Claims (20)
1. Verstärkungslaminat zum Verstärken eines Substrats, das eine Trägerschicht, eine Schicht aus starrem
Verstärkungsschaumstoff befestigt an der genannten Trägerschicht, eine Schicht aus nachgiebigem Schaumstoff
befestigt an dem genannten starren Schaumstoff umfaßt, wobei die genannte Schicht aus nachgiebigem Schaumstoff
eine Bindeschicht zum Befestigen des genannten Laminats an einem Substrat aufweist, wobei die genannte starre
SchaumstoffSchicht und die genannte nachgiebige Schaumstoffschicht wärmehärtbar sind, und wobei die
genannte nachgiebige Schaumstoffschicht Mittel zum Absorbieren von Schrumpfspannungen aufgrund von
Wärmehärtung der genannten Schaumstoffschicht und Kühlung des Substrats aufweist.
2. Laminat nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die genannte Trägerschicht eine Schutzfolie ist.
3. Laminat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 kombiniert mit dem
genannten Substrat, und bei dem der genannte nachgiebige Schaumstoff eng an das genannte Substrat gebunden ist.
4. Laminat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem
die genannten Schaumstoffschichten und die genannte Trägerschicht mindestens eine Rippe umfassen.
5. Laminat nach Anspruch 4, bei dem das genannte Substrat eine Rippe in Übereinstimmung mit der genannten Rippe der
genannten Schaumstoffschichten und der genannten Trägerschicht umfaßt.

6. Laminat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die genannten Schaumstoffschichten und die genannte
Trägerschicht Endflansche umfassen.
7. Laminat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem
das genannte Substrat einen Fahrzeugteil darstellt, der aus der aus einer Tür, einem Dach, einem Kofferraumdeckel und
einem Kotflügel bestehenden Gruppe ausgewählt ist.
8. Laminat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das genannte Laminat ein Paar Längsseitenkanten aufweist,
die durch ein Paar Querendkanten und mindestens eine des genannten Paars von Seitenkanten miteinander verbunden
sind, und das genannte Paar von Endkanten eine nicht gerade und wellenartige Form hat.
9. Verstärkungslamlnat zum Verstärken eines Substrats, das
eine Trägerschicht, eine ausdehnbare Schaumstoffschicht eng gebunden an die genannte Trägerschicht zum Bilden einer
Verstärkungseinheit aufweist, wobei die genannte Verstärkungseinheit: ein Paar durch ein Paar von
Querendkanten miteinander verbundener Längsseitenkanten umfaßt, und mindestens eine des genannten Paars von
Seitenkanten und Endkanten nicht gerade und wellenartig ist.
10. Laminat nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, bei dem die genannte wellenartige Form ein Muster von Hügeln und Tälern
verbunden in einem gleichmäßigen Wellenmuster aufweist.

11. Laminat nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, bei dem die genannte wellenartige Form ein Muster aus Hügeln und Tälern in einer
Sägezahnform aufweist.
12. Laminat nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, bei dem die genannten nicht geraden und wellenartigen Kanten die
genannten Seitenkanten darstellen.
13. Laminat nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, bei dem die genannten nicht geraden und wellenartigen Kanten die
genannten Endkanten sind.
14. Laminat nach Anspruch 13, bei dem die genannten Seitenkanten auch nicht gerade und wellenartig sind.
15. Laminat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, das ein Lochmuster über das gesamte genannte Laminat umfaßt.
16. Laminat nach Anspruch 15, bei dem das genannte Lochmuster eine Vielzahl einheitlich und gleich
beabstandeter Reihen und Spalten von Löchern aufweist.
17. Laminat nach Anspruch 15, bei dem das genannte Lochmuster eine Vielzahl von Löchern in versetzten Reihen
und Spalten angeordnet aufweist.
18. Laminat nach Anspruch 15, bei dem das genannte Lochmuster zufallsmäßig angeordnet ist.
19. Laminat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche kombiniert mit dem genannten Substrat, und bei dem die
genannte nachgiebige Schaumstoffschicht (Anspruch 1) oder
