Abstract
Eine vorgespannte gekrümmte Platte, die eine gekrümmte Keramikplatte (10) mit zumindest einer konkaven Oberfläche (12) aufweist, wobei die gekrümmte Keramikplatte (10) mit gespannten Verstärkungsfasern (16) umhüllt und haftend verbunden ist, wobei die Verstärkungsfasern (16) zuerst unter Spannung um die Keramikplatte (10) herum gewickelt werden und von der konkaven Oberfläche (12) beabstandet sind und nachfolgend Druck ausgesetzt werden, um die Verstärkungsfasern (16) zu dehnen und mit den Oberflächen (12, 14) der Keramikplatte (10) zu verbinden, wobei die Zugbelastung der Fasern (16) auf das Verbinden hin eine Spannung in die Keramikplatte (10) einführt.
Claims (14)
- Eine vorgespannte gekrümmte Platte, die eine gekrümmte Keramikplatte (
10 ) mit zumindest einer konkaven Oberfläche (12 ) aufweist, wobei die gekrümmte Keramikplatte (10 ) mit gespannten Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) umhüllt und haftend verbunden ist, wobei die Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) zuerst unter Spannung um die Keramikplatte (10 ) herum gewickelt werden und von der konkaven Oberfläche (12 ) beabstandet sind und nachfolgend Druck ausgesetzt werden, um die Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) zu dehnen und mit den Oberflächen (12 ,14 ) der Keramikplatte (10 ) zu verbinden, wobei die Zugbelastung der Fasern (16 ) auf das Verbinden hin eine Spannung in die Keramikplatte (10 ) einführt. - Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß Anspruch 1, bei der die Keramikplatte (
10 ) bei erhöhter Temperatur Druck ausgesetzt ist. - Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das Verbinden entweder durch Aufbringen eines Haftmittels auf die Oberflächen (
12 ,14 ) der gekrümmten Keramikplatte (10 ) vor dem Wickeln der Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) und/oder durch Beschichten der Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) vor dem Wickeln erfolgt. - Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der die Keramikplatte (
10 ) eine Keramikplattenkachel ist. - Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß Anspruch 4, bei der die Keramikplatte (
10 ) aus Aluminiumoxid (Al2O3), heißgepresstem, gesintertem oder reaktionsgebundenem Borcarbid (B4C), Siliciumcarbid (SiC), Borsiliciumcarbid (BSC), Titandiborid (TiB2), Aluminiumnitrid, Siliciumnitrid, gesintertem Siliciumcarbid, gesintertem Siliciumnitrid und Glaskeramik oder Kombinationen derselben hergestellt ist. - Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Keramikplatte (
10 ) eine Dicke zwischen 3 und 30 mm aufweist. - Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der die Verstärkungsfasern (
16 ) aus Fasern aus Aramid, Poly(p-phenylen-2,6-benzobisoxazol), S- oder E-Glas, Kohlenstoff, Thermokunststoffen (Polyamid, HMWPE, Polyethylen, Polypropylen) oder Metall (Bor, Stahl, Aluminium) oder deren Kombination ausgewählt sind. - Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der das Haftmittel aus Haftmitteln aus Epoxid, Phenolharz, Thermokunststoff, wärmehartbaren Haftmitteln, kautschuk- oder elastomerbasierten Haftmitteln und Keramikhaftmitteln ausgewählt ist.
- Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, die ferner einen entfernbaren Abstandhalter (
42 ) aufweist, der zwischen der konkaven Oberfläche (12 ) der Keramikplatte (10 ) und den Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) eingefügt ist. - Die gekrümmte Platte gemäß Anspruch 10, bei der der Abstandhalter (
42 ) während des Anlegens von Druck bei erhöhter Temperatur zumindest teilweise geschmolzen wird. - Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer vorgespannten gekrümmten Platte mit zumindest einer konkaven Oberfläche (
12 ), das folgende Schritte aufweist: Wickeln gespannter Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) um eine gekrümmte Keramikplatte (10 ), wobei zwischen der konkaven Oberfläche (12 ) der Keramikplatte (10 ) und den gewickelten Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) ein Abstand (15 ) belassen wird; Anlegen eines äußeren Drucks an die Verstärkungsfasern (16 ), um die Fasern (16 ) zu dehnen, bis dieselben die konkave Oberfläche (12 ) kontaktieren und sich mit derselben verbinden, und Abkühlen der Platte und Entfernen des äußeren Drucks nach dem Verbinden. - Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 11, das ferner ein Erwärmen der gespannten Fasern (
16 ) auf eine erhöhte Temperatur aufweist, während des Schritts des Anlegens eines äußeren Drucks an die gespannten Fasern (16 ), um die Fasern (16 ) zu dehnen, bis dieselben die konkave Oberfläche (12 ) kontaktieren und sich mit derselben verbinden. - Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 11, das ferner ein Einfügen eines entfernbaren Abstandhalters (
42 ) zwischen der konkaven Oberfläche (12 ) und den Verstärkungsfasern (16 ) aufweist, um die Fasern (16 ) von der konkaven Oberfläche (12 ) zu beabstanden und die Länge derselben zu erhöhen, bevor die faserumwickelte Keramikplatte (10 ) Druck und Temperatur ausgesetzt wird. - Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 13, das ferner ein Sicherstellen aufweist, dass der entfernbare Abstandhalter (
42 ) während des Anlegens von äußerem Druck bei erhöhter Temperatur zumindest teilweise schmilzt.
