Abstract
1. Способ торрефикации биомассы для получения биотоплива, включающий:(i) торрефикацию материала биомассы в реакторе с тороидальным слоем, который имеет реакционную камеру с потоком текучей среды, направляемым в целом по окружности камеры для обеспечения быстрого вращения материала биомассы вокруг оси реакционной камеры в зоне, имеющей тороидальную форму, и для нагрева материала биомассы, причем текучая среда содержит газ или газы, вводимые в реакционную камеру, в которой поддерживается среда с низким содержанием кислорода.2. Способ по п.1, в котором газ или газы содержат перегретый пар и/или инертный газ.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором материал биомассы содержит древесину или продукты переработки древесины.4. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором на стадии (i) торрефикации материал биомассы нагревают до температуры от 280°С до 400°С.5. Способ по п.4, в котором на стадии (i) торрефикации материал биомассы нагревают до температуры от 320°С до 350°С.6. Способ по пп.1, 2 или 5, в котором время пребывания материала биомассы в реакторе с тороидальным слоем на стадии (i) не превышает 5 мин.7. Способ по п.6, в котором время пребывания материала биомассы в реакторе с тороидальным слоем на стадии (i) не превышает 60 с.8. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, в котором поток текучей среды внутри реакционной камеры имеет горизонтальную и вертикальную составляющие скорости.9. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, в котором камера имеет множество наклонных отходящих наружу впускных отверстий для текучей среды в основании камеры или возле него, причем текучая среда направляется через впускные отверстия в основании камеры для формирования внутри нее кругового потока текучей среды.10. Claims (21)
1. Способ торрефикации биомассы для получения биотоплива, включающий:
(i) торрефикацию материала биомассы в реакторе с тороидальным слоем, который имеет реакционную камеру с потоком текучей среды, направляемым в целом по окружности камеры для обеспечения быстрого вращения материала биомассы вокруг оси реакционной камеры в зоне, имеющей тороидальную форму, и для нагрева материала биомассы, причем текучая среда содержит газ или газы, вводимые в реакционную камеру, в которой поддерживается среда с низким содержанием кислорода.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором газ или газы содержат перегретый пар и/или инертный газ.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором материал биомассы содержит древесину или продукты переработки древесины.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором на стадии (i) торрефикации материал биомассы нагревают до температуры от 280°С до 400°С.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором на стадии (i) торрефикации материал биомассы нагревают до температуры от 320°С до 350°С.
6. Способ по пп.1, 2 или 5, в котором время пребывания материала биомассы в реакторе с тороидальным слоем на стадии (i) не превышает 5 мин.
7. Способ по п.6, в котором время пребывания материала биомассы в реакторе с тороидальным слоем на стадии (i) не превышает 60 с.
8. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, в котором поток текучей среды внутри реакционной камеры имеет горизонтальную и вертикальную составляющие скорости.
9. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, в котором камера имеет множество наклонных отходящих наружу впускных отверстий для текучей среды в основании камеры или возле него, причем текучая среда направляется через впускные отверстия в основании камеры для формирования внутри нее кругового потока текучей среды.
10. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, в котором потоку, направляемому через указанные впускные отверстия, придается как горизонтальная, так и вертикальная компоненты скорости.
11. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, включающий стадию удаления летучих компонентов путем нагрева материала биомассы до температуры в диапазоне от 200°С до 280°С перед осуществлением стадии (i).
12. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, в котором материал биомассы подвергают по меньшей мере одной операции предварительной обработки, выбранной из сортировки, измельчения, просеивания и смешивания.
13. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, в котором перед использованием материал биомассы подсушивают при температуре от 100°С до 200°С.
14. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5 или 7, в котором перед выполнением стадии (i) содержание воды в материале биомассы не превышает 20%.
15. Способ по п.14, в котором содержание воды не превышает 10%).
16. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5, 7 или 15, в котором на стадии (i), на дополнительной стадии подсушивания и/или дополнительной стадии удаления летучих компонентов из материала биомассы получают летучий газ, который сжигают для обеспечения по меньшей мере частичного тепла, необходимого на одной или нескольких стадиях способа.
17. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5, 7 или 15, в котором торрефикацию материала биомассы осуществляют в форме непрерывного процесса.
18. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5, 7 или 15, в котором выполняют завершающую стадию агломерирования для получения гранулированного или брикетированного биотоплива.
19. Способ по пп.1, 2, 5, 7 или 15, в котором способ включает также стадию смешивания торрефицированной биомассы с углем, причем количество угля предпочтительно находится в диапазоне от 90 вес.% до 75 вес.%.
20. Биотопливо, получаемое в соответствии со способом по любому из предыдущих пунктов.
21. Биотопливо, содержащее от 10 вес.% до 25 вес.% биотоплива, получаемого в соответствии со способом по любому из предыдущих пп.1-18, и уголь, составляющий остальную часть.
