worden, bei dem cyclische Dithiophosphorsäuren mit α,/ϊ-ungcsättigten Carbonsäureestern umgesetzt werden.
Das e.rfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Herstellung von cyclischen Dithiophosphorsäureestern durch Umsetzung

Die Umsetzung kann auch in Gegenwart von Kondensationskatalysatoren,
z.B. aliphatischen tertiären Aminen,

wie Triäthylamin, oder von Alkalihydroxyden oder Alkalicarbonaten
durchgeführt werden.
Ist der als Ausgangsmaterial verwendete ungesättigte Ester sehr reaktionsfähig, so wird dem Reaktionsgemisch
zweckmäßig ein Polymerisationsinhibitor, wie Hydrochinon, zugesetzt.
Im allgemeinen empfiehlt es sich, die Reaktion in einem organischen Lösungsmittel durchzuführen, insbesondere
dann, wenn eines der Reaktionsmittel oder beide Reaktionsmittel feste Stoffe sind. Brauchbare
organische Lösungsmittel sind beispielsweise gesättigte Ester von Fettsäuren, wie Äthylacetat, Amylacetat,
2-Äthylhexylacetat, Methylpropionat und Methyl- und
Äthylbutyrat; Ketone, wie Aceton und Methylisobutylketon;
Äther, wie Dioxan; aromatische Verbindungen, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Chlorbenzol und Nitrobenzol;
Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chloroform, Trialkylphosphate,
. wie Triäthyl- und Tri- (2 -äthylhexyl)- phosphate, und gesättigte Nitrile, wie Acetonitril und Propi-
5 onitril.
Die Umsetzung wird vorzugsweise bei Temperaturen von 25 bis 1000C durchgeführt. Zweckmäßig wird z. B.
der ungesättigte Carbonsäureester, der auch einen PoIymerisationsinhibitor
enthalten kann, langsam einer ίο Lösung des phosphorhaltig«! Reaktionsmittels in einem
organischen Lösungsmittel zugesetzt.
Die folgende Gleichung veranschaulicht den Reaktionsverlauf, wenn als cyclische Dithiophosphorsäuren z. B.
2-Mercapto-2-thiono-l ,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane verwendet werden.

Die Reaktionsprodukte werden aus dem Reaktionsgemisch durch fraktionierte Destillation gewonnen. Vorzugsweise
wird das Reaktionsgemisch zunächst mit einer verdünnten Lösung von Natriumbicarbonat und dann
mit Wasser gewaschen, worauf das gewaschene Produkt durch Destillation unter hohem Vakuum von den nicht
umgesetzten Stoffen und dem Lösungsmittel befreit wird. Der cyclische Dithiophosphorsäureester wird in guter
Reinheit als Destillationsrückstand erhalten.
Die als Ausgangsstoffe dienenden cyclischen Dithiophosphorsäuren
können gemäß Patent 1 024 090 hergestellt werden.
Als cyclische Dithiophosphorsäuren werden erfindungsgemäß
z. B. folgende verwendet: 2-Mercapto-2-thiono-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan
und die 4-äthyl-, 4-butyl-, 4-(2'-äthylhexyl)-, 4-tetradecyl-, 5-äthyl-, 5-butyl-,
5-decyl-, 5-heptadecyl-, 4,5-diäthyl-, 4-methyl-5-äthyL·,
4,5-dibutyl-, 4-propyl-5-tetradecyl- , 5-äthyl-S-butyl-,
5,5-dibutyl-, 5-butyl-5-dodecyl-, 4,4,6-trimethyl- und
4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-substituierten 2-Mercapto-2-thiono-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane
sowie 2-Mercapto-2-thiono-1,3,2-dioxaphospholan
und entsprechend substituierte 2-Mel■capto-2-thiono-l,3,2-dioxaphospholane.
Als ungesättigte Ester seien genannt: Die Vinyl- und Allylester der Cyanwasserstoffsäure und die entsprechenden
Ester von Fettsäuren, wie Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Propionsäure, Buttersäure, Capronsäure, 2-Äthylcapronsäiire,
Caprinsäure und Stearinsäure; die Ester von halogensubstituierten Fettsäuren, wie der Chlor- und
Bromessigsäure, Chlor- und Brompropionsäure sowie Chlor- und Brombuttersäure; Ester der Ölsäure, der
Benzoesäure und der 0-, m- und p-chlorsubstituierten und 0-, m- und p-alkylsubstituierten Benzoesäuren.
Die erfindungsgemäß erhaltenen Dithiophosphorsäureester können als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel dienen.
Einige der Verbindungen sind in Form wäßriger Suspensionen auch für die Bekämpfung von Blattläusen sowie
der roten Spinnenmade und der mexikanischen Rübenkäferlarve wirksam. Sie können aber auch als Plastifizierungsmittel
für synthetische Harze sowie als Korrosionsschutzmittel und Flotationsmittel und auch als
Petroleumzusatzstoffe Verwendung finden.
Die Erfindung wird durch die folgenden Beispiele näher veranschaulicht.

Zu einer Lösung von 68 g (0,3 Mol) 5,5-Diäthyl-2-mercapto-2-thiono-l
,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan in 200 g Toluol werden unter Rühren tropfenweise innerhalb
20 Minuten 86 g (1 Mol) Vinylacetat gegeben, wobei die Reaktionstemperatur auf 40 bis 450C gehalten wird.
Nachdem das Reaktionsgemisch weitere 21J2 Stunden
auf dieser Temperatur und dann 16 Stunden auf 250C
gehalten worden ist, wird es bei einer Kolbentemperatur bis zu 7O0C unter einem Druck unterhalb 4 mm destilliert.
Es wird eine 95°l^.ge Ausbeute an 2-(2-Acetoxyäthylmercapto)-5,5-diäthyl-2-tmono-l
,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan

als brauner fester Rückstand mit den folgenden Eigenschaften
erhalten: F. 48 bis 520C; Acidität 0,05 ecm

(theoretisch 20,52); P 10,42 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 9,92); C 40,25 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch
42,28); H 6,50 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 6,94).
Zu 72 g (0,3 Mol) S-Äthyl^-mercapto^propyl^-thiono-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan
werden tropfenweise innerhalb 20 Minuten 86 g (1 Mol) Vinylacetat gegeben, wobei die
Kolbentemperatur auf 42 bis 450C gehalten wird. Nachdem
das Reaktionsgemisch 5 weitere Stunden auf 42 bis 5O0C erwärmt worden ist, wird es unter einem Druck
unterhalb 4 mm bei einer Kolbentemperatur bis zu 7O0C
destilliert und von den Verunreinigungen befreit. Das erhaltene 2-(2-Acetoxyäthylmercapto)-5-äthyl-4-propyl-2-thiono-l

in einer Ausbeute von 95°/0 in Form eines flüssigen Rückstandes mit den folgenden Eigenschaften an:
Acidität 0,07 ecm n-Kalilauge/g; nf 1,5120; Molekulargewicht
(ebullioskopisch) 323,5 (theoretisch 326,4); Analyse: P 9,53 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 9,49);
S 19,80 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 19,64); C 44,57 Gewichtsprozent
(theoretisch 44,16); H 7,19 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 7,10).
Unter Rühren werden 86 g (1 Mol) Vinylacetat tropfenweise zu einer Lösung von 64 g (0,3 Mol) 2-Mercapto-2-thiono-4,4,6-trimethyl-l,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan
in 100g Toluol gegeben, wobei das Gemisch während des Zusatzes und weiterer 5 Stunden erhitzt wird, um die Reaktionstemperatur auf 42 bis 450C zu halten. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird dann mit einer verdünnten wäßrigen
NatriumbicarbonatlÖsung neutralisiert, mit Wasser gewaschen, bis es gegen Lackmuspapier neutral ist, und
dann bis auf eine Kolbentcmperatur von 100° C unter
einem Druck unterhalb 4 mm destilliert. Das erhaltene 2-(2-Acetoxyäthylmcrcapto)-2-thiono-4,4,6-trimethyl-l,3,
2-dioxaphosphorinan

fällt als hellbrauner flüssiger Rückstand mit den folgenden Eigenschaften an: nf 1,5314; Analyse: P 9,26 Gewichtsprozent
(theoretisch 8,94); C 38,38 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 38,10); H 5,91 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch

Zu einer Suspension von 45 g (0,2 Mol) 5,5-Diäthyl-2-mercapto-2-thiono-l,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan
in 150 g Toluol werden unter Rühren tropfenweise 62 g (0,2 Mol) Vinylolcat, das mit 0,06 g Hydrochinon als Inhibitor
versetzt worden ist, zugesetzt, wobei das Gemisch auf 250C gehalten wird. Das Gemisch wird dann 21Z4 Stunden
bei 250C gerührt, 2V2 Stunden auf 500C erwärmt und
dann 8 Tage bei 250C stehengelassen. Das Gemisch wird
dann mit einer wäßrigen konzentrierten Natriumbi-
»o carbonatlösung neutralisiert, mit Wasser bis zur Neutralität
gegen Lackmus gewaschen und dann unter einem Druck unterhalb 2 mm bei einer Kolbentemperatur bis
zu 10O0C destilliert, um die flüchtigen Stoffe abzutreiben.

Zu einer auf 250C gehaltenen Suspension von 45 g
(0,2 Mol) S.S-DiäthyW-mercapto^-thiono-l.S^-dioxaphosphorinan
in 150 g Toluol werden unter Rühren innerhalb 8 Minuten 24 g (0,2 Mol) Vinylchloracetat
gegeben, das mit 0,02 g Hydrochinon als Inhibitor versetzt worden ist. Das Rühren wird bei 25° C 2 V4 Stunden
fortgesetzt, worauf das Gemisch 19 Stunden auf 45 bis 50° C erhitzt und dann 4 Tage bei 25° C stehengelassen
wird. Darauf wird es mit einer konzentrierten wäßrigen NatriumbicarbonatlÖsung neutralisiert, mit Wasser auf
Neutralität gegen Lackmus gewaschen und dann bis zu einer Kolbentemperatur von 100°C unter einem Druck
unterhalb 2 mm destilliert. Das erhaltene 2-(2-Chloracetoxyäthylmercapto)

0,2 Mol 2-Äthyl-capronsäurevinylester, die mit 0,03 g Hydrochinon als Inhibitor versetzt worden sind,
gegeben. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird, nachdem es 2,5 Stunden auf 50°C erhitzt und dann etwa 41Z2 Tage auf
250C gehalten worden ist, mit einer konzentrierten wäßrigen
Lösung von Natriumbicarbonat neutralisiert, mit 100 ecm Äthyläther verdünnt, mit Wasser bis zur Neutralität
gegenüber Lackmus gewaschen und dann bei einer Kolbentemperatur bis zu 1000C unter einem Druck
unterhalb 2 mm destilliert, um die flüchtigen Stoffe abzutreiben. Das erhaltene 5,5-Diäthyl-2-(2'-äthylcapronyloxyäthylmercapto)-2-thiono-l,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan

0,2 Mol Vinylbenzoat gegeben, dem 0,03 g Hydrochinon als Inhibitor zugesetzt worden sind. Nachdem das
Reaktionsgemisch 21J2 Stunden auf 5O0C erhitzt und insgesamt
etwa 114 Stunden auf 25° C gehalten worden ist, wird es mit einer konzentrierten wäßrigen Natriumbicarbonatlösung

Zu einer auf 25° C gehaltenen Suspension von 0,2 Mol
S.S-Diäthyl^-mercapto^-thiono-l ,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan
und 0,06 g Hydrochinon in 150 g Toluol werden unter Rühren langsam innerhalb 20 Minuten 0,2 Mol Vinylstearat
gegeben. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird 45 V» Stunden bei 250C stehengelassen, 2 V8 Stunden auf 500C
erhitzt und dann weitere 64 Stunden bei 250C stehengelassen.
Das Gemisch wird dann mit einer konzentrierten wäßrigen Natrrambicarbonatlösung neutralisiert, mit
Wasser bis auf Neutralität gegenüber Lackmus gewaschen und darauf bei einer Kolbentemperatur bis zu 1000C
unter einem Druck unterhalb 2 mm destilliert und hier- ao durch von den flüchtigen Stoffen befreit. Das gebildete
5,5 - Diäthyl - 2 - (2 - stearoyloxyäthylmercapto) - tbiono-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan

zent (theoretisch 6,19); S 17,10 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 17,13). Ausbeute 92%.
Innerhalb 15 Minuten werden tropfenweise 53 g (1 Mol) Acrylsäurenitril zu 48 g (0,28 Mol) 2-Mercapto-4-methyl-2-thiono-l,3,2-dioxaphospholan,
das auf 42 bis 5013C gehalten wird, gegeben. Nachdem das Reaktionsgemisch
insgesamt 50 Stunden auf 250C gehalten worden ist, wird es, um die flüchtigen Stoffe zu entfernen, bei einer
Kolbentemperatur bis zu 70° C unter einem Druck unterhalb 3 mm destilliert. Das erhaltene 2-(2-Cyanäthylmercapto)-4-methyl-2-thiono-l,3,2-dioxapbospholan

besteht aus einem braunen flüssigen Rückstand, der die folgenden Eigenschaften besitzt: Acidität 0,12 ecm
n-Kalilauge/g; n3g 1,5528; Analyse: P 13,88 Gewichtsprozent;
S 26,9 Gewichtsprozent; N 5,64 Gewichtsprozent; C 31,80 Gewichtsprozent; H 4,51 Gewichtsprozent.
Die Ausbeute beträgt 97 %, berechnet auf das phosphorhaltige Reaktionsmittel.
Nach dem Verfahren des Beispieles 9 werden durch den Umsatz von 1 Mol Acrylsäurenitril mit 0,3 Mol 5-Äthyl-2-mercapto-4-propyl-2-thiono-l,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan
eine Ausbeute von 87% an 2-(2-Cyanäthylmercapto)-5-ätlryl-4-propyl-2-thiono-l, 3,2-dioxaphosphorinan

als flüssiger Rückstand mit den folgenden Eigenschaften erhalten: Acidität 0,06 n-Kalilauge/g; *?§ 1,5315; Molekulargewicht
(ebullioskopisch) 301,6 (theoretisch 293,4); Analyse: P 10,52 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 10,55);
N 4,40 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 4,78); C 45,09 Gewichtsprozent (theoretisch 45,02); H 6,95 Gewichtsprozent
(theoretisch 6,87).
Zu einer Lösung von 0,3 Mo) 2-Mercapto-2-thiono-4,4,6-trimethyl-l
,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan in 100 g Toluol wird innerhalb 15 Minuten bei einer Reaktionstemperatur
von 420C unter Rühren tropfenweise 1 Mol Acrylsäurenitril
zugegeben. Das Reaktionsgeroisch wird dann 16 Stunden bei 25°C stehengelassen, dann 30 Minuten auf
45 bis 500C erhitzt und dann zum Abtreiben der flüchtigen
Stoffe bis auf eine Kolbentemperatur von 1000C unter einem Druck unterhalb 2 mm destilliert. Der erhaltene
Rückstand wird in 100 ecm Toluol gelöst, mit verdünnter wäßriger Natriumbicarbonatlösung neutralisiert, mit
Wasser gewaschen und von den flüchtigen Stoffen durch Destillation bei einer Kolbentemperatur bis zu 1000C
unter einem Druck unterhalb 3 mm destilliert. Das gebil-
dete 2-(2-Cyanäthylmercapto)-2-thion*4,4,6-trimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinan

wird als rote viskose Flüssigkeit mit den folgenden Eigenschaften erhalten: Acidität 0,20ecm n-Kalilauge/g;
nf 1,5457; Analyse: P 11,38 Gewichtsprozent; S 24,0 Gewichtsprozent;
N 3,98 Gewichtsprozent; C 40,52 Gewichtsprozent; H 6,21 Gewichtsprozent. Ausbeute 55%. berechnet
auf das phosphorhaltige Reaktionsmittel.

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von cyclischen Dithiophosphorsäureestern
durch Umsetzung von cyclischen Dithiophosphorsäuren der allgemeinen Formeln

Alkylreste bedeuten, mit ungesättigten Estern bei
Temperaturen zwischen —20 und 15O0C, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die cyclischen Dithiophosphorsäuren
mit Alkenylestem der allgemeinen Formel

— OOCR*-Rest bedeutet, in dem R« ein Wasserstoffatom
oder einen gesättigten oder olefinisch-ungesättigten
aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest oder einen aromatischen monocyclischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest
oder einen halogensubstituierten aliphatischen oder halogensubstituierten aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest
darstellt, zu cyclischen Dithiophosphorsäureestern der allgemeinen Formeln
