In Erkenntnis dieser Nachteile ist es auch schon versucht worden diese dadurch zu beseitigen, daß zur Gepäckraumabdeckung anstelle von starren Platten ein in ebenfalls entlang der Seiteawände des Fahrzeuges und unterhalb der Seitenfenster angeordneten u- förmigen Schierlen geführtes Rollo verwendet wird. Die Verwendung eines Rollo'a hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß es im zusammengerollten Zustand einen erheblichen Raumbedarf aufweist. Als weiterer Nachteil ist anzuführen, daß ein Rollo infolge der beim Betrieb eines Fahrzeuges stets auftretenden Verwindungen des Waggenkastens leicht zum Verklemmen neigt. Darüberhinaus ist die Herstellung und der Einbau einer als Rollo ausgeführten Gepäckraumabdeckung sehr teuer.
