Description
The invention relates to a culvert or tunnel for underpassing watercourses, railways, paths, Cables, supply lines under a canal, a river bed or the like from two with the interposition of spacers nested casing pipes made of sheet metal, with the through the Casing pipes formed annulus can be filled with concrete after laying. A known embodiment a culvert (French patent 1 261 508) has a double jacket contraction made of smooth sheet steel, which has the advantage of low weight when laying. The disadvantage of this known embodiment is the low flexibility, so that when laying only a limited radius of curvature and thus a limited adaptation to the local Allow conditions to be achieved. In addition, an embodiment is known (German patent specification ' 804 183), in which an underwater tunnel is constructed from inherently rigid sections, which are connected via kornpensator-like Intermediate pieces are articulated to one another. The use of spacers allows laying angled at the hinge points. Here, too, is a perfect one Adaptation to the local conditions, especially laying in small radii of curvature, not possible. The intermediate pieces consist of longitudinally corrugated or similarly profiled Steel sheets.
The invention is based on the object to create a culvert or tunnel that the local Conditions, especially when laying with small radii of curvature, can be easily adapted.
The invention consists in a culvert or tunnel with the features specified at the beginning in that the outer and inner casing tubes consist of continuously corrugated or longitudinally Zigzag profiled steel sheets exist.
The advantages achieved by the invention are mainly to be seen in the fact that the culvert or Tunnel according to the invention can be performed relatively strongly in the arch, so that it is there too can still be laid from the earth's surface in a strong arc in one piece, where known when used Culvert the laying must be done in sections, since the casing pipes according to the invention are made up of thin-walled metal sheets, which have a low weight when laid and are so flexible that they can be adapted to the respective conditions and even after installation can still be corrected with regard to the intended course, with subsequent completion of the annular interior brings the stiffening.
According to a further feature of the invention, the concrete filling is through in the longitudinal direction of the culvert Concrete-free sections interrupted in order to ensure a certain flexibility of the laid tunnel.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung an Hand von Ausführungsbeispielen gemäß den Zeichnungen ausführlicher erläutert; es zeigtIn the following the invention is explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments according to the drawings explained; it shows
F i g. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch das Mantelrohr eines Dükers oder Tunnels gemäß der Erfindung,F i g. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the casing pipe of a culvert or tunnel according to the invention,
F i g. 2 einen Querschnitt durch ein Ausführungsbeispiel, F i g. 2 shows a cross section through an embodiment,
F i g. 3 in gegenüber den F i g. 1 und 2 wesentlich vergrößerter Darstellung eine Aufsicht auf ein Mantelrohr,F i g. 3 in opposite to the F i g. 1 and 2, on a much enlarged scale, a plan view of a Jacket pipe,
F i g. 4 einen Schnitt in Richtung der Pfeile A-A durch den Gegenstand nach F i g. 1 undF i g. 4 shows a section in the direction of arrows AA through the object according to FIG. 1 and
F i g. 5 einen Schnitt in Richtung der Pfeile B-B durch den Gegenstand nach Fig. 1.F i g. 5 shows a section in the direction of arrows BB through the object according to FIG. 1.
/The culvert or tunnel shown is used as the underpass of watercourses, webs od ways, cables, power lines under a channel, a river bed. The like. In this case, the culvert 1 is constructed 1 Ib of steel plate of cladding tubes Ia, the corrugated in the longitudinal direction or zigzag-shaped with " Mountains «2 and» valleys «3 are profiled and are thus designed to be flexible in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel. In Fig. 1, the corrugated profiling is indicated in the upper part of the section and the zigzag-shaped Prpfilierung in the lower part. /
Fig. 2 shows that two casing pipes la, Ib are arranged pushed into one another with the interposition of spacers 7, wherein the space can be filled with concrete after laying. It can be useful to interrupt the concrete filling in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel by concrete-free sections so that the laid culvert remains mobile as a whole, which can be advantageous in subsidence areas with soft subsoil or the like.
On the outer casing tube 1 b slide rails 4 or skids with angle pieces 5 are connected on the underside. Therefore, the jacket pipes la, Ib can slide when pulling on consoles 6, which are previously disposed in the bed of the culvert.
;'The F i g. 3 to 5 show that the casing pipes are composed of individual sections I, II, III, IV can be, which are provided with appropriate flanges and connected to each other with screws are. A welded connection can be used instead of the screw connection. ; '
