Description

The invention relates to an attachment shell arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1 and a composite window system according to the preamble of claim 24.

The term “composite window” and “composite window system” in the context of the present invention not only mean windows having a parapet, but also floor-length windows without an explicitly designed parapet or with a parapet flush with the floor, which may also have a door function. Thus, in the sense of the present disclosure, the term “composite window / composite window system” is to be used synonymously and to be understood with the terms “composite door”, “composite door system”. As far as a “window” is mentioned in the following disclosure, this term is also to be understood as a “floor-length window” or “door”.

From the EP 3 401 495 A1 a facade window construction is known which has a hollow profile which is attached to outer frame elements, for. B. a stick frame, is attachable and receiving devices for storing a shading device, z. B. owns a venetian blind.

From the DE 20 2004 004 266 U1 a device for guiding a roller shutter is known, which can be formed from two profile strips. A soffit-side profile is provided with a web, which serves as a plaster strip on which the soffit plaster can run out.

The object of the invention is to provide a facing shell arrangement of the type mentioned at the outset, which enables a visually appealing design of a window niche / door niche and also helps to reduce the amount of plastering in the reveal area of a window / door.

In addition, an attachment shell arrangement is to be specified which can be installed quickly and easily and requires only little preparatory work for plastering the niche or the surrounding masonry.

Another object of a preferred embodiment is to provide an optical impression of the presence of bevels on window niches / door niches in a simple manner without increased plastering / plastering work.

Alternatively, it is the task of another embodiment to provide a facing shell arrangement which is as inconspicuous as possible when it is introduced into a window / door niche.

These objects are achieved with an attachment shell arrangement having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the subclaims. Furthermore, these objects are achieved by a composite window system with the features of claim 22. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

In order to achieve the object, it was recognized according to the invention to develop a generic facing shell arrangement in such a way that on the outside opposite the stick frame side it has at least one receiving device for the arrangement of a plaster base plate and / or a plaster strip, with a receiving space for this in the installed state being delimited to a window opening side by a delimiting web .

According to the invention, at least one receiving device for arranging a plastering strip is made available, and a receiving space for this is delimited in the installed state on one side of the window opening by a delimiting web. The delimitation web acts as a defined plastering edge, whereas the plastering strip ensures an intimate connection of a plastering compound and ensures different thermal expansion between the facing shell arrangement and the plastering. The fact that the receiving space is delimited towards the window opening side, that is towards the niche by the delimiting web, creates an optically closed, clear niche image, whereby the plastering work required for this can be carried out in a simple manner.

In a second variant, on the outside of the facing shell arrangement opposite the stick frame, there is additionally a receiving space for a plaster base plate, which at least partially forms the receiving device for this.

A preferred embodiment is characterized in that a holding web, which is set up and designed to hold a plastering strip, extends from the delimiting web to the outside. For this purpose, the plastering strip can be provided with a corresponding groove into which the retaining web engages. To prevent the plastering strip from unintentionally loosening / falling down, a lock can be provided between the retaining bar and the groove. To compensate for thermal expansion, the locking should be provided with play. This enables a certain mobility of the plastering strip with respect to the delimiting web, whereby thermal expansion can be absorbed. This prevents cracks in the plaster layer. Such a lock can be implemented in a structurally particularly simple manner realize a click function. In this way, a form-fitting locking is provided.

The plastering strip itself is preferably designed to be elastic in order to compensate for any stresses that may arise. This avoids cracks in the plaster. The receiving space of the plaster base plate can have at least one web, which extends from the delimitation web and in a groove of a plaster base plate for the purpose of holding it up to a plastering time. With this embodiment it is possible to realize a level plaster layer with sufficient thickness, whereby no complicated plastering activity “around a corner” is required. This considerably reduces the amount of plastering required for a built-in window or a built-in door.

In addition, it can be advantageous that the hollow profile is formed from an inner profile facing the window opening and an outer profile facing the reveal side or box profile facing the lintel side and a closing profile facing the outside.

In the case of a facing shell arrangement (hollow profile) designed as a soffit, it is advisable for the hollow profile to be constructed such that it can be joined together from an outer profile on the reveal side and an inner profile pointing towards the inside. The inner profile serves in particular as a closing profile for forming the facing shell arrangement. If the attachment shell arrangement as a receiving box, for example for a shading device, such as.
