Description
Claims (14)
einer Laserdiode (21) für die Emission des Laserstrahls (100),
wobei auf einer Basisplatte (18) mindestens ein erster Trä ger (26) angeordnet ist, auf welchem die Laserdiode (21) mit telbar oder unmittelbar befestigt ist, und
mindestens einer Kollimationslinse (22) für die Kollimation des Laserstrahls (100), wobei
die Kollimationslinse (22) in Emissionsrichtung vor dem er sten Träger (26) vermittels mindestens eines Befestigungsele ments (23) auf der Basisplatte (18) und/oder dem Träger (26) befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Kollimationslinse (22) aus einem Halbleitermaterial mit einem Brechungsindex n < 2 hergestellt ist.
die Kollimationslinse (22) eine der Laserdiode (21) zuge wandte ebene Oberfläche aufweist, die an einer Trägerplatte (23), insbesondere einer transparenten Trägerplatte wie einer Glasplatte, befestigt ist,
die ihrerseits auf ihrer der Kollimationslinse (22) abge wandten Oberfläche mit der ebenen Fläche eines mit dem Träger (26) verbundenen Anschlagelements (24, 25) befestigt ist.
die Lasereinrichtung (20) für die Emission und Kollimation eines Laserstrahls (100) in einer Richtung parallel zu der Oberfläche der Basisplatte (18) angeordnet ist;
eine Zirkularisationsoptik (30) für die Zirkularisierung des Fernfelds des Laserstrahls auf der Basisplatte (18) ange ordnet ist;
eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (40) für die Aufnahme eines Strahlteilers (13) und einer Anzahl von Polarisatoren (15A-D) und/oder Prismen und/oder Spiegeln; und
eine Anzahl Photodetektoren (17A-D), die unterhalb der Po larisatoren (15A-D) und/oder Prismen und/oder Spiegeln planar montiert sind, auf der Basisplatte (18) angeordnet sind.
