Der in Richtung der Dosenachse hochgezogene Rand des Membrantellers übergreift den - vorzugsweise umge¬ bördelten - Dosenrand nicht, erleichtert damit das Aufreissen und belässt dem Dosenrand daher seine robuste Aussenseite bzw. Standfläche. Die Membranfolie ist vorzugsweise höchstens 0.2 mm, insbesondere höchstens 0.1 mm stark, besteht z.B. aus einer 50μ Aluminiumfolie mit 20μ Heißsiegelbe¬ schichtung auf der Innenseite und 10-20μ Gleitlackbeschichtung auf der Aussenseite und ist daher für den Verschluss der späteren Entnahmeöffnung geeignet.
