Abstract

Air-supported tents offer no possibility of being set up on wet or soaked ground. In tents according to the prior art, the base comprises simple tarpaulins, which prove to be unusable to be placed on soaked ground. The problem addressed by the invention is that of creating a tent which can be set up irrespective of the ground condition. This problem is solved in that the tent has a base which is elevated and can possibly float.

Description

Luftgestütztes Zelt mit aufblasbarem Boden Beschreibung  Air-supported tent with inflatable floor Description
Currently, the well-known air-supported tents offer no opportunity to be built on wet, soaked soil or morass. Both in emergency situations as well as in relief and military operations, it may be necessary to build tents on soft, if necessary, wet ground. This is hardly possible, because the tents are made of a tarpaulin, which is the lowest point of the tent. Farther Inflatable webs are known, such as those used for water or ice rescue and on wet or flooded meadows or flood. This utility model describes a combination of elevated and possibly floatable ground with a tent attached to it. Due to the higher ground, the tent can be used safely even in rain or run-off water and, depending on the design of the floor, can also be floated as a whole. This allows use on wet, swampy ground or even in flood areas. Similar constructions are known from the sea as liferafts, but not intended for use on land or as accommodation and designed accordingly for use on rough seas. The tents are listed in such a way that a combination of several tents and footbridges can be used to build up an interconnected "tent city".
Depending on the model, the air chambers can be inflated either with a blower, with compressed air or with an open-pore foam with high restoring force. The individual chambers are arranged so that in case of damage to an air chamber, the complementary air chamber continues to support the area. Since the floor plays an elementary role in this construction, the underside can be protected by a particularly tear-resistant and, if necessary, puncture-proof tarpaulin. If this tarpaulin is not firmly connected to the construction, this can also be used as outer packaging the construction used as a transport protection.
The floor and the tent can either be fixed or z. B. separable by liquid or gas-tight zippers are interconnected. In order to provide increased protection with rising water or wind, the entry and exit areas are optionally closed with a partially from bottom to top tarpaulin by means of tight closing zippers. This increases the area where water can not enter the structure.
In case of prolonged use, an external scaffolding can be additionally erected over the construction, so that the pressure loss in the air-supported construction does not lead to a collapse of the construction. In order to improve the climate in the tent when used in sunny weather, a shady tarpaulin can also be raised over the scaffolding.
Depending on the use of the construction, a higher insulation is desired. This can be achieved by an additional inside tarpaulin or by self-inflating elements adapted to the fields of the construction.
