Claims (5)

0U7283 -i- Patentanspräche
1. Immunmodulierendes Arzneimittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sein Wirkstoff aus Fragmenten Fc von menschlichem Immunglobulin IgG oder Analogen dieser Fragmente zusammengesetzt ist und daß es frei ist von intaktem IgG und/oder von Fragmenten Fab oder daß es davon nicht mehr als 2 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht (Fc+Fab+IgG), enthält, wobei die Analogen der Fragmente Fc von menschlichem IgG alles Fragmente oder Unterfragmente von Fc und synthetische Peptide oder halbsynthetische Peptide, die Peptidsequenzen enthalten, die im Fragment Fc vorkommen, sowie Derivate solcher Fragmente, ünterfragmente oder Peptide darstellen, mit der Maßgabe, daß diese Fragmente, Unterfragmente, Peptide oder Derivate folgende Bedingungen erfüllen:
daß sie die Eigenschaft von Aktivatoren der Differenzierung von suppressiven Zellen haben;
daß sie die Eigenschaften von Inhibitoren der antikörperabhängigen CytotoxyzitSt haben;
daß sie nicht die Eigenschaften von Aktivatoren der Zellen NK aufweisen.

2. Arzneimittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es nicht mehr als 1 Gew.-% von Fragmenten Fab und/oder intakten IgG enthalt."
3. Arzneimittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es frei ist von Fragmenten Fab und/oder intakten IgG.
4. Arzneimittel nach jedem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wirkstoff aus Fragmenten Fc besteht.

5. Verwendung eines Fragments Fc von menschlichem IgG
oder dessen Analogen, wie sie in Anspruch 1 definiert sind, zur Herstellung eines immunmodulierenden Arneimittels, das insbesondere zur Behandlung von Autoimmunkrankheiten dient und in der Lage ist, Abstoßungs-(I reaktionen zu verhüten oder die Wirkungen zu vermin-
