Hydrauliköle auf der Grundlage von Alkyl-, Aryl- oder Alkylarylestern von Säuren des Phosphors mit einem Gehalt an Aminen sind bekannt. Diese Hydrauliköle haben zwar gute Schmiereigenschaften, doch ist ihre Beständigkeit ungenügend. Demgegenüber weisen Hydrauliköle auf der Grundlage von Alkyl-, Aryl- oder Alkylarylestern von Säuren des Phosphors, die durch einen Gehalt an Amiden aus Halogeniden teilveresterter Säuren des Phosphors und aüphatischen oder araliphatischen Aminen gekennzeichnet sind, eine größere Beständigkeit auf.
Zur Herstellung der Amide werden Halogenide teilveresterter Säuren des Phosphors, z. B. Phosphorsäurediphenylester-monochlorid, Phosphorsäureoctylphenylester-monochlorid, Phosphorsäuredikresylestermonochlorid, Phosphorsäuredikresylester-monobromid, Phosphorsäuremonokresylester-dichlorid, Phosphorigsäurediphenylester-monochlorid oder Thionophosphorsäurekresylester-monochlorid mit aliphatischen oder araliphatischen Aminen, wie 2-Äthylhexylamin, n-Octylamin, Di-n-butylamin, Dodecylamin, Oleylamin, Stearylamin, Benzylamin oder co-Phenyl-dodecylamin, in einem indifferenten organischen Lösungsmittel, in denen die gleichzeitig anfallenden halogenwasserstoffsauren Salze der Amine unlöslich sind, umgesetzt, dann werden die Salze abgetrennt, und die Lösung wird eingedampft.

Der Gehalt der Hydrauliköle an den Amiden beträgt im allgemeinen 0,1 bis 15 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 5 Gewichtsprozent. Die Hydrauliköle können auch noch weitere Zusätze enthalten, die dafür üblich sind, z. B. Alterungsschutzmittel, Verdickungsmittel, Entschäumer, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Demulgiermittel und Mittel, welche die Brandfestigkeit oder das Viskositäts-Temperatur-Verhalten verbessern.
Die größere Beständigkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Hydrauliköle gegenüber Hydraulikölen mit einem Zusatz an Aminen ist aus der Tabelle ersichtlich.
