DEUTSCHES
Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung von neuen Amiden von zweibasischen Säuren des fünfwertigen
Phosphors, die direkt an dem fünfwertigen Phosphor durch eine Trihalogenmethylgruppe substituiert sind,
bzw. von Amiden von Vinyltrihalogenmethanphosphonaten.
Die zweibasischen Säuren des fünfwertigen Phosphors werden allgemein als Phosphonsäuren bezeichnet und
entsprechen der allgemeinen Formel

in der R einen organischen Rest bedeutet, der mit einem Kohlenstoffatom an das Phosphoratom gebunden ist, und
jedes X bedeutet ein Nichtmetall der chalkogenen Gruppe. Somit können die neuen Verbindungen der vorliegenden
Erfindung auch als Monoamide von Trihalogenmethanphosphonsäuremonoestern
definiert werden, welche Verbindungen die folgende allgemeine Formel

aufweisen, in der »Hai« ein Halogen bedeutet, jedes X ein
Atom eines nichtmetallischen chalkogenen Elementes darstellt, z. B. Sauerstoff, Schwefel oder Selen, »Amido« einen
Amidorest bedeutet, d. h. den Ammoniakrest oder einen Rest eines organischen Amins, und R1 ein organischer
Rest ist.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist »Hai« Chlor, stellt X Sauerstoff dar, ist »Amido« der
Rest eines aliphatischen Amins und ist R1 eine Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe,
vorzugsweise eine aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe. In einer anderen Ausführungsform der
Erfindung bedeutet »Hai« Chlor, X Sauerstoff, »Amido« ist ein Alkylaminrest und R1 ein Vinylrest, d. h. ein Rest mit
einer «,/^-Doppelbindung mit mindestens einem Wasserstoffatom
am ^-Kohlenstoffatom.
Erfindungsgemäß werden die neuen Amidophosphonatester der vorliegenden Erfindung durch Umsetzung von
Monoamiden organischer Diester einer dreibasischen Säure des dreiwertigen Phosphors, d. h. eines Monoamidophosphitorganodiesters
mit mindestens dem stöchiometrischen Äquivalent eines Kohlenstofftetrahalogenids,
hergestellt. Die Temperatur, bei der die Reaktion durchgeführt wird, kann je nach den angewendeten speziellen
Reaktionsteilnehmern in weitem Bereich schwanken. Da viele der verwendbaren Reaktionsteilnehmer sehr reaktionsfähig
sind, ist es im allgemeinen ratsam, die Reaktion bei verhältnismäßig niedriger Temperatur, z. B. bei einer
Temperatur von etwa —10 bis etwa 1000C in Gang zu
setzen. Nachdem die Reaktion begonnen hat, kann, falls notwendig, Wärme zugeführt werden, um die Reaktion
vollständig zu machen, wobei Temperaturen sogar bis 2000C anwendbar sind. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird dann
zur Entfernung von als Nebenprodukt entstandenen organischen Halogeniden und von einem etwaigen Überschuß
an Kohlenstofftetrahalogenid durch Destillation befreit, wobei als Bodenprodukt die anwesenden neuen
Amidophosphonatester zurückbleiben. Als Kohlenstofftetrahalogenid können hier Kohlenstofftetrachlorid, Kohlenstofftetrabromid,
Kohlenstofftetrajodid oder gemischte Tetrahalogenide, wie Dibromdichlormethan, verwendet
werden. Die Halogene des Kohlenstofftetrahalogenids können somit Brom, Jod und bzw. oder Chlor sein.
Kohlenstofftetrachlorid ist das bevorzugte Kohlenstofftetrahalogenid.
Die Amidophosphitdiester, welche die Ausgangsstoffe bei der Herstellung der neuen Verbindungen sind, können nach zwei Verfahren hergestellt werden. Ein Verfahren umfaßt die Umsetzung von Chlorphosphitdiestern mit Ammoniak oder einem Amin, wobei Amidophosphitdiester und Halogenwasserstoff gebildet werden. Das
Die Amidophosphitdiester, welche die Ausgangsstoffe bei der Herstellung der neuen Verbindungen sind, können nach zwei Verfahren hergestellt werden. Ein Verfahren umfaßt die Umsetzung von Chlorphosphitdiestern mit Ammoniak oder einem Amin, wobei Amidophosphitdiester und Halogenwasserstoff gebildet werden. Das

zweite Verfahren besteht darin., daß man zunächst ein
Amin mit Phosphortrichlorid zu Amidodichlorphosphit umsetzt und dann das anfallende Amidodichlorphosphit
mit etwa 2 Moläquivalenten Alkalialkoholat, z. B. mit Natriumalkoholat, zur Reaktion bringt, wodurch der entsprechende
Amidophosphitdiester und Natriumchlorid gebildet werden. Bei dem zweiten beschriebenen Verfahren
ist es notwendig, daß das verwendete Alkalialkoholat keinerlei freien Alkohol enthält, da die Gegenwart von
freiem Alkohol bei der Reaktion zur Hydrolyse der P — Cl-Gruppe in eine P —- OH-Gruppe führt.
Gemäß einer speziellen Ausführungsform der Erfindung werden Amide von Vinyltrihalogenmethanphosphonaten
hergestellt, indem man ein, P-Aminophospholan, wie
2-Amino-l,3,2-dioxaphosphoian, mit einem Kohlenstofftetrahalogenid umsetzt. Diese spezielle Reaktion wird im
allgemeinen bei einer erhöhten Temperatur von etwa 125 bis etwa 250° C, vorzugsweise von etwa 145 bis etwa
1600C, und bei einer Reaktionsdauer von mindestens
x/2 Stunde durchgeführt.
Die 2-Amino-l,3,2-dioxaphospholane, aus denen die vorliegenden Amide von Vinyltrihalogenmethanphosphonaten
hergestellt werden, haben die folgende allgemeine Strukturformel

in der R Wasserstoff oder ein organischer Rest ist und »Amino« eine Aminogruppe darstellt. Sie werden gewöhnlieh
durch Umsetzung von Äthylenglykolen mit Phosphortrichlorid, vorzugsweise in einem inerten Lösungsmittel,
bei einer Temperatur von etwa 10 bis etwa 25° C zu 2-Chlor-l,3,2-dioxaphospholanen umgesetzt, die dann in
Gegenwart eines inerten Lösungsmittels mit einem Amin
bei einer Temperatur von etwa 0° C zur Reaktion gebracht werden.
Die Umsetzung zwischen den P-Aminophospholanen und den Kohlenstofftetrahalogeniden muß als eine neue
Art einer Reaktion angesehen werden. Wenngleich nicht beabsichtigt wird, die Erfindung durch irgendeine Theorie
zu beschränken, scheint es, daß die Reaktion durch die

die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben.
Geeignete Amine, die bei der Herstellung der neuen Amide nach der Erfindung bei dem oben beschriebenen
Verfahren verwendet werden können, sind z. B. die aliphatischen primären Amine, wie Methylamin, Äthylamin,
Propylamin, Butylamin, Amylamin, n-Octylamin,
Äthanolamin, Äthylendiamin, 2-Äthylhexylamin, tert.-Butylamin,
1,1,2-Trimethylpropylamin, 1,3-Dimethylbutylamin,
4-Methylpentylamin, 3,3,5-Dimethylhexylamin,
Cetylamin, Tetradecylamin, Hexadecylamin, 2,2,4-Trimethylpentylamin, 2,2,4,4,6-Pentamethylheptylamin,
Dodecylamin, Octadecylamin und höhere primäre Alkylamine mit bis zu 20 oder mehr Kohlenstoffatomen;
alicyclische Amine, wie Cyclohexylamin, 3,3,5-Trimethylcyclohexylamin,
Cyclopentylamin, 4-Phenylcyclohexylamin,
Methylcyclohexylamine und deren Homologe und Analoge; ferner aromatische Amine, wie Anilin, Naphthylamin,
p-Phenylendiamin, 3,5-Dimethylanüin, 2,3,6-Triäthylanilin,
Phenanthrylamine, gemischte Steinkohlenteerbasen und homologe und analoge mono- und polycyclische
Aromaten; weiter auch ungesättigte primäre Amine, wie Allylamin, Propargylamin, Methallylamin,
Cyclohexenylamin, Oleylamin, Linoleylamin und deren Homologe und Analoge, sowie Polyamine, wie Diäthylentriamin,
Trimethylendiamin, 2-Oxy-l,3-diaminopropan, Diaminobenzol, Diacetondiamin. Geeignete sekundäre
Amine sind z. B. Dialkyl- und substituierte Dialkylamine, wie Dimethylamin, Diisopropylamin, Dibutylamin, N-Methylbutylamin,
Diamylamin, Dihexylamin, Di-2-äthylhexylamin, Dioctylamin, Di-2,2,4-trimethylpentylamin,
Di-3,5,5-trimethylhexylamin, N-Äthylcetylamin, Didodecylamin, Ditetradecylamin, Diäthanolamin, Diricinoleylamin,
N-Isopropylstearylamin, N-Butylricinoleylamin,
N-Isoamylhexylamin, N-Äthyloctylamin, Dioctadecylamin
und deren Homologe und Analoge, weiter die sekundären Cycloalkylamine, wie Dicyclohexylamin,
N-Methylcyclohexylamin, Di-Cyclopentylamin, N-Octylcyclohexylamin,
N-Octyl-S^^-trimethylcyclohexylamin
und deren Homologe und Analoge; auch die sekundären aromatischen Amine, wie N-Methylanilin, Diphenylamin,
Dibenzylamin, N-Octylbenzylamin, N-Octylphenylamin,
N-Butyl-p-methoxyanüin, N-Cyclohexylanüin, N-2-Äthylhexylanüin,

Es können auch heterocyclische Amine verwendet werden, z. B. Piperidin, 2,2,4,6-Tetramethylpiperidin, Morpholin,
ThiamorphoHn, 2-Ammopyrimidin, 2-Aminopyridinu. dgl.
Die bevorzugten Amine sind die aliphatischen Amine, insbesondere die aliphatischen Amine, die eine Gesamtanzahl
von nicht mehr als 40 Kohlenstoffatomen aufweisen. Die Mono- und Dialkylamine, in denen die Alkylgruppe,
d. h. jede Alkylgruppe 1 bis 20 C-Atome enthält, sind die am besten geeigneten.

Man ließ das Reaktionsgemisch sich bei 0 bis 5° C etwa 2 Stunden absetzen, und dann wurde es filtriert, um festes
Trimethylammoniumchlorid zu entfernen. Die flüssige Phase wurde einer Schnellverdampfung unterworfen, um
Äther zu entfernen, und dann im Vakuum bei 1000C von
niedrigsiedenden Anteilen durch Destillation befreit, wobei man 240 g (1,8 Mol) 2-N,N-Dimethylamino-l,3,2-dioxaphospholan
(Siedepunkt 76° C unter 25 mm Hg) erhielt. Das anfallende Produkt, 135 g (1,0 Mol) 2-N,N-Dimethylamino-l,3,2-dioxaphospholan,
wurde auf etwa 150°C erhitzt, und es wurden 770 g (5,0 Mol) Kohlenstofftetrachlorid
langsam zugefügt. Die Zugabe des Kohlenstofftetrachlorids dauerte etwa 2 Stunden. Das Gemisch wurde
bei IGO0C und 150 bis 200 mm Druck destilliert, um
niedrigsiedende Anteile abzutreiben (Ausbeute 297 g (1,2 Mol) Rohprodukt). 41 g dieses Produktes gaben nach
Fraktionieren bei etwa 100 bis 105° C und etwa 0,5 mm Druck 8 g O-Vinyl-N.N-dimethylamidotrichlormethanphosphonat.
Analyse des Produktes:
Gefunden: 11,9% Phosphor, 6,33% Stickstoff, 40,3%
Chlor; *
Berechnet: 12,2% Phosphor, 5,55% Stickstoff, 42,2% Chlor.
Claims (5)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Monoamiden von Trihalogenmethanphosphonsäuremonoestern der allgemeinen

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kohlenstofftetra-
halogenid der allgemeinen Formel
Y1-C-Y2
mit einem Amidophosphitdiester oder einem P-Aminophospholan umgesetzt wird, wobei Y1, Y2, Y3 und Y4
gleiche oder verschiedene Halogenatome darstellen, jedes X ein Atom eines nichtmetallischen chalkogenen
Elementes, z. B. Sauerstoff, Schwefel oder Selen, bedeutet, R ein organischer Rest ist und R' und R", die
verschieden sein können, organische Reste oder Wasserstoffatome darstellen.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktion im Anfangsstadium bei
einer Temperatur zwischen —10 und 100° C durchgeführt wird, worauf eine Heizperiode bei einer höheren
Temperatur, vorzugsweise unter 200° C, folgen kann.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktion in einem inerten
Lösungsmittel, das als Verdünnungsmittel verwendet wird, durchgeführt wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein 2-Amino-l,3,2-dioxaphospholan der
folgenden Formel

verwendet wird, in der R' und R" das gleiche bedeuten wie im Anspruch 1 und R1 und R2 das gleiche bedeuten
wie R' und R" und identisch sein können.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktion bei einer Temperatur
zwischen 125 und 250° C, vorzugsweise bei einer Temperatur zwischen 145 und 160° C, durchgeführt
wird.
