Description
- 1. Laden einer Testkassette 210 in den Kassettenhalter 502.
- 2. Spannen des Stechgeräts 500 durch Ziehen der Spannröhre 562 zurück, bis die Fangvorrichtung 540 an dem Gehäuse 526 in die Ausnehmung 548 auf dem Kolben 546 verriegelt, wodurch die Antriebsfeder 552 vorgeladen (komprimiert) wird. Wenn die Spannröhre 562 in der proximalen Richtung (von der Testkassette 210 weg) zurückgezogen wird, drückt ein distaler Flansch 572 der Spannröhre auf die vorstehenden Streifen 550 des Kolbens 542, wodurch der Kolben 546 gedrückt wird, um die Antriebsfeder 552 zu sammenzudrücken.
- 3. Lösen der Spannröhre 562, wodurch es erlaubt wird, daß die Kraft von der komprimierten Röhrenfeder 568 die Spannröhre 562 zu ihrer früheren Ruheposition zurück holt.
- 4. Berühren der beabsichtigten Stelle zum Stechen auf der Haut mittels der Testkassette 210 an ihrem distalen En de. Fortgesetztes Drücken der Testkassette 210 gegen die Haut durch Drücken der gesamten Stechvorrichtung 500. Als Ergebnis wird der Kassettenhalter 502 teilweise in die Lanzettenvorrichtung 500 gegen die Kraft der Ein stellfeder 532 gedrückt. Gleichzeitig geht der Auslöser 538 zu der Fangvorrichtung 540 hin, die den Kolben 542 hält.
- 5. An einer vorbestimmten Position löst der Auslöser 538 die Fangvorrichtung 540 von dem Kolben 542 und die An triebsfeder 552 treibt den Kolben 542 distal, wodurch die Lanzette der Testkassette in die Haut gedrückt wird. Anschließend springt bei dem-bevorzugten Modus, bei dem die Antriebsfeder 552 eine ballistische Feder ist, die an der Kolbenbasis 544 befestigt ist, die Antriebsfeder zurück in ihre Ruheposition und zieht den Kolben zurück. Als ein Ergebnis wird die Lanzette durch die Feder 228 in der Testkassette 210 von der Haut zurückgezogen.
Claims (30)
- (a) einem Kassettengehäuse (104);
- (b) einer Lanzette (106) mit einer Spitze (122) zum Stechen der Haut, die in dem Kassettengehäuse (104) gehäust ist; und
- (c) einem Fach (126) zum Aufnehmen von Blut, das dem Kassettengehäuse (104) zugeordnet ist.
eine Häusung (168) mit einem Treiber, um zu bewirken, daß die Lanzettenspitze (106) der Lanzette aus dem Kassettengehäuse (104) ausfährt, wobei die Kassette (100) in der Häusung (168) entfernbar gehalten ist.
- (a) ein Kassettengehäuse (104) mit einer Stechöffnung (133), durch die eine Lanzette (106) ausfahrbar ist;
- (b) wobei die Lanzette (106) eine Spitze hat, und wo bei dieselbe in dem Kassettengehäuse (104) gehäust ist und mit demselben wirksam verbunden ist, so daß die Spitze getrieben werden kann, um durch die Stechöffnung (133) aus dem Kassettengehäuse (104) auszufahren, um die Haut zu stechen, um Blut zu erhalten, wobei die Lanzette (106) nach einem Stechen für ein sicheres Entsorgen in das Kasset tengehäuse (104) zurückgebracht werden kann; und
- (c) eine analytische Region (124), die dem Kassetten gehäuse (104) zugeordnet ist, und die sich inner halb eines Abstands von etwa 25 mm von der Spitze der Lanzette (106) befindet, wenn die Lanzette (106) ausgefahren ist, um Blut von der Haut nach einem Stechen aufzunehmen und zu analysieren, der art, daß eine relative Bewegung der gestochenen Haut zu der Kassette (100) von weniger als etwa 25 mm benötigt wird, um die analytische Region (124) nach einem Stechen der gestochenen Haut auszuset zen.
- (a) Bereitstellen einer Kassette (100), wobei die Kas sette (100) eine Lanzette (106) mit einer Spitze (122) hat, die in der Kassette (100) abgeschirmt ist;
- (b) Treiben der Lanzette (106), um die Lanzettenspitze (122) aus der Kassette (100) auszufahren, derart, daß die Lanzette (106) die Haut sticht, um Blut zu erhalten; und
- (c) Anordnen des Bluts, das aus der Haut erhalten wird, in einem Fach (126), das der Kassette (100) zugeordnet ist, aus der die Lanzettenspitze (122) ausgefahren ist.
- (a) Bereitstellen eines Kassettengehäuses (104) mit einem Tor (128); und
- (b) Einbauen einer Lanzette (106) mit einer Spitze (122) in das Kassettengehäuse (104), derart, daß die Lanzettenspitze (122) in dem Kassettengehäuse (104) abgeschirmt ist, und daß die Lanzette (106) angetrieben werden kann, um die Spitze (122) aus dem Kassettengehäuse (100) zum Stechen der Haut eines Patienten auszufahren, um Blut für eine Pro bennahme zu erhalten.
- (a) einem Kassettengehäuse (104);
- (b) einer absorbierenden Oberfläche (110B) zum Wischen von Blut von der Haut, die dem Kassettengehäuse (104) zugeordnet ist; und
- (c) einem Fach (126) zum Aufnehmen von Blut, das dem Kassettengehäuse (104) zugeordnet ist.
