Description
The invention relates to an inflatable roof with a roof with a flexible roof skin and an inflatable support element and a method for operating the same.
Bulk goods, e.g. For example: sand, gravel, earth are often dumped, stored and removed on the ground. So that several types of bulk goods can be stored in a space-saving manner, partition walls are provided, between which vehicles can enter and bulk goods can be unloaded or removed.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved inflatable roof with a roof with a flexible roof skin and an inflatable support element and a method for operating the same, which is particularly suitable for driving in vehicles.
This object is achieved by means of the inflatable roof with a roof with a flexible roof skin and an inflatable support element and a method for operating the same with the features of the independent claims. Advantageous refinements are the subject of the dependent claims.
The roofing according to the invention has a roof with a flexible roof skin, similar to a tent, for. E.g .: from a resilient suitable material, for example truck tarpaulin. At least two opposite side edges of the roof skin are designed so that they can be connected to a base element at least in sections. Such fasteners can e.g. B. piping elements, eyelets, rails, etc. A base element is used to attach the roof and can, for. For example: the natural subsoil, a created floor area, a foundation, a mobile foundation or weight or a wall, whereby the roof skin can be attached to the side of the wall or on its upper end.
Furthermore, the roofing according to the invention comprises at least one inflatable support element, e.g. B. an inflatable tubular member. This extends from one of the two side edges to the other of the two side edges, the support element running along the roof skin and being connected to it at least in sections. The roof skin is therefore raised by the inflated support element. The roof skin and the support element are such that the inflatable roofing can be brought into a desired shape by inflating the inflatable support elements. With a short roofing, e.g. For example, in the case of a bulk material trough, a single inflated support element in the front area may be sufficient so that the roof is raised as intended and a vehicle can retract.
The roof preferably has a control device for inflating and releasing the pressure in the inflatable support elements. In the event of danger, e.g. For example: strong winds or decommissioning in the evening, the roof collapses and lies on the floor, between the walls or on the roofed bulk material, which is therefore still covered by the slack roof skin and is therefore protected from environmental influences. For this purpose, the control device has sensors for determining environmental conditions. These are operated in such a way that when environmental conditions that are dangerous for the inflated roof are identified, the Roofing can be brought into a lying safety position by releasing the pressure in the inflatable support elements.
Analogously, this one control device can also be used, or alternatively, as a control instance against incorrect operation, which prevents an inconsiderate risky inflation of the lying roof as long as the sensors for the inflation of the roof register dangerous environmental conditions. That can e.g. For example: in strong winds or snow on the lying foil.
The latter two applications are made possible by the control device and sensors. The control device comprises a compressor for inflating the support elements. The sensors for determining the environmental condition are preferably designed to detect one or more of the following parameters: air humidity, precipitation, wind direction, wind speed, ground temperature, air temperature, snow load, snow depth, ambient air pressure, support element pressure.
The flexible roof skin preferably has at least one pocket, which extends at least in sections along the roof skin, for fastening the support element to the roof skin. The inflatable support element is used in whole or in part. Conveniently, unlike with bouncy castles, for example, they are not fixed, but interchangeably inserted in the pockets. Manufacturing and maintenance are simplified because the roof skin and support element can be separated without tools. Depending on the application and dimensions, for example in the case of smaller segments, the support elements can also be firmly connected to the roof skin and / or can even be integrally integrated therein.
The maximum stability results if the pocket extends along the entire length of the support element. The roof skin nestles against the support element, which in turn is shaped by the roof skin. For this purpose, the pocket extends from one of the two side edges to the other of the two side edges, the support element running along the roof skin and being connected to the pocket at least in sections, preferably over the entire length. The bag therefore does not have to be present over the entire length, rather the specialist selects the support lengths and spacings necessary for safe functioning.
The pocket is preferably arranged on the top of the roof skin, that is to say outside the roof, so that it does not restrict the interior of the roof. For example, no excavator arm accidentally grabs the bag and damages it. If, on the other hand, the pocket is preferably arranged on the underside of the roof skin, that is to say within the roofing, there is a smaller area exposed to the wind.
For the reasons mentioned above, it is preferably also proposed that the roof skin comprises two layers, the pockets for the support elements and / or the support elements being fastened between the two layers.
Furthermore, the roof skin can also comprise two layers, which are connected to form at least one air chamber. This takes on the desired defined shape of the roof by appropriate design and cutting in the inflated state. For this purpose, for example, the two layers are connected to one another in sections. For this purpose, used film webs, which are preferably welded or glued to the layers, can be provided. These prevent the two pressurized layers from bulging you too much and therefore essentially define the wall thickness of the roof, which also represents thermal insulation.
The roof skin and pockets preferably consist of an essentially thermoplastic material. This enables the bags to be welded to the roof skin and thus a resilient, permanent and easy to make connection. These bags can be easily crafted as simple sheets with excess material between their edges to accommodate the support elements on the roof skin and can be welded off at the edges.
A roof in the sense of the invention is not exclusively as a roof on a structure, for. E.g .: a wall to understand. Rather, the roof can be designed like a tent as an entire hall including the side wall. The roof skin and the support element are therefore preferably such that the inflatable roofing can be brought into an arch shape which is open at the bottom by inflating the inflatable support elements, similar to the shape according to an aircraft shelter. The roof is open on one side so that vehicles can drive under the roof, for example to load bulk goods. In principle, the invention is not restricted to a special roof or hall shape.
Large halls can be realized if several pockets and support elements running alongside one another are provided on the roof skin, which are arranged next to one another at intervals. A skeleton is thus formed, which can shape the roof skin over a large area. If the support elements are preferably inflated independently of one another by the control device can be reacted to environmental influences, or the shape of the roof can be adapted dynamically. For example, only the support element closest to the opening of the roof can be lowered as a gate in order to close the roof. If, on the other hand, all the support elements are connected to one another via a common air line, the result is an inexpensive, simple structure which meets the standard requirements.
As mentioned in the introduction, the roof can be fixed on the floor, e.g. E.g .: be set up by anchors or on a structure, e.g. E.g .: a wall. The base element, with which the two opposite side edges of the roof skin are connected, can therefore be designed as a wall or wall element. For example, the wall or wall element is then designed as an open space at the top with a front and / or rear opening, on the top of which the roof is attached. A third side edge of the roof skin is then optionally connected to the rear wall.
- a. Aufblasen eines aufblasbaren Stützelements einer flexiblen Dachhaut, und dadurch Bringen der aufblasbaren Bedachung in eine gewünschte Form;
- b. Permanentes Überwachen des Drucks der aufblasbaren Stützelemente, um die aufblasbare Bedachung in der gewünschten Form zu halten durch eine Steuereinrichtung mit Sensoren;
- c. Permanente Überwachung von durch die Sensoren aufgenommenen Umweltbedingungen, insbesondere Luftfeuchtigkeit, Niederschlag, Windrichtung, Windgeschwindigkeit, Bodentemperatur, Lufttemperatur, Schneelast, Schneehöhe, Umgebungs-Luftdruck, Stützelement-Druck, durch die Steuereinrichtung mit Sensoren;
- a. Inflating an inflatable support member of a flexible roof skin, thereby bringing the inflatable roof into a desired shape;
- b. Permanently monitoring the pressure of the inflatable support members to maintain the inflatable roof in the desired shape by a controller with sensors;
- c. Permanent monitoring of environmental conditions recorded by the sensors, in particular air humidity, precipitation, wind direction, wind speed, ground temperature, air temperature, snow load, snow depth, ambient air pressure, support element pressure, by the control device with sensors;
- d. Relieve the pressure in the inflatable support elements to bring the roof into a lying safety position if the monitoring of environmental conditions recorded by the sensors meets the criteria of environmental conditions dangerous for the safety and function of the roof.
The method is not limited to the design of the roofing described here, but is also suitable for inflatable roofing that has an inflatable wall or roof body, that is, an inflatable double wall forms the roof skin at the same time. With regard to the method, the “at least one inflatable support element of a flexible roof skin” also includes the roof skin and is not necessarily limited to a roof skin with separate inflatable support elements.
