Abstract

Verwendung von Pheromonen zur Behandlung von Hautkrebs.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neuartiges Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels zur Behandlung von Hautkrebs auf der Basis von Pheromonen.
  • Pheromone sind Hormone aus der Tierwelt, speziell von Säugetieren. Sie dienen als Anlockstoffe während der Paarungszeit, d.h. als so genannte Sexuallockstoffe, bilden also eine Informationsübermittlung zwischen Individuen einer Spezies, in diesem Fall der Säugetiere.
  • Beim Menschen findet man Pheromone u.a. als Abbauprodukte des Testosterons und als Duftstoffe, die aus den apokrinen Schweißdrüsen abgegeben werden.
  • Aus der EP 0 896 819 A1 ist es bereits bekannt, Pheromone, insbesondere Pheromone von Insekten, als Arzneimittel einzusetzen.
  • Ferner offenbart das US-Patent Nr. 5,922,699 A u.a. die Möglichkeit, Steroide zur Behandlung gegen Krebs einzusetzen.

  • Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung können Pheromone zur Behandlung von Hautkrebs, wie z.B. dem Basaliom und dem Spinaliom, eingesetzt werden.

  • Die Behandlung des Hautkrebses mit dem Arzneimittel der Erfindung erfolgt zum Beispiel folgendermaßen. Nach gründlicher Reinigung der befallenen Hautareale erfolgt 2 × täglich eine Betupfung mit einer Lösung der obigen Substanz über 2 bis 4 Wochen. In dieser Zeit erfolgt ein allmähliches Abklingen der Hauterscheinung. Sicherheitshalber sollte die Behandlung noch 2 Wochen nach Verschwinden des Befalls fortgesetzt werden.

Claims (3)

  1. Verwendung von Pheromonen zur Behandlung von Hautkrebs.
  2. Verwendung von Pheromonen nach Anspruch 1 zur Behandlung von Basaliom und Spinaliom.
  3. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pheromone in Form einer Lösung angewendet werden.
