Definitions
- the invention relates to a suction device attachment for wet cleaning of surfaces, especially vertical ones Surfaces, with a liquid application device.
- Cleaning devices for the wet cleaning of surfaces, in particular of vertical window surfaces are in one Variety of variations known. They exist for the time being from a suction device, which next to a suction device also via a reservoir for the cleaning liquid disposes.
- the cleaning liquid is pressurized from the suction device via a pressure line fed to the actual cleaning device attachment and there over nozzles, brushes, sponges or the like applied to the surface to be cleaned.
- the applied Liquid is then removed from the suction device often slot-shaped suction mouth and the adjoining one Suction channel sucked up again.
- Such Cleaning devices are mostly designed as industrial devices and accordingly voluminous and expensive and for not suitable for normal household use.
- a cleaning device is known from EP 0 243 323, in which a liquid application device with a cleaning liquid or a cleaning steam there is supplied via a pressure line.
- a liquid application device with a cleaning liquid or a cleaning steam there is supplied via a pressure line.
- the area is the liquid application device there provided with a sponge that is inside a suction cup housing around a surface to be cleaned parallel axis pivotally arranged in a working position is. Parallel to the length of the sponge or its axis and thus transverse to the usual working direction is also a slit-shaped suction mouth above the surface to be cleaned, with a sealing lip just sitting on it.
- Suction cup housing and suction mouth are with a suction channel in connection within which also the pressure line arranged for the supply of the cleaning liquid is.
- Cleaning device attachment and the cleaning device form a functional unit and cannot be used in isolation from each other.
- a Suction device attachment for wet cleaning of surfaces described which as preferred also in the sense of this Invention as a front attachment of pure suction devices, e.g. household suction devices are also used. It is there as here important that a pressure line from the suction device to the liquid application device can be omitted and the suction device alone on the possibility a suction, so no tank system and pressure system especially for the cleaning liquid contains.
- the liquid application device of the suction device attachment described provided with its own cleaning liquid tank, a separate supply line for the cleaning liquid can be omitted.
- the suction duct housing and the liquid application device an essentially independent component, which is easy
- replaced or separated from the housing can to cleaning cloths, bristles or the like e.g. to replace.
- the liquid application device caught on at least one slider is the liquid application device caught on at least one slider. It may be a detachable connection or is the slide itself detachable from the suction duct housing which it passes through around the top of the suction housing as a handle for adjustment able to be trained.
- the suction power is particularly good in household suction devices also limited.
- Long suction channels e.g. in shape of hoses and, if necessary, filter devices further flow resistances represent the suction power reduce even further.
- It can extract power a suction device attachment with respect to one surface to be cleaned applied cleaning liquid through the independent combination of features of Claim 2, in particular also in connection with the Features of claim 1, are improved if is based on the fact that the suction mouth is transverse to their longitudinal extent divided into individual suction sections which is in the suction direction in a common Suction chamber open, where preferably several Intake manifold branches are connected, which continue in Suction direction to a common cross section of the suction channel are summarized. This measure will a uniform speed profile of the entry speed reached in the suction mouth.
- suction pipe branches are behind the suction direction to a common suction channel cross section a suction channel summarized, which ultimately in the suction device ends. Improving suction performance also serves the measure that the suction mouth delimiting inner wall immediately and continuously a sealing lip merges. Usually these are Sealing lips that prevent the application of the applied cleaning liquid serve in a U-shaped groove of the Suction channel housing bordered. This creates in the Wall a jump at which it may be too a jam of the withdrawn water during suction can.
- the suction speed is increased even more that the outer cross-sectional area of the suction mouth on a suction nozzle with a width of less than 5 mm, preferably less than 2 mm, is reduced opposite a subsequent suction section, wherein in Suction direction the length of the suction nozzle about its width corresponds.
- this measure includes a drop the suction mouth after switching off the suction device attachment or suction device largely, because at one Precipitation of the aspirated liquid in the area
- the common suction chamber itself Liquid in the area of this cross-sectional change will collect. Leakage of fluid through the Suction nozzle of such a small width already appears by the surface tension of a drop of water as almost impossible.
- it also only very small solids with sucked up, so that it is authorized by an absorbed liquid-air mixture just to speak.
- a change in position is the Liquid application device provided, for example an inactive location with only one peel and / or Suction function of the suction device attachment without liquid application in a position of use with suction the applied cleaning liquid and another Position in which only cleaning liquid is applied and suction and / or peeling not happened.
- a guide is arranged inside the bow, in which the liquid application device slider controlled linear is movable. Despite the arched overlap the liquid application device by in particular a specially designed suction channel housing becomes one linear displaceability is preferred because of this It's easy to train leadership.
- central training is preferred only a single slide, which then the suction channel housing interspersed approximately in the middle, then the Schieher and if necessary the guidance between intake manifold branches are arranged. This does not make the suction channel itself enforced and sealing problems or the like are eliminated.
- the security concept continues The measure takes into account behind any Phase separator a safety valve in the suction direction still to be provided, namely one in the suction direction splash water valve located behind the phase separator, if there is insufficient phase separation closes the cross section of the suction channel.
- a safety valve in the suction direction still to be provided, namely one in the suction direction splash water valve located behind the phase separator, if there is insufficient phase separation closes the cross section of the suction channel.
- Modern household vacuum cleaners come with overload protection devices provided today so that the closing of the Suction channel causes no problems, but rather the suction device even when larger amounts of liquid appear, which is the capacity of the phase separator overwhelmed, reliable before entering is protected from liquids.
- In development provided that in the phase separator separated liquid in a tank outside the Suction channel is collected. This will narrow the cross-section of the suction channel avoided flow losses in the suction channel are also kept low.
- This feature also has the advantage that if there is a leak in the tank liquid into the suction channel itself does not occur.
- the tank be operationally detachable is connected to the suction device attachment.
- Such Measure facilitates the handling of the invention Suction device attachment considerably.
- the tank is annular designed the suction channel and / or encloses and / or an outer wall of the suction device attachment too trains.
- the tank is designed as a disposable cartridge is. This is particularly advantageous if it is further provided that the tank with a liquid absorbent material, an absorbent, is filled. It is then a sloshing back and forth an amount of liquid inside the tank excluded. As a result of the latter measure then also with the tank inflow by a wrong one Handling the vacuum attachment no liquid emerge and if necessary into the further suction channel reach. In particular, it can then also be provided be that the tank in the suction direction behind the tank inflow the separated liquid with the suction channel is connected via an intake duct.
- the centrifugal forces responsible for phase separation are regularly by a flow deflection caused, for example by baffle walls an essentially Z-shaped flow inside of the suction channel.
- the tank supply of the separated liquid For example, be provided, namely where the turning radius is closest.
- the Centrifugal forces caused by vortex formation in the liquid-air mixture are caused. This means, that the flow of the aspirated mixture into rotation is transferred.
- the centrifugal forces move heavier Particles, namely entrained water droplets, dirt or the like from the outer circumference and can be separated from the gaseous phase there will.
- Such a rotatory component of the flow can in a swirl duct section of the suction duct be generated. This is done in the swirl channel section of essentially rotationally symmetrical and in particular round cross section preferably tangential introduced the flow of the liquid-air mixture. Due to the vacuum on the suction device side gets inside of the swirl channel section this flow too another component in the suction direction, but retains nevertheless the rotary component of the movement of the Liquid-air mixture.
- phase separators are in the technology of so-called cyclone separators have been trained, which here also for Can come into play.
- the vortex formation by arranged on the outside on a flow body Guide vanes is achieved.
- the flow body is hemispherical or mushroom-shaped, the rounded Surface opposes the general flow direction.
- the rounded head in particular has one reduced diameter compared to the flow channel on.
- the resulting annulus becomes partial interrupted by the outside on the head area of the flow body arranged guide vanes. Latter cause a radial acceleration of the impinging Liquid-air mixture.
- These vanes are radially aligned in one embodiment. It turns out However, it is also advantageous that a continuous, helical guide vane is. This winds around the flow body and is more preferably connected to the same material.
- the vane is radial with an inner wall of the suction channel. So it is provided that regardless of the design of the guide vanes at least the radial support of the flow body in the flow channel, causing further fixings and means for fixing the Flow body can be dispensed with in the flow channel can.
- a continuous, helical Guide vane is further provided that two courses are formed. With this configuration the vane of the flow body resembles one two-start screw thread. It is also proposed that that the flow body has radial breakthroughs has, for the passage of the gaseous phase.
- the preferably rotationally symmetrical flow body executed hollow, with suction from the Inside is done.
- the radial openings open approximately across the axis.
- Swirl to achieve radial acceleration forces, and hard flow deflections in the area of the radial openings, to achieve inertia forces, the liquid phase is separated from the gaseous.
- the passage the gaseous phase from the outside of the flow body is done radially inwards. Due to the radial acceleration is the liquid phase over the Radial openings in a radially outer Forwarded annulus.
- the Area viewed in the axial direction behind the guide vanes is slightly smaller in diameter compared to the rounded area supporting the guide vanes of the flow body.
- the radial openings arranged in the transition area between these two flow body sections.
- atomized liquid drops from which To separate gaseous phase, it is provided that the Flow body inside in an area in the direction of flow before the radial openings at least partly with a liquid absorbent material is filled.
- This material e.g. a foam, is in an undercut in the interior of the flow body arranged. Due to the hard flow deflection in the area of the radial openings Air flow in the interior of the flow body initially counter deflected the general flow direction.
- the liquid absorbent Material arranged to be the gaseous Phase to remove any residual moisture.
- the flow body in the direction of flow is arranged in front of the tank.
- the separated liquid Phase is on the outer surface of the flow body over the radial openings in the direction of flow transported to hereafter in the Flow body following tank to be collected.
- the flow body spring-supported against an end face of the Tanks is charged.
- Tank and flow body can thus be formed in two parts, giving the possibility consists of making the tank interchangeable.
- the tank is preferred as a liquid absorbent Material formed, for example in the form of a separating sponge.
- a liquid-air mixture with a rotary Movement component in the suction channel on a cross section of the suction channel almost filling funnel-shaped Narrowing hits within which the gaseous Phase is forwarded and over the edge of the liquid Phase is separated and from there, for example, into the derived at the beginning of the ring-shaped tank becomes. Due to the centrifugal force, the heavier water droplets, entrained particles or the like on the outer edge of the flow cross section essentially located and from there over the edge derived from the funnel-shaped narrowing on the outside.
- the Dimension of the funnel-shaped narrowing is given on the Shut down operating conditions, i.e. e.g.
- a Phase separator still has a splash valve provided, preferably one transverse to the direction of flow valve slide arranged within the suction channel has in the flow direction against the force a spring the cross-section of the suction channel on impact sealed by splash water.
- the arrangement affects the amount of liquid and Suction vacuum in a common direction on the Slider, which also ensures secure closing becomes.
- the spring can be used as a tension or compression spring be formed and is accordingly upstream or downstream of the flow direction on the slide to arrange attacking.
- the slider is further preferred guided in a tube section and passed the gaseous phase the slider by radial external openings.
- the attachment of cleaning cloths to a holder is usually a detachable connection to one Exchange of the cleaning cloth in case of wear or Allow pollution.
- cleaning cloth edge with clips or a Velcro connection for fastening the cleaning cloth there are various positive or non-positive Variants.
- the frame cheeks are keder-like.
- the Cleaning cloth is cut to the desired size Dimension preferably at two longitudinal edges with one Keder-like thickening. It is also proposed that the frame cheeks on the cleaning cloth are attached. These can be injection molded or be glued. However, training is preferred where the frame cheeks from the cleaning cloth are shaped. An otherwise usual flanging or linking the cleaning cloth is omitted. This can further be provided that the cleaning cloth with is encapsulated in a plastic jacket, the manufacture can be done fully automatically. To be particularly advantageous this training proves to be in use same or similar materials, as this entire cleaning cloth is recyclable. For fixing the cleaning cloth on the liquid application device the cloth is on the pressing surface the liquid application device placed or stretched.
- the keder-like thickenings are afterwards in appropriately trained areas of the device e.g. clipped in.
- the liquid application device groove-like recesses owns, to accommodate the frame cheeks. These extend preferably perpendicular to a normal machining direction the device, the application or Wetting surface.
- the groove-like recesses are undercut. This to simplify handling.
- the piping-like thickenings are per Finger pressure in the recesses or Grooves pressed in.
- the recesses with resiliently evasive Cams are provided for the positive reception of the Frame cheeks. These cams are preferably even distributed over the entire length of the groove-like recesses.
- the attachment can also be purely frictional be designed.
- the groove-like recess at right angles along its length has sections offset along its longitudinal axis such that a frame cheek alternately in sections on the one or the other side surface of the groove-like recess is present.
- the Frame cheek When inserted, the Frame cheek straight along its length.
- the groove-like The recess has no moving parts, which means that Cleaning device designed in this area massive can be.
- the frame cheek or the welt strip, which are both sewn and on the cleaning cloth can be sewn, welded or injection molded here as a spring for the reversible arrangement of the cleaning cloth used on the cleaning device.
- the spring element according to the invention exchanged.
- the clamping force is almost unlimited adjustable through the dimensions of the groove-like recess. It is also conceivable to use the cleaning cloth of your frame cheek laterally into the one with the offset To insert sections provided, groove-like recess, the individual sections being formed in this way are that the frame cheek is in a slight waveform alternately on one and the other side surface supported on the offset sections. Hereby a clamping effect is also achieved. It will further suggested that over the length of the groove-like Recess six to ten of the offset sections are trained.
- a finger grip opening to the groove-like recess is provided.
- the frame cheek or the piping strip of the cleaning cloth can be gripped by the resilient design the frame cheek this in the simplest way can be pulled out through the slot opening.
- the finger grip opening with penetration of a side wall of the suction attachment is trained.
- the cleaning cloth is double symmetrical is trained. The cleaning cloth can because of that in up to four different positions be attached to the liquid application device, so that the dirt holding capacity is fully utilized can be.
- Fig. 1 shows a suction device attachment 1 in a longitudinal section perpendicular to a surface 2 to be cleaned, with a liquid application device 3 in a resilient supported work situation.
- the liquid application device 3 has its own Tank 4 for a cleaning liquid, not shown on. This measure can be taken a pressure supply line for the cleaning liquid be dispensed with by a suction device.
- the suction device attachment 1 in connection with usual For example, to use household vacuum cleaners.
- the bristle row 5 is exemplary by an angle of about 45 ° of the surface to be cleaned 2, whereby one such bristle row 5 also a good mechanical one Cleaning effect comparable to a cockroach.
- the liquid application device 3 is in the double arrow direction 10 in the working position shown in Fig. 1 slidable against the force of a spring 11, which here formed as a compression spring sits on a pin 12. At the other end, the spring 11 is supported on one Pin 13 on a holding plate 14 of a suction duct housing 15 from.
- a suction channel 20 is located within the suction channel housing 15 arranged, the entire suction channel 20 here Derivation of a suctioned off from the surface 2 to be cleaned Liquid-air mixture from a suction mouth 21 to a suction hose 22 to one Suction device, not shown here, for example a conventional one Household vacuum cleaner is understood.
- the suction mouth 21 is essentially slit-shaped and parallel in their total extent to the liquid application device 3, i.e. essentially across the normal direction of work 8th.
- Suction channel 20 receiving suction channel housing 15 covers arcuate the liquid application device 3 over an angle of approx. 70 °.
- Suction channel 20 receiving suction channel housing 15 covers arcuate the liquid application device 3 over an angle of approx. 70 °.
- the marginal areas that to the working direction 8 can also be an overlap through the suction duct housing 15, however these areas remain preferably from an overlap free and can, if necessary, be perpendicular to surface 2 standing cleaning areas in the plant, for example Window frames or the like are brought.
- the slider 25 is essentially strip-shaped and has a bend 27 of 180 °, so that according to Art a protruding leaf spring, the handle 26 can be depressed is. Pressing this down will make a bolt 28 from the locked position shown in FIG brought a middle of three recesses 29 and is then within a slot 30 in the suction duct housing 15 slidable. Through the engagement of the bolt 28 in one of the recesses 29 can three slide positions be locked.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a suction device attachment for wet cleaning of surfaces, especially vertical ones Surfaces, with a liquid application device.
Cleaning devices for the wet cleaning of surfaces, in particular of vertical window surfaces, are in one Variety of variations known. They exist for the time being from a suction device, which next to a suction device also via a reservoir for the cleaning liquid disposes. The cleaning liquid is pressurized from the suction device via a pressure line fed to the actual cleaning device attachment and there over nozzles, brushes, sponges or the like applied to the surface to be cleaned. The applied Liquid is then removed from the suction device often slot-shaped suction mouth and the adjoining one Suction channel sucked up again. Such Cleaning devices are mostly designed as industrial devices and accordingly voluminous and expensive and for not suitable for normal household use.

In

eines Absaugens verfügt, also keine Tankanlage

A cleaning device is known from EP 0 243 323,

the -not prepublished-
In the suction channel of this suction device attachment is also a moisture-absorbing filter provided, which the extracted liquid-air mixture moisture deprives and saves. It is one by this characteristic further constructive measure of fundamental importance realized when using household vacuum cleaners, namely the phase separation of the aspirated liquid-air mixture. This is when using usual household vacuum cleaners due to their electrical Construction and suction technology for safety reasons alone necessary. Such a filter effect based phase separation is however a common one Suction technology also due to the large pressure losses that occur against the filter. Especially then if another, for the gaseous phase permeable membrane is still provided, which is the liquid Phase when the absorption capacity of the the liquid phase storing filter material then escaping liquid still keeps.
Therefore, the technical problem arises Suction device attachment for wet cleaning of surfaces, safe to handle and reliable, especially for one To be used with common household vacuum cleaners.
Diese technische Problematik wird durch die nebengeordneten,
unabhängigen Hauptansprüche jeweils für sich und
insbesondere in ihrer Kombination gelöst. Dabei stellt
deutlich verbessert. This technical problem is solved by the subordinate,
independent main claims for themselves and
especially solved in their combination. It poses
the
Insbesondere bei Haushaltssauggeräten ist die Saugleistung
auch begrenzt. Lange Saugkanäle, bspw. in Form
von Schläuchen und ggf. Filtervorrichtungen stellen
ihrer Längserstreckung in einzelne Saugabschnitte unterteilt
ist, welche in Absaugrichtung in einer gemeinsamen
Absaugkammer münden, an welcher bevorzugt mehrere
In
The suction power is particularly good in household suction devices
also limited. Long suction channels, e.g. in shape
of hoses and, if necessary, filter devices
further flow resistances represent the suction power
reduce even further. It can extract power
a suction device attachment with respect to one
surface to be cleaned applied cleaning liquid
through the independent combination of features of
As already mentioned, a change in position is the Liquid application device provided, for example an inactive location with only one peel and / or Suction function of the suction device attachment without liquid application in a position of use with suction the applied cleaning liquid and another Position in which only cleaning liquid is applied and suction and / or peeling not happened. For such a change of position is in A guide is arranged inside the bow, in which the liquid application device slider controlled linear is movable. Despite the arched overlap the liquid application device by in particular a specially designed suction channel housing becomes one linear displaceability is preferred because of this It's easy to train leadership. It is preferred that - with reference to a system of the suction attachment in use position on a surface to be cleaned Displacement of the liquid application device an inactive withdrawn behind the suction mouth Position by the force of a spring in a medium working position takes place in which the liquid application device free of the slide against the force of the Spring is movable, and from the slide controlled the Liquid application device in one of the suction mouth protruding position can be brought in which they are over the slide against the suction duct housing in the direction of displacement is supported. Two sliders can be used Relative to the preferred direction of work the ends of the liquid application device be. However, central training is preferred only a single slide, which then the suction channel housing interspersed approximately in the middle, then the Schieher and if necessary the guidance between intake manifold branches are arranged. This does not make the suction channel itself enforced and sealing problems or the like are eliminated.
To the suction device attachment for wet cleaning of surfaces, especially of vertical surfaces, with a Liquid application device and one in a suction mouth leaking suction channel through which the suction device sucks a liquid-air mixture from the surface, especially useful for household suction devices to make is between the suction mouth and suction device arranged phase separation device in which the Liquid-air mixture by centrifugal forces a flow deflection into a liquid and a gaseous phase are separated, still provided. Due to this separation, the suction device itself does not suck Liquid. Electrical or suction problems with regard to suction of liquids not with it. The security concept continues The measure takes into account behind any Phase separator a safety valve in the suction direction still to be provided, namely one in the suction direction splash water valve located behind the phase separator, if there is insufficient phase separation closes the cross section of the suction channel. Usual, Modern household vacuum cleaners come with overload protection devices provided today so that the closing of the Suction channel causes no problems, but rather the suction device even when larger amounts of liquid appear, which is the capacity of the phase separator overwhelmed, reliable before entering is protected from liquids. In development provided that in the phase separator separated liquid in a tank outside the Suction channel is collected. This will narrow the cross-section of the suction channel avoided flow losses in the suction channel are also kept low. This feature also has the advantage that if there is a leak in the tank liquid into the suction channel itself does not occur. After preferred training it is intended that the tank be operationally detachable is connected to the suction device attachment. Independent of the spatial arrangement and attachment to one load-bearing element of the suction attachment is the Possibility given a full tank quickly to be replaced by an empty one or the filled tank to empty and then reinsert, especially in also insert the suction attachment. Such Measure facilitates the handling of the invention Suction device attachment considerably. In development can then be provided that the tank is annular designed the suction channel and / or encloses and / or an outer wall of the suction device attachment too trains. This makes geometrical arrangements found which is a balanced with a small footprint and largely symmetrical design of the suction attachment allow. After another measure it is provided that the tank is designed as a disposable cartridge is. This is the way it is created that without a liquid through this enters the suction channel, for example by insertion the liquid absorbent material in the tank, a negative pressure is generated in it, which the Phase separation supported. Likewise, through this measure also a leak from the tank inflow prevented.
The centrifugal forces responsible for phase separation are regularly by a flow deflection caused, for example by baffle walls an essentially Z-shaped flow inside of the suction channel. In the area of distractions can then the tank supply of the separated liquid For example, be provided, namely where the turning radius is closest. However, it is preferred that the Centrifugal forces caused by vortex formation in the liquid-air mixture are caused. This means, that the flow of the aspirated mixture into rotation is transferred. In connection with the movement in Suction direction will then be helical path lines train on which particles move. As a result the centrifugal forces move heavier Particles, namely entrained water droplets, dirt or the like from the outer circumference and can be separated from the gaseous phase there will. Such a rotatory component of the flow can in a swirl duct section of the suction duct be generated. Such phase separators are in the technology of so-called cyclone separators have been trained, which here also for Can come into play.
Regarding the separation of liquid and gaseous Phase is further suggested that the vortex formation by arranged on the outside on a flow body Guide vanes is achieved. One is preferred here Design in which the flow body is hemispherical or mushroom-shaped, the rounded Surface opposes the general flow direction. The rounded head in particular has one reduced diameter compared to the flow channel on. The resulting annulus becomes partial interrupted by the outside on the head area of the flow body arranged guide vanes. Latter cause a radial acceleration of the impinging Liquid-air mixture. These vanes are radially aligned in one embodiment. It turns out However, it is also advantageous that a continuous, helical guide vane is. This winds around the flow body and is more preferably connected to the same material. Also through this helical guide vane becomes a radial acceleration of the impinging Liquid-air mixture causes. In an advantageous Further development of the subject matter of the invention is proposed that the vane is radial with an inner wall of the suction channel. So it is provided that regardless of the design of the guide vanes at least the radial support of the flow body in the flow channel, causing further fixings and means for fixing the Flow body can be dispensed with in the flow channel can. When arranging a continuous, helical Guide vane is further provided that two courses are formed. With this configuration the vane of the flow body resembles one two-start screw thread. It is also proposed that that the flow body has radial breakthroughs has, for the passage of the gaseous phase. For this is the preferably rotationally symmetrical flow body executed hollow, with suction from the Inside is done. The radial openings open approximately across the axis. By using Swirl, to achieve radial acceleration forces, and hard flow deflections in the area of the radial openings, to achieve inertia forces, the liquid phase is separated from the gaseous. It is further proposed that the passage the gaseous phase from the outside of the flow body is done radially inwards. Due to the radial acceleration is the liquid phase over the Radial openings in a radially outer Forwarded annulus. One is preferred here Design in which the radial openings in Flow direction arranged behind the guide vanes are. In this regard, it can also be provided that the Area viewed in the axial direction behind the guide vanes is slightly smaller in diameter compared to the rounded area supporting the guide vanes of the flow body. In the transition area between these two flow body sections are the radial openings arranged. To also residual moisture, so-called atomized liquid drops from which To separate gaseous phase, it is provided that the Flow body inside in an area in the direction of flow before the radial openings at least partly with a liquid absorbent material is filled. This material, e.g. a foam, is in an undercut in the interior of the flow body arranged. Due to the hard flow deflection in the area of the radial openings Air flow in the interior of the flow body initially counter deflected the general flow direction. Of the rounded head region of the flow body causes then again a reversal in the usual flow direction. In this reversal area is the liquid absorbent Material arranged to be the gaseous Phase to remove any residual moisture. Is further provided that the flow body in the direction of flow is arranged in front of the tank. The separated liquid Phase is on the outer surface of the flow body over the radial openings in the direction of flow transported to hereafter in the Flow body following tank to be collected. Around the transition between flow body and tank Separation of liquid and gaseous phases short-circuit proof to design, it is provided that the flow body spring-supported against an end face of the Tanks is charged. Tank and flow body can thus be formed in two parts, giving the possibility consists of making the tank interchangeable. The tank is preferred as a liquid absorbent Material formed, for example in the form of a separating sponge.
For the separation itself it can also be provided that a liquid-air mixture with a rotary Movement component in the suction channel on a cross section of the suction channel almost filling, funnel-shaped Narrowing hits within which the gaseous Phase is forwarded and over the edge of the liquid Phase is separated and from there, for example, into the derived at the beginning of the ring-shaped tank becomes. Due to the centrifugal force, the heavier water droplets, entrained particles or the like on the outer edge of the flow cross section essentially located and from there over the edge derived from the funnel-shaped narrowing on the outside. The Dimension of the funnel-shaped narrowing is given on the Shut down operating conditions, i.e. e.g. on the Diameter of the suction channel, the flow rate, the proportion of the liquid phase in the liquid-air mixture and the same. Have in practice there are free areas between the funnel-shaped Narrowing and the wall of the suction channel in the range of proved to be usable within a few millimeters.
In a further embodiment, in particular after a Phase separator still has a splash valve provided, preferably one transverse to the direction of flow valve slide arranged within the suction channel has in the flow direction against the force a spring the cross-section of the suction channel on impact sealed by splash water. With such a The arrangement affects the amount of liquid and Suction vacuum in a common direction on the Slider, which also ensures secure closing becomes. The spring can be used as a tension or compression spring be formed and is accordingly upstream or downstream of the flow direction on the slide to arrange attacking. The slider is further preferred guided in a tube section and passed the gaseous phase the slider by radial external openings. These can be simple when closing the slide against an annular shoulder hit and be closed or radial outside of one through the ring shoulder in cross section reduced suction channel. Next is a tank preferred, the one with increasing moisture its volume increasing absorbent is filled by the volume increase of the splash valve is closed. This can be done by a simple Tappet or lever mechanism, for example run directly by moving a wall of the tank hits the spool of a splash valve. In particular, with an annular tank design only an axial increase in volume is provided, on the slider of the splash water valve acts in such a way and only then that when exhausted of the absorbency of the slider Splash water valve is closed. This slider can be plate-shaped, for example, formed transversely in the flow the normally only gaseous phase lie. Likewise, such sliders are spherical Shape already known, for example so-called industrial vacuum cleaners.
Next is a suction device attachment for wet cleaning of surfaces, especially vertical surfaces with a liquid application device and a cleaning cloth, the cleaning cloth over the liquid application device is excited and by this is wetted on the back, provided that the cleaning cloth has frame cheeks on the edge, for positive locking Attachment to the liquid application device. The attachment of cleaning cloths to a holder is usually a detachable connection to one Exchange of the cleaning cloth in case of wear or Allow pollution. For fastening the cleaning cloth there are various positive or non-positive Variants. It is known here, for example, that Cleaning cloth edge with clips or a Velcro connection to fix. There are also connections known in which a hooking of the cleaning cloth by means of bristles, for example with commercially available Scrubbing. It also belongs to the state of the art a connection through sewn pockets, in which Immerse appropriate tabs. A disadvantage of this On the one hand, solutions is the relatively large space requirement for the fasteners. These connections are further can only be achieved by laborious handling, this with the result of possibly inaccurate Positioning the cleaning cloth. During an apprenticeship with sewn-on pockets or the like a complex, costly sewing job. The solution according to the invention provides an inexpensive, simple and quick attachment for a cleaning cloth on. The attachment is structurally small, light and self-explanatory at the same time. This is a cleaning cloth change possible with one hand, the second hand holds the suction device attachment. It is suggested the frame cheeks as thickenings to be trained on the cleaning cloth. For this purpose, that the frame cheeks are keder-like. The Cleaning cloth is cut to the desired size Dimension preferably at two longitudinal edges with one Keder-like thickening. The keder-like thickenings are afterwards in appropriately trained areas of the device e.g. clipped in. So it is proposed that the liquid application device groove-like recesses owns, to accommodate the frame cheeks. These extend preferably perpendicular to a normal machining direction the device, the application or Wetting surface. As technically advantageous it turns out that the groove-like recesses are undercut. This to simplify handling. The piping-like thickenings are per Finger pressure in the recesses or Grooves pressed in. Alternatively, it can also be provided be that the recesses with resiliently evasive Cams are provided for the positive reception of the Frame cheeks. These cams are preferably even distributed over the entire length of the groove-like recesses. The keder-shaped thickening becomes compliant designed, the attachment can also be purely frictional be designed. In an advantageous further training the subject of the invention is provided that the groove-like recess at right angles along its length has sections offset along its longitudinal axis such that a frame cheek alternately in sections on the one or the other side surface of the groove-like recess is present. This makes it simple, safe Possibility of fastening one with a frame cheek in Form of a cleaning cloth provided with a piping strip given. The attachment takes place without moving or additional parts in the simplest way by inserting in a lengthwise offset groove for the frame cheek or piping strip. The latter is used for assembly, for example with slight deformation zigzag in the with the offset sections provided groove-like recess indented. When inserted, the Frame cheek straight along its length. For this purpose, the staggered sections of the groove-like recess aligned receiving spaces for the frame cheek. These are on the opening side Sections with mutual, the recording rooms partially covering, strip-like projections, which after the frame cheek is pressed in are under attack. So the cleaning cloth is in the Area of the frame cheek or the welt strip securely in the groove-like recess held. The groove-like The recess has no moving parts, which means that Cleaning device designed in this area massive can be. The frame cheek or the welt strip, which are both sewn and on the cleaning cloth can be sewn, welded or injection molded here as a spring for the reversible arrangement of the cleaning cloth used on the cleaning device. That feather is therefore on an exchange part, namely on the cleaning cloth, attached. With replacement of the cleaning cloth Accordingly, the spring element according to the invention exchanged. The clamping force is almost unlimited adjustable through the dimensions of the groove-like recess. To disassemble the cleaning cloth To simplify, it is proposed that assigned a finger grip opening to the groove-like recess is provided. By means of this can the frame cheek or the piping strip of the cleaning cloth can be gripped by the resilient design the frame cheek this in the simplest way can be pulled out through the slot opening. According to the invention it is provided that the finger grip opening with penetration of a side wall of the suction attachment is trained. This is an end area the frame cheek for dismantling the cleaning cloth gripped, preferably selected training in which the finger grip opening is one small length range of the groove-like recess completely replaced such that a subsection of a Frame cheek completely in the finger grip opening exposed. Finally, it turns out to be special advantageous that the cleaning cloth is double symmetrical is trained. The cleaning cloth can because of that in up to four different positions be attached to the liquid application device, so that the dirt holding capacity is fully utilized can be.

Fig. 1 zeigt einen Sauggerätevorsatz 1 in einem Längsschnitt

einer Flüssigkeitsauftragsvorrichtung 3 in einer federnd
abgestützen Arbeitslage.Fig. 1 shows a
Die Flüssigkeitsauftragsvorrichtung 3 weist einen eigenen
Tank 4 für eine weiter nicht dargestellte Reinigungsflüssigkeit
auf. Durch diese Maßnahme kann auf
eine Druckzuführungsleitung für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit
von einem Sauggerät her verzichtet werden. Hierdurch

vgl. Fig. 7. Die flächige Erstreckung des
Hutes 42, die Ausbildung der hinterschnittenen Nut 43,

noch begrenzt werden. In dieser Lage ist nur ein Flüssigkeitsauftrag
auf die reinigende Fläche 2 möglich.Moving the
Using the figures 1 to 3, the suction device is specifically explained in more detail.
Saugkanalabschnitt 51 verkleinert. In Absaugrichtung
weist diese Querschnittsverengung eine Länge auf, die
ihrer Breite etwa entspricht.
The outer cross-sectional area facing the
in einzelne Saugabschnitte 60 dienen Rippen 61
21 sichergestellt. Die Rippen 61 fassen damit auch
eine Vielzahl von Saugkanalabschnitten 51 zwischen sich
ein, welche in der gemeinsamen Absaugkammer 53 münden.
An der gemeinsamen Absaugkammer 53 sind mehrere, hier
zwei Saugrohrverzweigungen 63, 64 angeschlossen, die
hier lediglich idealisiert durch die Zusammenfassung
von Bahnlinien 65 der abgesaugten Flüssigkeit-Luftgemischströmung
dargestellt sind. Weiter in Absaugrichtung
gemäß Pfeil 66 werden die durch die Bahnlinien 65
im wesentlichen dargestellten zwei Saugrohrverzweigungen
63, 64 in einem gemeinsamen Saugkanalquerschnitt
zusammengefaßt, in Fig. 3 durch den Knoten 67 dargestellt. In its longitudinal extension and thus across the working
Da bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Schieber 25 bezüglich
der schlitzförmigen Saugkanalmündung 21 das Saugkanalgehäuse

den Nuten 36 für die seitliche Führung des Schiebers 25.Since in the embodiment of the
Nachfolgend dem Zusammenfassen der Saugrohrverzweigungen
63, 64 in dem Knoten 67 in Absaugrichtung 66 ist
eine Phasen-Trennvorrichtung 70 hier im Sauggerätevorsatz
1 weiter vorgesehen, d.h. zwischen Saugmündung 21
und dem eigentlichen, nicht dargestellten Sauggerät
selbst, vgl. Fig. 4.
71 in diesen eingeführt. Hierdurch
Following the summarization of the
The
Fig. 10 zeigt eine alternative Ausgestaltung des Tanks
auch als Wegwerf-Patrone ausgebildet sein.10 shows an alternative embodiment of the
In Absaugrichtung der Phasen-Trennvorrichtung 70 nachfolgend
und hier bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel den Saugkanal
20 innerhalb des Sauggerätevorsatzes 1 abschließend
ist ein Schwallwasserventil 100 noch vorgesehen. Bei
den plötzlichen Ansaugen größerer Flüssigkeitsmengen
reicht möglicherweise die Kapazität der Phasen-Trennvorrichtung
70 nicht aus und wird im Saugkanal 20 ein
Flüssigkeits-Luftgemisch mit einem großen Anteil der
flüssigen Phase über die Phasen-Trennvorrichtung 70
hinaus in Absaugrichtung weiterhin abgesaugt. Damit
dieses Flüssigkeits-Luftgemisch nicht über die Saugleitung
22 in das Sauggerät -nicht dargestellt- gelangen
kann, sperrt das Schwallwasserventil 100 den Querschnitt
des Saugkanals 20 mit einem Schieber 101, hier
plattenförmig ausgebildet, ab, vgl. Fig. 8 und 9. Dies
erfolgt gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder 102, deren
Federkraft das Schließen des Schiebers 101 bei Auftreffen
größerer Flüssigkeitsmengen bestimmt. In the suction direction of the
Alternatively, a splash valve can also be used, for example with a spherical slider like the one of the train so-called industrial vacuum cleaners.

ausbildenden, kederartigen Verdickungen 163 versehen.
Letztere können bspw. an dem Reinigungstuch 160 angespritzt
oder angeklebt sein. In dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel
ist eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung gezeigt,
bei welcher die Rahmenwangen 16 bzw. die kederartigen

selbst bestehen.

versetzte Abschnitte 169, 170 aufweist. In dem gezeigten
Ausführungsbeispiel sind jeweils über die Länge
einer nutartigen Ausnehmung 164, 165 acht versetzte
Abschnitte 169, 170 ausgebildet. The formation of the groove-
hin weisenden Eintrittsbereich 171 bzw. 172 und
einem nutbodenseitigen Fassungsbereich 173 bzw. 174,
wobei letztere Bereiche gegenüber den Eintrittsbereichen
171, 172 querschnittsvergrößert sind. Die Anordnung
ist so getroffen, daß die Fassungsbereiche 173,
174 an einer Flanke in die zugeordneten Eintrittsbereiche
171, 172 fluchtend einlaufen. Durch die Querschnittsvergrößerung
der Fassungsbereiche 173, 174 sind
zwischen diesen und der zugeordneten Nutöffnung stegartige,
in den jeweiligen Eintrittsbereich 171, 172 ragende
Vorsprünge 175, 176 gebildet.19 to 24, the formation of the groove-

This configuration according to the invention is a simple, secure attachment option with a a keder strip provided cleaning cloth without moving or additional parts by inserting them in a along the length offset groove for the piping strip. The latter can, for example, from the material of the cleaning cloth exist and be sewn. Continue there is the possibility of a piping strip on the cleaning cloth sew on, weld on or inject.
The piping strip is straight when inserted, must however, are easily deformed for assembly so that they cannot fall out of the holder by itself.
It proves advantageous here that the piping-
Abschnitte gebildeten Kontur folgend, ausgerichtet
sind. Hierdurch wird das Reinigungstuch 160 im Bereich
der kederartigen Verdickung 163 zusätzlich eingespannt.Alternatively, the staggered sections

Um eine leichte Demontage des Reinigungstuches 160 zu
bieten, ist eine Finger-Hintergriffsöffnung 179 vorgesehen.
Diese ist im Bereich einer Seitenwand 180 des
Sauggerätevorsatzes 1 ausgebildet, unter Durchsetzung
dieser Seitenwand 180. Diese Finger-Hintergriffsöffnung
179 ersetzt einen kleinen Längenbereich
der nutartigen Ausnehmung 164 bzw. 165, so daß ein
Teilabschnitt einer Rahmenwange 16 bzw. einer kederartigen
Verdickung 163 in der Finger-Hintergriffsöffnung
179 vollständig freiliegt. Dieser freiliegende Teilabschnitt
kann somit in einfachster Weise gegriffen werden.
Hiernach wird das Reinigungstuch 160 entweder
durch Herausziehen der kederartigen Verdickungen 163
aus den nutartigen Ausnehmungen 164 bzw. 165 entlang
versetzten Abschnitten 169, 170 gebildeten Eintrittsbereiche
171, 172 abgenommen.To easily disassemble the
