Abstract

Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung eines FVW-Hohlbauteils, umfassend einen mit der Form und Abmessung des herzustellenden FVW-Hohlbauteils korrespondierenden dreidimensionalen, hohlen Verstärkungsfasermaterial-Vorformling (2) mit: einer dreidimensionalen Verstärkungsfaserstruktur (12), die aus mindestens einem ebenen, endmaßgenauen, ein- oder mehrlagigen Zuschnitt (4, 6, 8) auf flächigem, bahnförmigen Verstärkungsmaterial geformt ist, und einem verschließbaren Gesamtquerschnittsprofil mit mindestens zwei nebeneinander liegenden Hohlkammern (H), die durch eine rippenartige Trennwand (10) voneinander getrennt sind, die durch einen solchen Überlappungsbereich (R) des mindestens einen Zuschnitts (4, 6, 8) gebildet ist, der durch eine Kompaktierungsnaht (K) flächig vernäht ist, welche die Form und Abmessung der rippenartigen Trennwand (10) sowie deren Lage in Bezug zu benachbarten Zuschnittsbereichen (a, c) festlegt und das Verstärkungsfasermaterial im Bereich der Trennwand (10) vorfixiert, vorkompaktiert und versteift. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines FVW-Hohlbauteils mittels eines solchen Zwischenproduktes.
