Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gestell, insbesondere zur Befestigung von Sanitärapparaten, mit wenigstens einer senkrechten Tragstütze, in die ein teleskopisch höhenverstellbarer und mit der Tragstütze verbundener Fuss eingesetzt ist.The invention relates to a frame, in particular for fastening sanitary appliances, with at least one vertical support, into which a telescopically height-adjustable foot connected to the support is inserted.
Ein Gestell dieser Art ist im Stand der Technik beispielsweise durch die DE-A-26 37 749 bekannt geworden. Gestelle dieser Art werden seit langem zur Montage von Sanitärapparaten vor einer Gebäudewand oder in einer Leichtbauwand verwendet. Bei der Vorwandmontage wird das Gestell bezüglich des Gebäudebodens und der Wand ausgerichtet und an der Wand abgestützt und schliesslich an dieser angeschraubt. Das Gestell muss somit in seiner Höhe und Tiefe genau eingestellt werden, was insbesondere bei der Montage eines Wasserklosetts oder Bidets selbstverständlich wesentlich ist. Beim genannten Stand der Technik wird die Höhe durch ein teleskopisches Verstellen von zwei Tragfüssen eingestellt. Hierbei können Bodenunebenheiten ausgeglichen werden. Die eingestellten Tiefen der Tragfüsse werden mit Klemmschrauben fixiert. In der Praxis ist diese Einstellung insbesondere bei unebenen Fussböden und bei der Einzelmontage, bei welcher ohne Wandschiene montiert wird, jedoch sehr aufwendig und die Füsse müssen in der Regel mehrmals gelöst, verstellt und wieder fixiert werden.A frame of this type is known in the prior art, for example from DE-A-26 37 749. Das erfindungsgemässe Gestell ist gekennzeichnet durch ein am Fuss selbsthaltendes und höhenverstellbares Justierorgan, an dem die Tragstütze höhenjustierbar abgestützt ist. Beim erfindungsgemässen Gestell kann das Justierorgan am Fuss in einer groben Voreinstellung fixiert werden. Nach dem Einsetzen des Fusses ist die Tragstütze am Justierorgan abgestützt und kann nun zur genauen Einrichtung höhenjustiert werden. Wesentlich ist, dass beim Höhenjustieren die Tragstütze immer abgestützt ist und somit nicht jedesmal gelöst werden muss. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders feine Höheneinstellung. In jede Tragstütze 3 ist von unten ein Fuss 4 teleskopisch verstellbar eingesetzt. Die Traverse 6 ist beidseitig mit Schweissungen 13 an den Tragstützen 3 befestigt. Wird in der Anordnung gemäss Figur 2 die Justiermutter 30 gedreht, so wird sie je nach Drehrichtung nach unten oder nach oben bewegt und verschiebt entsprechend die Fussstütze 3 und die Tragstütze 4 relativ zueinander. Der Verstellweg der Justierschraube 30 ist wenigstens so gross wie der Abstand zwischen zwei benachbarten Rastöffnungen 11, der vorzugsweise etwa 10 mm beträgt. Damit kann innerhalb des Rastbereiches der Öffnungen 11 jede Position zur Verstellung der Justierschraube 30 genau eingestellt werden. Vorgesehen ist, dass durch die Rastöffnungen 11 und die entsprechende Positionierung des Rastelementes 16 am Fuss 4 eine grobe Voreinstellung und ausgehend von dieser Einstellung mittels der Justierschraube 30 die Feineinstellung vorgenommen wird. Die Rastverbindung zwischen dem Element 16 und dem Fuss 4 kann wie oben erläutert jederzeit gelöst und verstellt werden. Ist der Rahmen 2 justiert, so werden die beiden Klemmmuttern 19 festgezogen.An
Die Grobeinstellung der Füsse 4 ohne Werkzeug und die anschliessende Feineinstellung bei bereits abgestütztem Rahmen 2 gewährleisten die obengenannte einfachere Montage. Die Traverse 6 ist nicht zwingend, da diese durch einen einfachen Ansatz an den Tragstützen 3 ersetzt sein kann. Ebenfalls könnte die Rastverbindung durch eine ähnliche andere Verbindung oder sogar durch eine stufenlose Klemmverbindung ersetzt werden. Diese Verbindung kann auch unterhalb der Justierschraube 30 angeordnet werden. Denkbar ist schliesslich auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher der Fuss 4 und die Tragstütze 3 vertauscht sind.
