Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung (10) zur Verwaltung des Operationszustands für das Durchführen einer Zentralverwaltung der Operationszustandsdaten für Werkzeugmaschinen (20) aller Kunden wird über ein drahtloses Kommunikationsnetz und das Internet (60) mit jeder Werkzeugmaschine (20) verbunden. Ein Servicecenter-PC (40), welcher ständig mit einem Privatserver (15) verbunden ist, welcher in der Vorrichtung (10) zur Verwaltung der Operationszustandsdaten vorgesehen ist, ist in einem Servicecenter installiert. Der Servicecenter-PC (40) zeigt eine im voraus bestimmte Karte auf einem Monitor mit einem großen Bildschirm an, welcher im Servicecenter installiert ist. Basierend auf den Standortinformationsdaten jeder Werkzeugmaschine (20), welche regelmäßig durch ein E-Mail zugeführt werden, zeigt der Servicecenter-PC (40) auf der Karte den Standort jeder Werkzeugmaschine (20) als eine Stelle einer kreisförmigen Markierung an. Die Farbe der Markierung kann in Abhängigkeit vom Operationszustand der Werkzeugmaschine (29) verändert werden.
