Hannover lf Verschlussv6n Ett=Kstoffbhä : HT'<ItccTrii Verschluss Das Gebrauchsmuster bezieht sich auf einen Ver- schluss von Kunststoffbehältern durch Heissiegeln. - Es ist bekannt, bei aus Kunststoff bestehenden Behältern, welche einen ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehenden Deckel haben, Behälter und Deckel mit je einem Flansch zu versehen, die flachen Ränder mittels zweier ringförmiger Hälften eines Werkzeuges zu erfassen und die beiden Flansche unter Anwendung von Druck fest miteiander zu verbinden, wobei gegebenenfalls zwischen dem Behälterflansch und dem Deckelflansch eine heissklebende Substanz angeordnet ist.
- Die Verwendung der Heissiegelmethode zum Verschliessen solcher aus Kunststoff bestehenden Behälter hat eich in der Praxis an sich bewährt. Ein solcher Verschluss leidet jedoch unter dem Mangel, dass eine gewisse Gefahr des Ablösens des Deckelflansches von dem Behälterflansch trotz des vorgenannten Verschweissens möglich ist.
- Der Hauptzweck des Gebrauchsmusters besteht darin, einen Verschluss für solche Kunststoffehälter unter Verwendung der Heissiegelmethode zu schaffen, bei welchem auf einfachste Weise die Gefahr des Lösens von Behälterflansch und Deckelflansch vermieden wird. Weiterhin bezweckt das Gebrauchsmuster, einen solchen Verschluss zu schaffen, bei dem die bisher zur Herstellung des Verschlusses dienenden Werkzeuge praktisch nicht komplizierter werden, Weiterhin bezweckt das Gebrauchsmuster, einen Verv schluss zu schaffen, bei dem durch eine. einzigen Verschlussvorgang unter Anwendung der Heissiegelmethode eine verbesserte Verbindung zwischen dem Behälter-und Deckelflansch hergestellt wird.
- Demgemäss bezieht sich das Gebrauchsmuster auf einen Verschluss für Behälter aus Kunststoffolie durch Zusammenschweissen von Behälter-und Deckelflansch, gegebenenfalls unter Zuhilfenahme eines Klebemittels, bei welchem gemäss dem Gebrauchsmuster an dem Behälter-und dem Deckelflansch durch Verformen von Flanschteilen aus ihrer Ebene heraus eine zusätzliche Sperre gegen das Trennen, von Behälter-und Deckelflansch vorgesehen ist.
- Diese zusätzliche Sperre kann gemäss dem Gebrauchsmuster eine zweckentsprehhende Form erhalten, beispielsweise kann sie gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Gebrauchsmusters in der Form eines sickenartigen Ringes oder auch mehrerer Ringe gebildet sein. Die Form dieser Ringe ist für das Gebrauchsmuster nicht entscheidend. Der Ring bzw. die Ringe können gemäss einer weiteren Ausführungsform des Gebrauchsmusters parallel zu einer auf dem Behälter-und dem Deckelflansch stehenden Senkrechten gewünschte durchgehende oder auch unterbrochene Wellungen aufweisen. Des weiteren ist gemäss dem Gebrauchsmuster die Möglichkeit gegeben, bei der Verwendung mehrerer Wellungen diese nicht untereinander parallel laufen zu lassen, sondern diese mit einer gewissen Phasenverschiebung, beispielsweise auch gegenläufig auszubilden.
Gemäss einer weiteren Ausführungsform des Ge- brauchsmusters ist es möglich, die Wellungen sowohl - Gemäss einer weiteren Ausführungsform des Gebrauchsmusters ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, diese zusätzliche Sperre durci Teilringe mit verschieden grossen Radialen mit Bezug auf die Mittelachse des Behälters auszubilden, wobei diese Teilringe sich ganz oder teilweise überdecken können.
- In der beigefügten Zeichnungen sind Ausführungformen des Gebrauchsmusters beispielsweise zur Darstellung gebracht. : Fig. 1 zeigt einen Teillangsschnitt durch einen Kunststoffbehälter sowie schematisch ein Werkzeug zum Verschliessen des Randes von Behälter und Deckel durch Heissiegeln.
- Fig. 2 zeigt eine Draufsicht des Behälters mit einer Sperre in Form eines Ringes.
- Fig. 3 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform unter Verwendung von zwei Sperren in Form von Ringen.
- Fig. 4 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform unter Verwendung eines Ringes gewellter Form.
- Fig. 5 zeigt schematisch eine weitere Ausführung form mit einer Mehrzahl von gewellten Ringen.
- Fig. 6 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform mit einer Mehrzahl von Wellen, die in ihrer"Phase" zueiander verschoben sind.
- Fig. 7 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform unter Verwendung von Teilringen mit verschiedenem Durchmesser.
- Fig. 8 zeigt eine gegenüber der Fig. 7 abgewandelte Ausführungsform.
- Fig. 9 zeigt eine weiter abgewandelte Ausführungform in Draufsicht.
- In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein Kunststoffbehälter bezeichnet, der einen Randflansch 2 hat, 3 benennt einen Deckel aus Kunststoffolie mit Randflansch 4. Zwischen den Flanschen 2 und 4 kann ein Dichtungsmaterial 5 zweckentsprechender Ausbildung zwischengeschaltet werden.
- Mit 6 ist ein Aufnahmering oder Stützring für den Behälterflansch 2 und den Deckelflansch 4 und mit 7 ein Stempel bezeichnet.
- Gemäss dem Gebrauchsmuster weist der Aufnahmering 8) eine Ausnehmung, Nut o. dgl.' auf, während der Stempel einen entsprechenden Vorsprung 9 aufweist, der in die Nut 8 hineinpasst. Das Verschliessen eines Kunststoffbehälters erfolgt dadurch, dass der Behälter in den AufnaLmerin 6 eingesetzt wird, der Deckel 3 mit dem Behälter 4 aufgelegt und dann durch Druck und Wärme vermittels des Siegelstempels 7 das Verschliessen bzw.
- Versiegeln der Flansche 2 und 4 von Deckel und Behälter erfolgt. Normalerweise. ird eine Temperatur von etwa 1100 angewendet. Diese vorerläuterte Verschlussart unter Verwendung von Kunststoff in Folienform gehört ah sich dem Stand der Technik an.
- Gemäss dem Gebrauchsmuster ist demgegenüber neu das Anbringen einer besord eren Sperre durch aus der Ebene des Behälterflansches und des Deckelflansches
verformte Teile, die eine beliebige und zweckentsprechen- deJ'orjr, annehe kann. Bei deJdargestlltQn Ausfuhrungsbeispiel der Fig. 2 ist die Sperre in/or eines einfachen geschlossenen Ringes 10 ausgebildet, die gemüss Fig. 3 auch in Form eines Doppelringes 11,12 ausgebildet sein kann. Es kann auch eine noc grössre Anzahl solcher Ringe vorgesehen sein wobei dan ;.. die Siegelstempel und der Aufnahmering an ihrer Unter-bzw. Oberseite entsprechend zu profilieren sind. ur das das Gebrauchsmuster wird nicnt entscheidend, dass die Rige Kreisfor haben, sie können auch, wie in ? ig. 4 ahgedeutet ist, die-orm eines gewellten Rin- ges 13 anneh n, der in dieser Ausfuhrunsform als geschlossener Ring dargestellt ist. Nacrj. der Darstellen der Fig. 5 können mehrere gewellte Ringe 14 und 15 wrgesehen sein, so dass die Sperrwirkung gegen Ablösen des Behälterdeckels 3 von de... Lehälterrand 2 noch erhöht wird. Die Au. sfiihrungsform der Fig. 6 weicht insoweit von der h. sftihrwi sform der J'i,. 5 ab, als bei ihr ein ge- weller ring 16 und ein gewellter Ring 17 in ihrer"Phase" zueinander verschoben sind, wobei eine beliebige und zweck- entsprechende"Phasen-VerscLiebung vorgenommen werden kann. Dabei können die ellungen der beiden Ringe 16 und 17 eine regelmässige oder eine unregelmäßige, eine gleiche Wellungen gleich oder verschieden voneinander zu machen. ur die Verwirklichung des Gebrauchsmusters-ist es nicht notwendig, dass geschlossene Ringe verwendet werden ; es ist gemäss der Ausführungsform der Fig. 7 - Eine weitere abgewandelte Ausführungsform ist in Fig. 9 wiedergegeben, bei welcher zwei innere Teilringe 22 und 23 sowie zwei äussere Teilringe 24 und 25 dargestellt sind. Auch diese Ringe können eine beliebige gewellte Form haben. Es ist weiterhin die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Zahl der Teilringe zueinander und die Zahl der Teilringe gleichen Durchmessers beliebig und in gewünschtem Liasse zu erhöhen, wobei wiederum Packungen gemäss den vorerläuterten Ausführungsformen der Fig. 4 bis 8 verwendet werden können
Claims (8)
- Schu. tzanspriiche : 1. Verschluss für Behälter aus Kunststoffolie durch Zusammenschweissen von Behälter-und Deckelflansch, gegebenenfalls unter Zuhilfenahme eines i. lebemittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem behälter-und dem Deckelflansch durch Verformen der Flanschteile aus ihrer Ebene heraus eine zusätzliche Sperre gegen Trennen von Deckel-und Behälterflansch vorgesehen ist.
- 2. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperre die Form eines Ringes hat.
- 3. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperre die Form mehrerer Ringe hat.
- 4. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring bzw. die Ringe eine gewellte Formgebung in der Ebene von Behälter-und Deckelflansch haben.
- 5. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wellungen in einer dazu senkrechten Ebene verlaufen
- 6. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Verwendung mehrerer Ringe die Ringe eine ungleiche Wellung haben.
- 7. Verschluss nach nspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Ringe eine gegenläufige Wellung haben.
- 8. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperre durch Teilringe mit verschiedenes grossem Durchmesser gebildet wird, die einander gegenseitig überdecken.
