Abstract

The connector device comprises a hollow tubular section (20), which is connected to the outlet aperture of the cistern. Bekanntlich werden heute Spülkästen oftmals unter Putz oder in Vorwand-Montagesystemen angeordnet, wobei besondere Maßnahmen zur Befestigung des Spülkastens einerseits und zur Montage des Sanitärelements, wie insbesondere eine WC-Schüssel, erforderlich sind. Es werden hierfür besondere Anschlußelemente, Rohrbögen und Befesti gungsteile benötigt, wodurch ein erheblicher Fertigungs- und Montageaufwand bedingt ist. Für unterschiedlich große und/oder verschieden ausgebildete Spül kästen sind jeweils besonders ausgeführte Befestigungen, Rohranschlüsse und sonstige Montagebauteile erforderlich, welche einen nicht unerheblichen Ferti gungs- und Lagerhaltungsaufwand erfordern.From DE 36 01 171 C2 a cistern is known, which on the underside of a floor has such a fastening device. Die vorgeschlagene Befestigungsvorrichtung eines Spülkastens zeichnet sich durch eine funktionsgerechte Konstruktion aus und ermöglicht eine einfache Installation sowohl des Spülkastens als auch des Sanitärelements. Der Spülkasten enthält vorzugsweise an seiner Unterseite einen Verbindungskörper für das Sanitärelement. In einen Befestigungskörper des Verbindungskörpers sind Befe stigungselemente, vorzugsweise in Form von Gewindebolzen, angeordnet, an welchen in bekannter Weise das Sanitärelement befestigbar ist. Da Sanitärele mente bekanntlich für derartige Gewindebolzen unterschiedliche Abstände auf weisen, enthält der Befestigungskörper eine Anzahl von Ausnehmungen, welche vorzugsweise als Bohrungen ausgebildet sind und in geeigneter Weise für unter schiedlich große Lochabstände der Sanitärelemente angeordnet sind. Der Befesti gungskörper, welcher vorzugsweise im wesentlichen als eine Platte aus Metall oder Kunststoff ausgebildet ist, sowie ein Aufbauteil sind an den Spülkasten integriert, und zwar unabhängig von der jeweiligen Ausgestaltung des Spül kastens, wobei hier insbesondere auf dessen Größe bzw. Fassungsvolumen sowie der Art der Betätigung von oben oder von vorn verwiesen sei. Der Verbindungs körper weist an seiner Frontseite eine Anschlußöffnung für ein Rohr auf, durch welches nach Auslösung eines Spülvorgangs das Spülwasser in das Sanitärelement durch ein angeschlossenes Rohrstück strömen kann. In zweckmäßiger Weise ent hält der Spülkasten ein Aufbauteil′ welches nachfolgend auch als Schürze be zeichnet wird, in welches der Befestigungskörper integriert ist und weiches vor zugsweise die genannte Anschlußöffnung aufweist. Das Aufbauteil enthält ferner ein gebogenes Rohrteil, und ein Ende desselben ist zur Anschlußöffnung geführt und das andere Ende desselben ist mit der Ausströmöffnung des integrierten Spülkastens verbunden. Fig. 1 zeigt in einer perspektivischen Darstellung einen Spülkasten 2, welcher auf einem Verbindungskörper 4 angeordnet ist. Der Verbindungskörper 4 weist im wesentlichen die gleiche Breite 6 und/oder Tiefe 8 wie der Spülkasten 2 auf. Der Spülkasten 2 und der Verbindungskörper 4 sind eine komplette vorgefertigte Baueinheit und sind vorzugsweise werksseitig miteinander verbunden. Die Höhe 10 des Verbindungskörpers wird den Erfordernissen entsprechend vorgegeben, um insbesondere den unterschiedlichen Einbausituationen Rechnung zu tragen. Im Inneren des hohlen Verbindungskörpers 4 und/oder des Aufbauteils 18 ist ein Rohrteil 20 vorgesehen, welches flüssigkeitsdicht an die untere Ausflußöff nung des Spülkastens 2 angeschlossen ist. Das Rohrteil 20 ist als ein Bogen ausgebildet und mündet in eine Anschlußöffnung 22 in der Frontseite des Ver bindungskörpers 4 bzw. des Aufbauteils 18. In einer besonderen Ausgestaltung ist das Rohrteil 20 einteilig mit dem Aufbauteil 18 ausgebildet und im gleichen Arbeitsgang mit diesem gefertigt. Die Anschlußöffnung 22 ist in der vertikalen Frontfläche 24 der Schürze oder des Verbindungskörpers 4 angeordnet und er möglicht unter Zwischenschaltung eines kurzen Rohrstücks 26 auf kürzestem Wege den Anschluß an das hier nicht dargestellte Sanitärelement. In einer be sonderen Ausgestaltung ist der Verbindungskörper 4 an seiner Rückseite offen ausgebildet und besitzt folglich nur die vordere Frontfläche 24 und zwei Seiten flächen, von welchen hier die eine Seitenfläche 28 zu erkennen ist. Ersichtlich kann durch die Ausbil dung des Winkels 34 mit Langlöchern sowie der vertikalen Ausrichtung der Schlitze 30, in welchen die Bolzen 32 vertikal verschiebbar sind die Ausrichtung und Montage des Spülkastens 2 bei einfacher Handhabung durchgeführt werden. Nunmehr wird das Sanitärelement mittels der Befestigungs elemente bzw. Bolzen 16 befestigt. Die Montage wird insoweit erheblich vereinfacht, da keine zusätzlichen Ausgleichselemente, Verbin dungsstücke oder dergleichen erforderlich sind. Der Verbindungskörper 4 mit integrierter Haltevorrichtung 44 für das Abflußrohr 48 gibt definiert den Abstand zwischen der Achse 50 des Abflußrohrs sowie der Achse 27 des Rohrstücks 26 in Übereinstimmung mit den entsprechenden Anschlußöffnungen des Sanitärele ments vor. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist hierbei, daß der Befestigungskörper übereinstimmend ausgebildet ist mit dem Befestigungskörper des ersten Ausführungsbeispiels und lediglich das Aufbauteil 18 eine vergrößerte Höhe aufweist.
