The lid ring is contoured and carries a circumferential bead between its two vertical wall sections 30 a, 30 b, the latter two of which lie directly against the inner wall of the container body 10 and, on the other hand, point essentially horizontally inwards. On the inward-facing inner surface of the vertical cover ring wall 30 b, a snug fit D is formed for a press-in cover 20 , which also has a vertical inner wall section 20 b, which interacts with the mentioned inner wall of the cover ring 30 b. The inner wall portion 20 b of the cover 20 is between a support flange 20 c and the cover mirror, wherein the support flange 20 c and cover mirror 20 a are substantially parallel and perpendicular to the vertical wall 20 b of the cover 20 .

Claims (12)

1. Eindrückdeckel-Paßsitz für einen wiederverschließbaren Behälter (10, 20) zur Befüllung mit kriechfreudigem Füllfluid, wie Lacke, Farben, Lasuren, Holzschutzgrundierungen, bei dem
  • (a) der Dichtbereich (D, 20b, 30b) des Deckelsitzes auf der Seite (30b) eines am oberen Rand (10a) des Behälterrumpfes (10) angefalzten Deckelrings (30) mit einer dünnen Kriechschutzschicht (32, 32a), insbesondere aus Polypropylen (PP) versehen ist;
  • (b) der Dichtbereich (D, 20b, 30b) des Deckelsitzes auf Seiten des Eindrückdeckels (20) keine Beschichtung oder nur eine Innenlack-Beschichtung (22b, 22) trägt.

  • (c) ein Eindrückdeckel (20) gestanzt und geformt wird und sein Deckelspiegel (20a) außenseitig bedruckt oder lackiert wird und einer Hitzebehandlung oberhalb 100°C unterworfen wird und die Beschichtung oder Lackierung getrocknet bzw. eingebrannt wird.
