Description

  • Hautpflegemittel Die Ginsengwurzel ist ein bekanntes Roborans und wird als solches viel verwendet, und zwar innerlich.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß Extrakte der Ginsengwurzel sehr gute Hautpflegemittel ergeben. Es ist zweckmäßig, die wasser- oder alkohollöslichen Extrakte gemeinsam mit den Fette und fettartige Stoffe enthaltenden Auszügen, wie sie durch andere organische Lösungsmittel als Alkohol in kleinen Mengen erhalten werden, zu verwenden.
  • Als Grundlage der flüssigen, pastenförmigen oder emulgierten Hautpflegemittel dienen die in der Kosmetik allgemein bekannten und verwendeten Grundstoffe.
  • Hautpflegemittel, die Ginsengwurzelextrakte enthalten, fördern deutlich die Durchblutung der Haut.
  • Man kann diesen Effekt mittels eines Thermometers verfolgen. Nach dem Einreiben eines Pflegemittels, das Ginsingwurzelauszüge enthält, steigt die Hauttemperatur vorübergehend um 1,5° C, während die gleichen Mittel ohne Ginsengextrakte keine Temperatursteigerung vermitteln. Durch die bessere Durchblutung zeigt die Haut nach längerer Anwendung ein besseres Aussehen. Darin ist aber ein neuer und b& achtlicher Effekt zu sehen. Die Inhaltsstoffe der Ginsengwurzel sind zwar bekannt, allein der hyperämisierende Effekt dürfte nicht einer Einzelkompo nente, sondern der gemeinsamen Wirkung der in der Ginsengwurzel vorhandenen Stoffe zukommen. Dasselbe gilt von der auffallend guten Hautwirkung, die rman mit der Wirkung des sogenannten Hamameliswassers vergleichen kann, doch ist die Wirkung der G insengauszüge, auch der wäBrig-alkoholischen Destillate, in der Wirkung dem Hamameliswasser beträchtlich überlegen.
  • Beispiele 1. Hautlotion 10 0/G alkoholischer Ginsengwurzelauszug, der 2 Teile Extrakt auf 10 Teile Alkohol enthält, 10% wäßriger Ginsengwurzelauszug, der 2 Teile Extrakt auf 10 Teile Wasser enthält, 30e/. Alkohol, 3 °/o Glycerin, 2°/o Harnstoff, Rest Wasser, Konservierungsmittel und Parfüm.
  • 2. Hautcreme 10°/o Fettalkohol, selbstemulgierend, 2°/o Palmitinsäuremonoäthanolamid, 2°/o Stearin, dreifach gepreßt, 1°/. Lanolin, acetyliert, 3'/o Isopropylpalmitat, 0,1°to 2-Amino-2-methyl-1,3-propandiol, 3'/o Glycerin, 10 bis 15% Ginsengwurzelextrakt, der 2 bis 3 Teile Extrakt auf 10 Teile Wasser enthält, Rest Wasser, Konservierungsmittel und Parfüm.
