Abstract
Description
- 1. Überschuss-Regenerationsstrom,
- 2. Null-Überschuss-Regenerationsstrom,
- 3. MoGen Neutral und
- 4. Antriebsentladung.
- a) Der SOC der Batterie voll ist.
- b) Nach dem Anlassen des Verbrennungsmotors, wenn die Kühlmittel temperatur oder der SOC mittel oder hoch ist, wird der MoGen auf einen Null-Überschuss-Regenerationsstrom gesteuert, nachdem der MoGen den Verbrennungsmotor angetrieben hat, jedoch bevor angenommen wird, dass sich die Verbrennung vollständig stabilisiert hat.
- a) Während mancher Schaltereignisse. Neutral wird befohlen, um aufgrund einer möglichen Variabilität des Drehmoments des Verbren nungsmotors undefinierte Zustände, die das Getriebe annehmen kann, zu beseitigen.
- b) Nach dem Anlassen des Verbrennungsmotors, wenn die Kühlmittel temperatur oder der SOC niedrig ist, wird der MoGen auf Neutral gesteu ert, nachdem der MoGen den Verbrennungsmotor angetrieben hat, jedoch bevor angenommen wird, dass sich die Verbrennung vollständig stabili siert hat, um die Verbrennungsmotorlast zu minimieren.
- c) Das Fahrzeug eingeschaltet wird, wenn der Verbrennungsmotor aus ist.
- a) Während des Anlassens beim Einschalten
- b) Während eines Hybrid-Ingangsetzens aus einem Stopp heraus
- c) Während eines Herunterschaltens mit abgeschaltetem Kraftstoff
- d) Während eine Bremsroutine (Inertia Eliminator Routine).
- 1. Das MoGen-System kann elektrische Motorantriebsleistung wäh rend eines Verbrennungsmotorstartversuches dynamisch neu aufbringen, zusätzlich zum Erhöhen der IAC-(Leerlaufluftsteuerung-)Öffnung und einer Zündzeitpunktverstellung.
- 2. Das MoGen-System kann zwischen vier Zuständen (Motorantrieb, Null-Überschuss-Regenerationsstrom, Neutral und Regenerationsstrom) von MoGen-Leistung während eines Anlaufens beim Start (starting flare) modulieren.
- 3. Der intelligente DC/DC-Wandler lässt es nicht zu, dass die Span nung der Batterie B1 unter die minimale Spannung gelangt, die für die Computer des Fahrzeugs erforderlich ist.
- 4. Die Drehzahl des Verbrennungsmotors, bei der Kraftstoff und Zünd funken während eines Starts geliefert werden, ist eine Funktion des Lade zustandes der Batterie und der Kühlmitteltemperatur des Verbrennungs motors, um die Auspuffemissionen, die Übergangslosigkeit oder Glätte des Anlassens zu verbessern und ein überschießendes Anlaufen über der Ziel- Leerlaufdrehzahl zu verringern.
- 1. Schlüssel in der START-Stellung.
- 2. Drehzahl des Verbrennungsmotors = 0
- 3. Getriebe in P (Parken) oder N (Neutral) oder Kupplung für Hand schaltgetriebe ausgerückt.
- 4. Verbrennungsmotor, Getriebe und MoGen-Controller in Betrieb.
- 5. . Batteriespannungsgleichgewicht zwischen Modulen (z. B. drei für ein 36 V-Nennsystem) muss innerhalb eines bestimmten Bereiches liegen.
- 6. Diebstahlschutzsystem ist nicht ausgelöst worden.
- 1. Der Verbrennungsmotor zündet oberhalb der oberen Anlaufdreh zählschwelle (Flare Speed Threshold) (Fig. 4) für länger als festgelegte kontinuierliche Zeit, "obere Anlaufzeit".
- 2. Der Verbrennungsmotor zündet oberhalb der unteren Anlaufdreh zahlschwelle (Fig. 4) für länger als eine festgelegte kontinuierliche Zeit, "stabile Laufzeit".
- 1. Getriebe aus P (Parken) oder N (Neutral) herausgenommen.
- 2. Zündschlüssel abgezogen oder in ACCESSORY oder OFF (nicht in MiN oder START) gedreht.
- 3. Maximale Anlasszeitschwelle ist überschritten.
Schlüssel in der START-Stellung, Drehzahl des Verbrennungsmotors = 0, Getriebe in P (Parken) oder N (Neutral), oder Kupplung für ein Hand schaltgetriebe ausgerückt, Verbrennungsmotor-, Getriebe- und MoGen- Controller in Betrieb, Batteriespannungsausgleich zwischen den Modulen (z. B. drei für ein 36 V Nennsystem) muss innerhalb eines bestimmten Bereiches liegen, und Diebstahlschutzsystem ist nicht ausgelöst worden.
Claims (24)
einen Verbrennungsmotor, und
einen Antriebssystem-Controller zum Betätigen des Antriebssys tems, wobei der Antriebssystem-Controller die Betriebszustände eines elektrischen Motor/Generator-Systems in Abhängigkeit von einem Ladezustand eines elektrischen Speichermediums des Fahrzeugs ver ändert.
ein Mittel zum Erfassen des Ladezustandes eines elektrischen Speichermediums,
ein Mittel zum Erfassen der Temperatur eines Motorkühlmittels eines Verbrennungsmotors, und
einen Motor/Generator zum Liefern einer Startkraft an den Verbrennungsmotor in einer ersten Betriebsart und zum Erzeugen einer elektrischen Ladung in einer zweiten Betriebsart, wobei der An triebssystem-Controller den Motor/Generator anweist, zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Betriebsart zu arbeiten.

ein Mittel zum Erfassen des Ladezustandes eines elektrischen Speichermediums, wobei das Mittel zum Erfassen des Ladezustandes des elektrischen Speichermediums von dem ersten Betriebssystem betrieben wird,
ein Mittel zum Erfassen der Temperatur eines Motorkühlmittels eines Verbrennungsmotors, wobei das Mittel zum Erfassen der Tem peratur des Motorkühlmittels von dem ersten Betriebssystem betrie ben wird, und
einen Motor/Generator zum Liefern einer Startkraft an den Verbrennungsmotor in einer ersten Betriebsart und zum Erzeugen einer elektrischen Ladung in einer zweiten Betriebsart, wobei das ers te Betriebssystem und das zweite Betriebssystem den Motor/Genera tor anweisen, zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Betriebsart zu ar beiten.

der Ladezustand eines elektrischen Speichermediums erfasst wird,
die Temperatur eines Motorkühlmittels eines Verbrennungsmo tors erfasst wird, und
ein Motor/Generator in einer ersten Betriebsart betrieben wird, um eine Startkraft an den Verbrennungsmotor zu liefern, und in ei ner zweiten Betriebsart, um eine elektrische Ladung zu erzeugen.

eine Anlasseinspritzung für den Verbrennungsmotor in Abhän gigkeit von dem Ladezustand des elektrischen Speichermediums ver ändert wird.
