Claims (8)

1. Endoprothese, insbesondere Hüft-Endoprothese, mit ei­ nem stabförmigen Schaft (11), der in eine Kernbohrung (16) eines Knochens (15) einführbar ist, einem am obe­ ren Ende des Schaftes (11) angeordneten Gelenkteil (12) und Befestigungsmitteln (13, 14, 17, 18), mittels der der Schaft (11) mit dem Knochen (15) verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser des im Querschnitt kreisförmigen, geraden Schaftes (11) im wesentlichen dem Innendurchmesser der Kernboh­ rung (16) entspricht und der Schaft (11) mit seiner Mantelfläche im wesentlichen vollständig mit der In­ nenwandung der Kernbohrung (16) in Anlage bringbar ist, und daß der Schaft (16) mehrere in Längsrichtung beabstandete, im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsrich­ tung des Schaftes (11) verlaufende Durchgangsbohrungen (13, 14) aufweist, in die von der Außenseite des Kno­ chens (15) Befestigungsschrauben (17) bicortical ein­ führbar sind.
2. Endoprothese nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einige der Durchgangsbohrungen (13, 14) in ihrer Ausrichtung zueinander in Umfangsrichtung des Schaftes (11) versetzt sind.
3. Endoprothese nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Versatz der Durchgangsbohrungen (13, 14) im we­ sentlichen 90° beträgt.
4. Endoprothese nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß sechs gleich beabstandete Durchgangsboh­ rungen (13, 14) Vorgesehen sind, von denen eine zweite und eine fünfte Durchgangsbohrung (14) senkrecht zu den anderen Durchgangsbohrungen (13) ausgerichtet sind.
5. Endoprothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (11) mit dem Gelenkteil (12) lösbar verbunden ist.
6. Endoprothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (11) aus Vollmaterial besteht.
7. Endoprothese nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (11) Hohlräume auf­ weist.
8. Endoprothese nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (11) eine Wabenstruktur besitzt.
