Abstract

Ein Ultraschall-Lösungsseparator umfasst eine Ultraschall-Zerstäuberkammer, die mit einer Lösung beliefert wird, die ein Targetmaterial enthält; einen Ultraschalloszillator, der Nebel aus der Lösung in der Ultraschall-Zerstäuberkammer mit einer Ultraschallschwingung erzeugt; eine Energieversorgung für Ultraschallmittel, die mit dem Ultraschalloszillator verbunden ist, wobei die Energieversorgung Hochfrequenzenergie an den Ultraschalloszillator liefert, so dass der Ultraschalloszillator bei einer Ultraschallfrequenz oszilliert; und einen Sammlungsbereich, der den durch den Ultraschalloszillator erzeugten Nebel mit einem Trägergas transportiert und den Nebel, der in dem Trägergas enthalten ist, aggregiert und sammelt. Der Ultraschall-Separator aggregiert und sammelt den in der Ultraschall-Zerstäuberkammer erzeugten Nebel mittels des Sammlungsbereiches. Bei diesem Ultraschall-Lösungsseparator ist die Temperatur des Trägergases in der Ultraschall-Zerstäuberkammer mindestens 5 DEG C höher, als die des Trägergases in dem Sammlungsbereich.
