Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bauplatte aus einem durch Sägen bearbeitbaren Werkstoff, z. B. aus Holzpre#span, die insbesondere für tius einzelnen auswechselbar auf Tragkonstruktionen in ihren itand- oder Eckzonen ruhenden Platten gebildete sogenannte Installationsböden bestimmet ist, die aber auch für alle anderen 4nwendungsfalle-verwendbar ist, bei denen es darauf ankommt, Bauplatten im wesentlichen aus einem preisgünstigen, durch Sägen bearbeitbaren Werkstoff mit größerer Ma#genauigkeit herzustellen als das durch Sägen möglich ist.
  • Durch Sägen lä#t sich bekanntlich bei holzähnlichen Werkstoffen der hier in Betracht kommenden Art mit noch wirtschaftlichen Mitteln eine Ma#genauigkeit von höchstens I 0,5 mm erreichen, die bei weitem nicht ausreicht, um ein fugenloses Aneinanderpassen der Plattenrander, z. B. beim Verlegen eines aus solchen Platten bestehenden Installationebodens zu erreichen.
  • Erfindungsgemä# wird dieser Nachteil dadurch vermieden, da# bei einer Bau platte der eingangs schrlebenen Art die Ränder aus Kunststoff gebildet werden, und zwar derart, da# man von einer mit noch auf wirtschaftliche Wei @ einhaltbaren Toleranzen auf Unterma# geschnittenen Pl@tte ausgeht, diese in eine den Sollma#en entspr@@h as Form einlegt und die Zwischenräume mit einem rie#harz ausfüllt, so da# ein aus diesem gebildeter, onn@ veitere Bearbeitung genau ma#haltinger, rahmen entsteht. Als Gie#-har@e kommen dabei vorzugsweise gienfühig dur@@ lastisch flüssige Kunststoffe, z. B. Epo, @l-äarze zur @erwendun@.
  • @olche Gie#harze dringen in lie Poren des Plastenverkstoffes tief ein und bilten laher einen @it ler Platte unlösbaren Rahmen. Au#erdem erhöhen sie die @ruckfestigkeit des Plattenwerkstoffes und verhindern @en Zutritt von Feuchtigkeit und damit das @uellen der Platten.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemä#en Bauplatte, die auf ihrer Deckfläche einen Belag aus trittfestem Kunststoff trägt, im Ausschnitt dargesstellt.
  • Der Grundkörper 10 der Platte ist aus einer Tafel aus Holzpre#span oder dgl. ausgesägt. Die Deckfläche 11 und die Grundfläche 12 sind glatt und ma#haltig. Die Seitenflächen 13 sind dagegen Sägeschnittflächen, deren gegenseitige Abstände nur mit einer Genauigkeit von + 0, 5 mm den Sollma#en entsprechen. Sie sind bewu#t auf Untermaß geschnitten. Die Sollmaße sind durch Angie#en eines Rahmens 20 aus Gießharz eingehalten, das, wie bei 21 angedeutet, auch tief in die Poren der Platte 10 eindringt. Der Rahmen 20 greift auch über die Lifinder der Deckfläche 11 über bis zu den Rändern des auf die Platte 10 aufgeklebten Belages 30.

Claims (2)

  1. Patentansprüche 1. Bauplatte aus einem durch Sägen bearbeitbaren Werkstoff, inslesondere für Installationsböden, dadurch rekennzeichnet, da# ihre Ränder aus einem Rahmen (20) aus Kunetstoff gebildet sind, der an die mit Unterma# gescnnittene Platie (10) angegossen ist.
  2. 2. Bauplatte naen Anspruch 1 mit einem Belag aus Kunststoff, Jinoleum oder dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, die die @bmessungen des Belages (30) kleiner sind als diejeni@en der Deckfläche (11) der Platte (10) und da# der Kuststoffrahmen (20) über die Plattenrandflächen bis zu don rändern des Belages übergreift und auf den überstehenden Teilen auf der Plattendeckfläche aufliegt.
