Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for room maintenance, in particular re vacuum cleaner, with a separate housing part, the one a blower-receiving cavity with an air has outlet opening through which from the fan in the Cavity sucked air outlet, the in the flow path Air in the area of the air outlet opening at least one of Grid flowed into the air and having several webs is provided.
Known vacuum cleaners, see for example DE 196 51 028 A1, have a separate housing part, which as Mo door housing can be addressed in which a cavity is provided, in which the blower, which is for suction required air is sucked, is arranged. The sucked in Air escapes through an air outlet opening, which at known such a housing with a housing lumpy grid, which is used in the manufacture of the housing as part of a plastic injection or molding process with is molded, covered, so that the user is not in can grip the cavity. From manufacturing and tool for technical reasons this grid or its webs a cross-sectional rectangular shape, that is, the to Cavity-facing inflow surfaces of the webs are flat and are perpendicular to the air flow direction. Since in Be a considerable amount of air in a very short time Time has to pass through the opening or the grille, due to this lattice structure there is a large turbu limit and to generate considerable noise, since the Git ter of the known type a high flow resistance forms, which is due to the edges of the bars occurring turbulence is increased.
Similar problems are also with one of the air outlet openings Given mostly downstream filter element, which for filtering out fine dust particles that are not in the filter bags are left, serves. Such a filter element be also consists of two grids, between which a filter material, for example a filter fleece, is added. Here, too, has the air outlet opening facing Grid this disadvantageous form, which is why there are similar problems here me occur.
The invention is therefore based on the problem of a device indicate which of the escaping air is less Noise is generated and the flow resistance is reduced becomes.
The solution to this problem is at the beginning of a device mentioned type provided according to the invention that at least one Part of the webs of the separate, in the area of the air outlet opening arranged on the air inflow side has an inflow surface with a shape that the Airflow opposes a low flow resistance.
The grid provided according to the invention - be it the air grille directly covering the outlet opening, or a optionally additional grid of the filter element - is with a particularly good flow on its upstream side constantly trained, that is, you start with the essential Lichen rectangular cross-sectional shape, in which the The inflow surface was perpendicular to the air flow. The grid in the case of a grille forms a se according to the invention separate, separately manufactured part, which is in the range of Air flow is to be attached later. The separate Manufacture of the grille makes it possible to keep the flow nisch favorable form, what with a one-piece Formation of the grid on the housing part not or only with very great effort would be possible.
According to the invention, the inflow surface can be essentially one have a rounded shape, that is, it is more or less ger rounded, alternatively, the inflow surface be at least partially beveled, for example according to Art a simple wedge or a double wedge. It is here all forms possible that reduce the current resistance, which the inflow surface to the air flow opposed to deliver. It has also proven to be expedient proven if the webs - starting from the inflow side - have a cross-section tapering towards the rear, that is, the webs can, for example, have a droplet term cross-section in the case of a rounded inflow surface can have, in the case of a beveled inflow surface the cross section, for example, trapezoidal or the like his.
In the event that the grille enters the air outlet covering grille, it can be used as a separate element be by means of a locking or clamping mechanism on the housing part be fixed or attachable. This enables it to be used in the Be if necessary, for example if the grid breaks Loosen the fastening mechanism against a new one . The attachment is to be chosen so that an unintended Intervention in the engine compartment is not possible. Dane It is of course also possible to use this grid firmly with the housing part, for example by welding connect. The grid itself can, depending on the Ausge staltung of the housing part or the arrangement of the air outlet opening be essentially flat or curved.
As already described, this, possibly further Grid according to the invention part of a cassette-like fil be terelements, which in the region of the air flow path is attached or attachable. (Such cassette-like fil ter elements are currently known as "S-Class Filters" on the market. They are called micro or hygiene or Fine filter used). This filter element with its ent speaking aerodynamically designed grille can additionally Lich to the separate, covering the air outlet opening Grid be provided, it is of course also conceivable bar that the filter element or its air outlet opening directed grating that directly covers it Grid forms, that is, this filter element provides quasi a combination "cover filter element". On everyone In this case, too, the respective grid is correspondingly streamlined trained to be affordable. The cassette-like filter element can abdec according to the invention at which the air outlet opening kenden grid or detachably attached to the housing part itself or be attachable, with a snap or Clamping mechanism can be provided.
In addition to the room maintenance device itself, the invention relates to fer ner a grid for a room cleaning device, in particular one Vacuum cleaner, for covering an air outlet opening a blower-receiving cavity of a housing part of the Device comprising a frame with Ste gene, with at least part of the webs on the air flow side has an inflow surface with a shape that one through the air outlet opening airflow opposed to low flow resistance. In addition to the Ste According to the invention, the frame can also be an inflow surface have a shape that is streamlined is. This shape can be rounded or beveled, here there are no limits as long as one is fluid favorable flow area is realized. To enable egg ner simple attachment of a separate element Lich the housing part forming grating can erfindungsge according to the frame fasteners, especially locking or Clamping means for attaching the grille to the housing part in the loading be provided rich in the air outlet opening, these Fasteners, if necessary, with appropriate, on the Ge Interacting fasteners provided housing part can.
Finally, the invention further relates to a filter medium for a room care device, in particular a vacuum cleaner Attachment in the area of an air outlet opening Blower-receiving cavity in a housing part of the Ge with one between two bridges send grids of air-permeable filter material rial, the webs of at least one grid in the air have an inflow surface with a shape on the upstream side, which form an air flow through the air outlet opening opposes a low flow resistance. Here too arrives the streamlined rounded according to the invention beveled and possibly tapered shape or Cross-sectional shape for use. Furthermore, here too Fasten the filter medium Fastener, in particular re locking or clamping means for attaching the filter medium on Housing part in the area of the air outlet opening or on an egg nem third object provided on the housing part, in particular re a grille covering the air passage opening, onto which the filter medium can then be snapped, intended.

Fig. 2) für die Aufnahme eines Gebläses 3 aufweist. Fig. 1 shows a separate housing part 1 for a vacuum cleaner, which has a cavity 2 (see. Fig. 2) for receiving a blower 3 . The blower 3 consists of a motor and fan wheel. The cavity 2 is sealed with a cover 4 , which is preferably designed as a rubber seal. Of course, other sealing materials can also be used. The cover 4 has an air inlet opening 5 for the intake air, which is sucked into the cavity 2 . From the cavity 2 , the air exits through the air outlet opening 6 . This air outlet opening 6 is covered by a grille 7 so that the user cannot reach directly into the cavity. The grid 7 is a separate element which is subsequently attached to the housing part 1 . For this purpose, appropriate fastening means can be provided on the grille 7 as well as on the housing set 1 , so that the grille 7 can, for example, be snapped on or locked or clamped on. As FIG. 1 also shows, a filter element 8 can be arranged above the grating 7 , for which purpose corresponding fastening means can be provided on the filter element 8 as well as on the housing part 1 , which also enable the filter means 8 to be locked or jammed. In the example shown, this is realized by means of the halved projections 9 and the latch 10 on the filter element 8 and the corresponding counterparts 11 , 12 on the housing part 1 . The fastening means for the grating 7 can also be designed accordingly.
Fig. 3 shows a perspective view in the form of a schematic diagram of a grid 7 of the present invention. This consists of a frame 13 , which in the example shown has a rectangular shape, but other shapes are also conceivable. In the frame 13 extend a plurality of webs 14 , which have a rounded shape inflow surface 15 , which is directed towards the air outlet opening 6 in the inserted state. This rounded inflow surface opposes the air flow to a substantially lower flow resistance, so it is technically much more fluidically designed than previously known, integrally formed with the housing part grilles, which have flat, perpendicular to the air flow direction to flow surfaces. As a result, the air flows much easier past the webs, the turbulence generated in their area are less, so that overall the noise development and the flow resistance is lower. As FIG. 3 also shows, the cross section of the webs 14 tapers towards the rear, and they have an overall drop-like cross section. Although according to Fig 3 of the frame has. A sentlichen in we rectangular cross section, but it is also quite possible, these reaching its underside 16, which may be addressed as well as the inflow, provided to them as air hits in accordance with at least Be, rounded form. It should also be noted that ne ben of the substantially flat design of the grille 7 acc. Fig. 3 this can also be curved, in such cases in which the air outlet opening is formed on a likewise curved or curved portion of the housing part.
Figs. 4-6 show further streamlined shapes of the respective leading faces of the webs or web corresponding cross-sections. According to Fig. 4 has the leading surface 15 ', the shape of a double wedge, that is, there are two inclined surfaces 17 are provided. Here, too, the bridge tapers in the opposite area. Fig. 5 shows, in contrast, a corresponding embodiment in which the inflow surface 15 is also formed double-wedge-shaped ", the web, however, in the adjoining area is not tapered. Finally, Fig. 6 shows a third embodiment in which the inflow surface 15 '''only has an inclined surface 17 ', that is to say it is designed in the manner of a simple wedge. There are no limits to the design of the inflow surface or the web cross-section, as long as the selected shape is aerodynamically favorable and the air flow is opposed to a lower or more favorable flow resistance.
Finally, FIG. 7 shows a partial sectional view through a filter element 8 according to the invention. This consists of a lower grid 19 and an upper grid 20 , which also have corresponding webs 21 , 22 , each of which runs in a corresponding frame 23 , 24 . As can be seen, the webs 21 of the lower grille 19 , which in the inserted state is directed towards the air outlet opening, also have a flow-favorable inflow surface 18 . The penetrating air, which then hits and passes through a filter material 25 , for example a filter fleece, which is received between the grids 19 , 20 , experiences less turbulence in the area of the webs 21 , since the flow resistance is lower and due to the aerodynamic shape, the Air can pass the ridges more easily. After passing through the filter material 25 , the air exits through the upper grill 20 . It should be noted that, of course, the webs 22 of the upper grating 20 can also be designed to have a favorable flow. Furthermore, it should be noted that instead of using a separate grille to cover the air outlet opening and a separate filter element, only one filter element can be used, the lower grille (in the case of FIG. 7, the grille 19 ) see ver with aerodynamically designed webs is, wherein this grille 19 then has the function of the grille covering the air outlet opening.
