan filter modules.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Deckensystem als Hauptbestandteil ein T-förmiges Hohlkammerprofil (1) mit C-förmiger Nut (2) auf beiden Seiten der Basis aufweist, mittels dessen dazugehörige Deckenkassetten (3) über Preßnocken (4) und integrierte Dichtungen (5) durch einfaches Eindrücken von oben leicht montierbar sind und eine druckdichte und partikeldichte Zwischendecke schaffen. Das Hohlkammerprofil wird mit einer drucksteifen Verbindung (6) (z.B. Gewindestäbe) mit der vorhandenen Raumdecke fest verbunden. Ein variables Deckenraster wird durch Ablängung der Hohlkammerprofile und kraftschlüssige Verbindung der Querprofile durch Verschraubung über Kreuzverbinder (7) ermöglicht. Die Dichtheit der kompletten Decke wird vorteilshafterweise durch 2 Dichtungssysteme sichergestellt, nämlich einerseits zwischen der Kassettenauflageabkantung mittels einer Dichtung (5) und andererseits durch eine in beide Richtungen abdichtende Preßverbindung über Preßnocken (4) an der Fixierungsnut (2). Die vorzugsweise aus ca. 1 mm dickem Bandstahl gefertigten Deckenkassetten (3) sind derart ausgebildet, daß sie an den Kanten Preßnocken (4) aufweisen zur leichten und dichtungsoptimalen Aufnahme in die C-förmige Nut (2) der Hohlkammerprofile (1). Vorteilhafterweise können diese Deckenkassetten - je nach Anwendungsfall - mit einer Epoxydharz-Pulverbeschichtung oder einem Coil-Coating versehen werden.This object is achieved according to the invention in that the ceiling system has as its main component a T-shaped hollow chamber profile (1) with a C-shaped groove (2) on both sides of the base, by means of which the associated ceiling cassettes (3) can be easily mounted via press cams (4) and integrated seals (5) by simply pressing them in from above and create a pressure-tight and particle-tight intermediate ceiling. The tightness of the entire ceiling is advantageously ensured by 2 sealing systems, namely on the one hand between the cassette support edge by means of a seal (5) and on the other hand by a press connection that seals in both directions via press cams (4) on the fixing groove (2). The ceiling cassettes (3), which are preferably made from approximately 1 mm thick strip steel, are designed in such a way that they have press cams (4) on the edges for easy and optimally sealed insertion into the C-shaped groove (2) of the hollow chamber profiles (1). These ceiling cassettes can advantageously be provided with an epoxy resin powder coating or a coil coating, depending on the application.
Hinsichtlich der Begehbarkeit der Decke ist vorgesehen, daß vorzugsweise etwa 1,5 mm starke, begehbare Deckenplatten (8) derart ausgestaltet sind, daß sie durch Auflage auf der Stirnseite auf der Oberkante des Hohlkammerprofilesteges (9) und zusätzlich durch Auflage einer C-förmigen Längsseitenabkantung auf der Oberkante am Ende der Hohlkammerprofilbasis (10) eine optimale Lastverteilung gewährleisten.With regard to the ability to walk on the ceiling, it is provided that preferably approximately 1.5 mm thick, walkable ceiling panels (8) are designed in such a way that they ensure optimal load distribution by resting on the front side on the upper edge of the hollow chamber profile web (9) and additionally by resting a C-shaped longitudinal side fold on the upper edge at the end of the hollow chamber profile base (10).
