Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a device for fixing a toilet to a wall and a toilet arrangement with a corresponding device. With such devices toilets and cisterns for receiving a flushing liquid for the toilet on the wall are securely fastened.

Known devices for attaching WCs have a mounting frame to which the toilet and cistern with a variety of fasteners such as threaded rods, screws and / or nuts are fastened. In addition to usual toilets also so-called shower toilets with an additional bidet function are known. Such shower toilets may include motorized Duscharme, by means of which a shower jet can be directed to an abdomen of a user. For the Duscharme regularly an additional shower water pipe and / or electrical connection lines for a drive motor of the shower arm are required. The arrangement of corresponding water connections and / or electrical connections to known devices for attaching toilets to a wall, however, has proven to be difficult, because there is often insufficient space available in these. Furthermore, such devices often have a high assembly cost.

The object of the invention is therefore to at least partially solve the problems described with reference to the prior art and in particular to provide a device with which WCs can be fastened to a wall with less installation effort. Furthermore, a toilet arrangement is to be proposed, which allows attachment of a toilet with low installation costs on a wall.

These objects are achieved with a device and a toilet arrangement according to the features of the independent claims. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are given in the dependent claims. It should be noted that the features listed individually in the claims can be combined in any technologically meaningful way and define further embodiments of the invention. Contributing to this is a device for fastening a WC to a wall, which has a fastening frame with at least one fastening cross-piece, wherein the fastening cross-member comprises a fastening surface to which the WC can be fastened by means of at least one fastening element, wherein the fastening surface of the device is arranged such that between the mounting surface and a cover of the device or between the mounting surface and the toilet mounting space is formed.

The device is used to attach a toilet to a wall. By means of such devices WCs can be attached in particular to lightweight walls, which are not suitable for direct attachment of the toilet bowl. Furthermore, the device can serve to attach a cistern for receiving a flushing liquid for the toilet on the wall. For this purpose, the device has a mounting frame, which in particular comprises a plurality of metal profiles. The mounting frame may, for example, a first vertical metal profile and a second vertical metal profile, which are connected to each other via a (horizontal) upper first cross-beam and a (horizontal) lower second cross-beam. Furthermore, the mounting frame may have feet by means of which a height of the mounting frame are adjustable.

Furthermore, the attachment frame has at least one fastening cross-member with a fastening surface, to which the WC can be fastened by means of at least one fastening element. The attachment traverse is preferably at least partially made of metal, in particular sheet metal with a thickness of 1 mm to 5 mm, preferably (substantially) 2 mm. The attachment traverse is preferably arranged (horizontally) between the first vertical metal profile and the second vertical metal profile of the attachment frame. Furthermore, the fastening beam may be fixed non-positively and / or positively to the mounting frame. In the attachment surface of the attachment traverse is an area of the attachment traverse, in which at least one bore or threaded hole for the at least one fastening element of the toilet is arranged. The attachment surface preferably extends (substantially) parallel to the wall after attachment of the device to the wall. The at least one fastening element is, for example, a threaded rod, a fastening bolt or a screw. The at least one fastening element can be screwed into the at least one bore or threaded bore of the fastening surface of the fastening cross-section, for example, and / or fastened by means of at least one nut. The WC can thus be mounted by means of the at least one fastening element on the fastening cross-member of the device.

The attachment surface of the fastening cross-member is arranged such that an assembly space can be formed between the attachment surface and a cover of the device or between the attachment surface and the WC. The cover may be, for example, at least one plate and / or tile, which obscure the device in the assembled state (invisible). There is thus preferably no direct contact between the mounting surface and the cover or the WC in the mounted state of the device. The mounting space thus obtained can be used in particular for at least one electrical connection line and / or a flushing water line of a shower toilet, which reduces the installation costs of such toilets. The mounting space preferably comprises a volume of space of at least 100 cubic centimeters and may, for example, be in the range of 600 to 3,000 cubic centimeters.

The attachment surface may be recessed from a front side of the attachment frame. This means that the mounting surface is not flush with the front of the mounting frame. In particular, the front side of the mounting frame is a surface which is spanned by those surfaces of the metal profiles and / or crossbars which point away from the wall in the assembled state of the device. The mounting surface is offset in the assembled state of the device relative to the front side of the mounting frame in the direction of the wall. The offset between the front side and the attachment surface may for example be 10 mm (millimeters) to 100 mm. As a result, in the mounting frame, in particular between the first vertical metal profile and the second vertical metal profile, the mounting space is formed, which is in the assembled state of the device between the mounting surface and the cover of the device or between the mounting surface and the toilet.

The fastening traverse may have a U-shaped cross section. The cross section of the fastening traverse may be hat-shaped.

The fastening traverse may have at least one contact surface for a cover of the device, wherein the fastening surface and the at least one contact surface are spaced from one another. The at least one contact surface of the fastening cross-piece runs in particular parallel to the fastening surface of the fastening cross-piece and / or parallel to the front side of the fastening frame. The (horizontal in the assembled state of the device) distance between the mounting surface and the at least one contact surface may for example be 10 mm (millimeters) to 100 mm.

The attachment traverse may have at least one bead. The fastening cross-piece preferably has a first bead at its first longitudinal end and a second bead at its second longitudinal end. The at least one bead is, in particular, a groove-shaped depression in the fastening traverse, the depth of which is in particular in Direction of the first longitudinal end and / or the second longitudinal end of the attachment traverse (in the mounted state of the device in a horizontal direction) recessed. The device may have a connection box with at least one interior space for an electricity-conducting element, wherein the at least one interior is liquid-tight against an environment sealable. The junction box is in particular at least partially made of plastic and / or metal. In the at least one interior, at least one electricity-carrying element, such as an electrical connection cable, plug an electrical connection cable or a transformer can be arranged. Furthermore, in the at least one interior and a fan can be arranged. Before installing a toilet, the at least one interior can be open in at least one direction. The opening of the at least one interior can be closed by the toilet after its installation, so that the at least one interior is sealed from the environment. These openings may have seals, so that even through these openings no liquids can enter the at least one interior. Furthermore, a flushing water pipe for the bidet function of a shower toilet, a flushing water pipe for the toilet and / or a sewer of the toilet can be performed by the junction box, wherein the at least one interior can also be made liquid-tight against these lines. The junction box can be attached to the attachment crossbar. If the connection box has a T-shaped base surface, the connection box is fastened in particular with its horizontal section to the fastening cross-piece. The attachment can be done for example via a screw and / or with the at least one fastener for the toilet.
