Abstract
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren schlägt vor, die Abstandselemente (3) vor dem Fügen der Komponenten der flachen Entladungslampe in ein Lotbad einzutauchen und danach auf die Innenseite der Grundplatte (6) der Entladungslampe anzuordnen, derart, dass die Abstandselemente (3) mittels der Lotpaste (5) an der Innenseite der Grundplatte (6) haften. Dadurch sind die Abstandselemente (3) vor dem Umfallen in den nachfolgenden Fertigungsschritten, insbesondere auch während des Fügevorgangs im Fügeofen, gesichert.
