It is the object of the invention to develop a container with easy-open closure element, which is simple and inexpensive to produce and does not necessarily require additional opening aids, and in which the risk of undesirable separation of the connecting portion of closure element and container body is minimized.
This object is achieved with the features of the first claim. Advantageous embodiments emerge from the subclaims.
- with an inner circumferential region of the container body and / or
- with an inner peripheral region of the cover ring (7)
In this case, by a pressure applied to the closure element in the direction of the container interior pressure load - for example, by a shearing action or cracking - the connection region is at least partially solvable / separable. Depending on the connection configuration between the closure element and the container element, the detachment or separation of the connection region can either act directly between them and separate them from one another or within the region of the container or closure element located in the connection region, so that the container or the closure element in FIG the connection area are separable. Alternatively, a connection means or connection medium may also be provided in the connection area between the container element and the supply element, and the separation may take place by detachment within the connection means or the connection medium.
Es ist ebenfalls möglich, im Verbindungsbereich eine Sollrissstelle auszubilden, die bei Druckbelastung auf das Verschlusselement trennbar istIt is also possible to form a predetermined crack point in the connection region, which can be separated on pressure loading on the closure element
The container element is preferably in the form of a container body or in the form of a connectable to the container body ring, in particular cover ring, formed, wherein one or more closure elements with any inner peripheral portion of the container body and / or one or more closure elements are connected to the ring / cover ring ,
Preferably, the connection region between an edge region or abutment region of the container element and the adjoining edge region of the closure element is formed, wherein the edge region of the closure element in the connection region is adapted to the shape of the container element.
The closure element may, for example, be connected to the inner wall of the container body in an edge area of the container body or in an area located between a floor area and the edge area. Furthermore, it is also possible that the closure element has a connection region with an inner peripheral region of the cover ring or with an angle directed towards the container interior contact surface of the cover ring, wherein the connection region of the closure element to the cover ring may have a deviating from the outer periphery of the cover ring shape.
Closure element and container element may be connected in the connection region by means of cohesive, non-positive, positive connection or a combination of the aforementioned compounds.
The connection can be made with or without heat input and with or without additional bonding agent medium.
In particular, the preferred connection variant is sealing, but other connection methods are also used, e.g. Gluing, welding or soldering forming or a combination of methods of the aforementioned method possible.
In particular, the closure element is in the form of a membrane or a film and is made of a blank or ribbon, wherein it may be shaped or unshaped prior to the manufacture of the compound.
The closure element may be formed substantially circular or have a deviating from the circular shape design. It is preferably made of aluminum, steel, cardboard, plastic, composite material or a combination of the aforementioned materials.
Of course, the closure element may have a marking / marking of the area to which the pressure load is applied, wherein the Marking / marking visible and / or tactile trained and depending on the design printed and / or molded and / or coated. It is also possible to align the tag / tag with respect to the container member and / or a design located on the container member.
The container body to which the closure element is connected may be in the form of a can body or a canister body, with or without a bottom or a ring, e.g. the bottom is fastened to the container body before or after attachment of the closure element or the ring / lid ring is in turn connectable to a container body. The ring / cover ring then has on its outer circumference a contour corresponding to the contour of the container body. The contour of the connection region may deviate from the contour of the container body and may be centered or eccentric.
The order of attachment is also carried out depending on the training or the proposed attachment of the closure element, whether it will be directed with the open side in the direction of the container interior or away.
Like the closure element, the respective container element or the container base body can also consist of aluminum, steel, cardboard, plastic, composite material or a combination of the aforementioned materials.
It is possible to make a container body having a cylindrical shape or to make the container body in a different design from the cylindrical shape, so that each forms a round or non-circular shape. In this case, the cover ring may also have a round or non-circular outer contour on its outer circumference, which is connected to the container body. The breakthrough in the cover ring, which is closed by the closure element, may also be formed round or non-circular and arranged centrally or eccentrically.
It is possible to design the container body for filling with liquid, solid, powdery or paste-like products.
The area of the pressure load acting on the closure element is preferably a surface area which can be pressed in with one or more fingers or optionally with an aid so far that the connection area is at least partially separated or detached to the container element by a shearing or cracking.
For this purpose, the region of the closure element on which the pressure load acts, in particular in the vicinity of the outer region of the base of the closure element is provided and can be defined or not defined defined at any circumferential area of the closure element.
The connection region can continue to extend over the entire edge region of the closure element or only on parts of the edge region, depending on whether a tight connection is required or not.
The transition from the base to the peripheral region of the closure element may be rounded. Was the closure element z. B. produced by deep drawing, the transition region may correspond to the shape of the drawing punch.
It is also possible for at least two closure elements to be connected to the inner wall of the container body, one closure element being arranged in the edge region and the other closure element being arranged in a further region of the container body located between the edge region and the bottom region. In this case, a first chamber is present between the first closure element, which is disposed in the region located between the edge region and the bottom region, and the second closure element in the edge region, and a second chamber between the first closure element and the bottom region of the container body.
Both chambers can be filled with similar or different contents. But it may also be filled only one chamber with contents and in the other chamber are objects housed. There may be means in the chamber, e.g. Advertising materials, utensils or instructions for use (in combination with each other) may be arranged. Both the closure element arranged in the edge region of the container body and the closure element in the further region of the container body can be designed according to the invention.
However, it may also be the closure element arranged in the edge region represent any closure element and only the closure element, which divides the can into two chambers, be designed according to the invention.
The closure element facing the container interior with the open side can be attached to the inside of the container body in the unfilled state of the container and with the bottom area open.
If a cover ring provided with the closure element, this is attached before or after filling the container.
For fastening the closure element on the container body, the closure element can be introduced from the direction of the bottom region or from the direction of the edge region into the container body.
In the associated device, a fastening element receiving the closure element can be guided from the direction of the open bottom area through the interior of the container body up to the fastening position of the closure element. The mounting punch can be fitted before entering the can with the closure element and then engage with this to the desired mounting position in the can, after which the bonding of the peripheral edge portion of the closure element with the inside of the can is preferably done by sealing, under the action of Pressure and temperature of the edge region of the closure element is sealed with the container element, whereby a secure and tight connection is formed.
The sealing is suitable for round and non-round formats of closure elements or container elements.
If a preformed cup-shaped closure element is supplied from the direction of the edge region, the unequipped fastening plunger moves from the direction of the bottom region through the interior of the can to the edge region or over the edge region. Then the closure element is supplied to the fixing punch. If the fixing punch is already in the fixing position, the locking element can now be fastened to the inside of the box (of the container) (for example by sealing).
If the fastening punch is still above the edge area when the closure element is received, it is moved back into the bottom area after being fitted with the closure element until the closure element is in the desired fastening position, whereupon the closure element is then fastened to the inside of the container.
With the solution according to the invention a surprisingly simple way to open the closure element of a container is provided, which can be done only by manual pressure on the closure element whose opening and no additional tools or opening elements that are attached to the closure element or integrated into this, are required.
In particular, when using a closure element whose open side points in the direction of the container interior, further advantages are to be noted: It can be a maximum utilization of the filling volume, the connection area is even better protected against undesirable separation from the container inner wall.

Between the base 2.2 and the edge region 2.1 an angle α is formed, which has a value not equal to zero. In this case, this angle α can assume different sizes. In the illustrated embodiment, the
The width of the

It is easily conceivable that
In the case of using any
Compared to the solutions of the prior art, in which it can lead to a detachment of the connecting portion of the container body in the case of an acting from the inside on the closure element overpressure, in the inventive arrangement a possibly resulting inside pressure D acts stabilizing on the connecting

The
Another advantage of the attachment of the
In all of the aforementioned embodiments, it is possible to provide the container with a conventional cap which ensures reclosability.
According to non-illustrated embodiments, the cover ring and the closure element can also be used for closing the bottom portion of the container.
