Abstract

Holzkohleerzeuger für Kaminöfen

Description

  • Der Holzkohleerzeuger ermöglicht es kleine Mengen an Holzkohle, im eigenen Kaminofen, ohne großen Aufwand herzustellen und so seinen persönlichen Bedarf an Holzkohle (z. B. grillen) kostengünstig (in den Heizperioden) her zustellen.
  • Beschreibung
  • Der Holzkohleerzeuger besteht aus einem Behälter (1) vorzugsweise aus warmfesten Stahl. Im inneren des Behälters (1) wird Holz in kleinen Scheiten aufgeschichtet. Der Behälter wird mit einem abnehmbaren Deckel (2) verschlossen.
  • Der Deckel hat eine Bohrung (3), um einen Überdruck durch Gase im Behälter zu verhindern. Nun wird der Holzkohleerzeuger in den Brennraum des Kaminofen gelegt oder wahlweise mit Halterungen (4) befestigt. Durch Befeuerung des Kaminofens erfolgt nun die Herstellung von Holzkohle. Das bei der Verkohlung von Holz erzeugte Holzgas, tritt nun an der Bohrung (3) im Deckel (2) aus, und verbrennt im Kaminofen. Die zusätzlich durch das verbrannte Holzgas erzeugte Wärme unterstützt den Prozess der Holzkohleerzeugung.
  • Die Herstellung der Holzkohle ist von der Beschaffenheit des Holzes, Temperatur und Dauer der Wärmezufuhr abhängig. In der Regel ca. 2–3 Stunden bei 300°–450°C. Nach abkühlen des Kaminofens (am nächsten Tag), wird der Holzkohleerzeuger aus dem Brennraum entfernt. Durch öffnen des Deckels (2) kann man nun die fertige Holzkohle dem Behälter (1) entnommen werden.
  • Die Holzkohle hat Prozessbedingt keinerlei Restfeuchte, was dazu führt das diese schnell und gleichmäßig glüht, ohne dabei zu rauchen.

  2. Voll intrigierte Holzkohleerzeuger in Kaminöfen, Kachelöfen, Werkstattöfen, Holz und Kohleherde.
  3. Voll intrigierte Holzkohleerzeuger in Großkesselanlagen z. B. Gas-Braun und Steinkohlekraftwerken, Blockheizkraftwerke und Müllverbrennungsanlagen.
  4. Voll intrigierte Holzkohleerzeuger in Holzhackschnitzelöfen, Holzpelletsöfen und Metallgießereiöfen.
  5. Auf die Beschaffenheit und Eigenschaften der Kohle aus dem Holzkohleerzeuger.
  6. Auf die Anwendung den durch den Prozess gebunden Kohlenstoff, zur Reduktion des Treibhausgases CO2 (Kohlenstoffdioxid) in der Atmosphäre, einzulagern.
