Abstract

Es wird ein Kontaktelement zum Einpressen in ein Loch einer Leiterplatte vorgestellt, wobei das Kontaktelement eine stiftförmige Einpresszone mit einem Einführbereich und einen sich daran anschließenden verformbaren Bereich aufweist, wobei der verformbare Bereich eine Breite besitzt, die größer ist als der Durchmesser des Lochs, und der Einführungsbereich eine Breite besitzt, die kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des Lochs. Der verformbare Bereich weist einen vorderen und einen hinteren Bereich auf, die beide eine geschlossene Öffnung besitzen, welche durch einen zur Einführrichtung des Kontaktelements quer verlaufenden Quersteg getrennt sind. Der Quersteg verläuft zumindest in einem Teilbereich mit einem spitzen Winkel zwischen 5 und 85 DEG zur Einführrichtung und wird daher beim Zusammenpressen der Schenkel biegeelastisch beansprucht und baut so eine gleichmäßig ansteigende Anpresskraft zur Anpressung der Schenkel an die Wand der Öffnung auf.
