Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
Gießen eines Rohlings aus einem Stahl mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffge halt, wobei der Rohling aus Stahl mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffgehalt einen ersten Durchmesser hat und im wesentlichen aus, auf das Ge wicht bezogen, ungefähr 0,07% bis ungefähr 0,12% Kohlenstoff, un gefähr 0,70% bis ungefähr 1,60% Mangan, bis zu ungefähr 0,020% Phosphor, bis zu ungefähr 0,015% Schwefel, ungefähr 0,06% bis un gefähr 0,35% Silizium, ungefähr 0,25% bis ungefähr 1,20% Chrom, bis zu ungefähr 0,65% Nickel, ungefähr 0,20% bis ungefähr 0,70% Mo lybdän, bis zu ungefähr 0,35% Kupfer, ungefähr 0,02% bis ungefähr 0,06% Aluminium, bis zu ungefähr 0,05% Vanadium, bis zu ungefähr 0,25% Restelemente und dem Rest als Eisen besteht;
Reduzieren des Durchmessers des Rohlings aus Stahl mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffgehalt durch das Heißwalzen des Rohlings;
Bilden eines Rohrs mit einer ringförmigen Wand durch das Durchboh ren des Rohlings;
Reduzieren der Dicke der ringförmigen Wand auf eine erste Dicke durch das Kaltziehen des Rohrs,
Wärmebehandeln des Rohrs nach dem Kaltziehen, um ein Rohr aus Stahl mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffgehalt zu bilden, das plastisch mehr als 5% nachgibt bevor es bricht, bei Temperaturen bis zu ungefähr -40°C hinab, wenn eine Belastung auf das Rohr aus Stahl mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffgehalt ausgeübt wird, die ausreichend ist, um zu bewirken, daß das Rohr aus Stahl mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffgehalt so nachgibt.
