Claims (2)
- - eine im oder außerhalb des Klemmrollenfreilaufs vorgesehene, vorzugsweise ebene Stützfläche, die das lastfreie bogenförmige Federelement in dessen axialer Mitte tangiert,
- - wobei das bogenförmige Federelement gegen die Stützfläche angedrückt wird,
- - wobei eine Belastung oberhalb der Streckgrenze, aber unterhalb der Bruch grenze des Federmaterials derart erfolgt, daß infolge dieser Belastung ein gewollter Setzvorgang der Federelemente (6) durchgeführt wird,
- - wobei nach Durchführung des gewollten Setzvorganges eine für den ein wandfreien Betrieb des Klemmrollenfreilaufs erforderliche Mindestanfede rung der Federelemente (6) gegen die Klemmrollen (4) gewährleistet ist.
- - Einsetzen der gekrümmten Federelemente (6) in den Klemmrollenfreilauf,
- - Belastung der Federelemente (6) durch Gegeneinanderdrücken der Feder elemente (6) und der Klemmrollen (4),
- - wobei die Belastung oberhalb der Streckgrenze, aber unterhalb der Bruch grenze des Federmaterials derart erfolgt,
- - daß infolge dieser Belastung ein gewollter Setzvorgang der Federelemente (6) durchgeführt wird,
- - wobei nach Durchführung des gewollten Setzvorganges eine für den ein wandfreien Betrieb des Klemmrollenfreilaufs erforderliche Mindestanfede rung der Federelemente (6) gegen die Klemmrollen (4) gewährleistet ist.
