Claims (4)

1. Kunststoffhohlprofilsystem (100) für Fenster- und Türrah­ men, bestehend aus:
  • - einem Kunststoffhohlprofilstab (10), dessen Querschnitt wenigstens einen Hohlkammerraum (16) aufweist; und
  • - wenigstens einem in den Hohlkammerraum (16) einsteckba­ ren Schaumkörperelement (20) aus Polyurethanschaum, in das wenigstens ein Aussteifungselement (30) festhaftend eingeschäumt ist, wobei der Schaumkörper aus Poly­ urethanschaum mit einer Dichte von 50 bis 200 g/cm3 ge­ bildet ist und das Aussteifungselement (30) im Quer­ schnitt gesehen allseitig umgibt.
2. Kunststoffhohlprofilsystem (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungselement (20, 22') ein L-förmiges Metallprofil ist.
3. Kunststoffhohlprofilsystem (100) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das L-förmige Metallprofil einen Hö­ henaussteifungsschenkel (32) und einem im Verhältnis dazu längeren Breitenaussteifungsschenkel (34) aufweist.
4. Kunststoffhohlprofilsystem (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussteifungselement (20, 22') ein L-förmiges Metallprofil ist.
